Si vous aimez la crème glacé prévoyer un autre congélateur, car le congélateur ne semble pas pouvoir être paramétré plus haut que -15 degré. La crème glacé est beaucoup trop dur et si tu as le malheur que le système de glaçon a fonctionné durant la veillé, oublie ta crème glacé, elle vas être tellement être dur que tu seras pas capable d'en prendre. Moi je sacre a toute les soirs. Je suis comme tanné. Mon ancien réfrigérateur j'avais payé 2 fois moins chers et j'avais juste a tourné la petite roulette pour que ma crème glacé soit parfaite. Mais celui-ci oublie ça.

One minor con is the deli drawer . We would have preferred it to be clear. This would help to see what's in there at a glance similar to the crisper, and our model tends to stick when opening and closing . Other than that minor issue this refrigerator is great

I was limited on space and most of the refrigerators that would fit seemed so small inside. Not this one! It is very spacious. You don’t have to give up food storage space for getting a smaller appliance. My old refrigerator had a bigger footprint but was smaller on the inside if that makes sense. I love the pull out deli drawer. Only wish it were clear. The drink station is such a cool feature. I love the fact that you have two ice options. Haven’t hooked up the WiFi yet but will add my experience with that in my updated review.

Being able to have a automatic refilling pitcher of water is amazing for daily use and for guests. It makes it super simple with kiddos as well, they can just fill their glass without having to stand at the fridge and make a mess of the water. We love the double ice as well. The space capacity on the 3 door is preferable. We actually had the larger 4 door in our old space that was wider (36" capable) but the 33" that we just got, I feel like ends up using the space of the freezer better as a drawer. We love it!

Volume for size is great, the beverage center, shelf layout, freezer, and everything you can think about seems great so far... it even connects to your Samsung phone and tells you if door is left open, etc., but that's the one issue... the door always kind of stays open. You have to push it to close and not just casually swing it/release it. That extra resistance makes it so we're constantly going back to close the door which is a little bit annoying considering how many times you open/close the door. Otherwise we're very happy with it, just wish for a smoother fridge door as probably every other fridge I've had before.

I have had this fridge for a little over a month now. i love the capacity and the glass shelves are nice. The dairy drawer was a huge selling point for us. The door shelves are really cool, but I wish the middle one was adjustable. We also probably dont really use the beverage center as much as we thought we would. I thought I wouldn't like the freezer drawers, but its set up well and I love the two kinds of ice. I love being able to adjust the temp, turn off the water fill, and manage the ice maker on my app. It did come with excess insulation ooze in one of the doors and a small dent on the freezer drawer door. I also wish the doors were a bit easier to shut.

J'ai ce refrigerateur depuis quelques semaines. J'aime sa luminosité. Le centre de "breuvage" est une feature intéressante. La machine a glace a deux type de glaçon est pratique. Par contre, la tolérance de l'assemblage sur mon frigo a quelques défauts. Le tirroir a viande est fixé croche, pas moyen d'ajuster. Ça n'empeche pas le fonctionnement, mais c'est visuellement derangeant. Également les pattes d'ajustement sont trop courte, j'ai du shimer un côté ce que je n'avais pas eu besoin avec mon ancien samsung.

Originally we had debated doing a major kitchen renovation, just to make more room for a larger fridge. It seemed liked there were limited options in the 33” width category. Then we came across this fridge. It was the right width and came with nice extras like the built in water pitcher and dual ice maker. We ordered sight unseen and were happy to find that the fridge had plenty of room. The freezer is nice and deep and the fridge itself has plenty of room. So far we are very pleased. Didn’t want to rate five stars because we’ve only had it a few days now, but so far it’s pretty close to perfect.

We always wanted a french-door type but didn't think we had enough room because the spot is next to a wall. We found this one and it fit perfectly. The fridge is very spacious in both the top part and the freezer section. We absolutely love the beverage center on the inside door because you always have a full pitcher full of filtered cold water. This is so helpful for filling up water bottles, or the coffee machine, or when you need a larger amount of water for a recipe. The dual ice maker is also very impressive and we use the two different types of ice all the time. Overall we are very happy with our new updated fridge!

While we personally opted for the smaller capacity it fits everything we need well. The water filter is located inside so we do not gather as many smudges on the outside. The additional water beverage holder is also nice and refills automatically (if desired can switch off). So far the freezer has worked well and generated quite a lot of ice quickly.

I didn’t get to see it in person before I bought it because nobody had it in stock. I downloaded the Smartthings app and connected my refrigerator to it and that made things easier than using the buttons inside the fridge. Plus it has the Power Cool for both the fridge and freezer in the app. I like the beverage center because we always had a pitcher in the fridge for drinks so this simplifies that problem as well. The shelves and drawers are deeper than my old fridge. Needless to say, I really love this fridge and hope it will last many years.

This refrigerator is not well designed. The interior shelves limit you to storing milk, wine or tall condiment bottles to the door. The ice bins take up half of the upper freezer drawer and there is no option to turn off 2 different ice cube sizes. You lose half of the freezer capacity. The finish is NOT finger print proof. This is not true. I have finger smudges all over my doors. The only feature that is a positive is the auto fill pitcher however its not energy efficient to leave the door open to pour water. Just not a practical appliance even for senior empty nesters. This one needs redesigning.

I like this fridge. It's the largest capacity I could get for the space I have. The beverage center is nice. The temperature control could and should have been much simpler and not necessitate reference to a manual, which wasn't even included with the product. Had to download and print a copy. I don't like that it says not to put anything on top of the unit. EVERYONE puts stuff on top of a fridge! The metallic looking trim on the front of the shelves is flimsy. Otherwise, it's attractive and spacious with nice features, like 2 sizes of ice, beverage dispenser and water spout.

Other than that, love fridge. The 2 different ice cubes is something thats sets it apart from others and the smaller ones do come in handy on bottles with tight openings. Light is very bright. Great shelf space, but any taller items, like orange juice bottle, have to be laid on side. There is a movable shelf, but then you are limited on bottom space. The front is magnetic for putting decorations on. Being able to sync with Smarthing to monitor energy usage and filter life is great, and it show you how my times the door is opened by you're kids during the day 😀

It is extremely efficient and has a way to tie into Samsung SmartThings were it sends the daily power use, which helps preserve electricity. It has power cool and power freeze modes to help food get to its proper temp. especially if its fresh from the store. The ice maker makes two sizes of ice large and small cubes. The size is good and the freezer portion has a drawer that fills half of it. The only thing that isn't great is there is nocwater dispensing, the only option for that would take up half a door from storage space for the water pitcher l.

I swapped it out for the Samsung 25 cu ft. French door model and hoped for the best. The freezer glides out nicely and seals properly, the two different kinds of ice were a nice surprise, and the fridge pitcher is a total game changer. I love this fridge! I was incentivized to leave a review in exchange for discounted water filters, but I’ve literally been telling all my family and friends about this fridge. I was wildly disappointed by the LG and this fridge is fantastic. Not only was this fridge less expensive, it feels more sturdy and I’m confident it will hold up to my six-year-old boy aggressively getting ice and popsicles everyday.

This refrigerator has very very poor quality stainless steel. It dance extremely easily. I live here by myself. It’s ridiculous… I absolutely hate it. I would not recommend I had no idea it would be so cheap. I’ve had other products before and had bought this about 15 months ago along with other appliances and everything else is fine and my old stuff wasn’t bad. Horrified had no idea it was so cheaply made.. It’s hard to show in pictures. The site‘s not letting me upload any pictures now it’s 15 months old purchased through Home Depot. Don’t buy.

It could fit more things because of the smart layout. Speaking of smart, I love the digital cooling controls placed perfectly inside. My last fridge had the control panel outside and it always seemed to get bumped and changed etc, this is much better. The outside is sleek and smooth with the handles on both the top and bottom of the doors smartly hidden, which looks like a much cleaner design.. Having never to fill the water pitcher, standing there waiting is a blessing. I will never go back to that. A freezer with plenty of space and 2 different kinds of ice. Worth every penny. A solid choice of fridge, I’m very happy.

Freezer has ice make with 2 sizes (large and small). Thus is nice but take some space out. Water pitcher is great and it is filtered, easy to replace. Fridge seems very well made, good materials. Something to think about is the french doors, you can only open them from bottom or top part of door, to close it you may not use these handles and get the doors dirty with fingerprints. Other than that, we love the fridge.

I have had my refrigerator for about 2 weeks. I love it. The water dispenser and ice dispenser are fantastic! I love the beverage center, I don’t think I could ever do with out it again. The freezer is a nice size though the ice trays do take up a decent amount of space. My biggest issue is with the refrigerator capacity. The shelves are not container friendly, they are too close together and can’t easily be moved to make more space. The tallest item I can fit standing up on the shelves is a large yogurt container. This one is weird, but I can’t get all the plastic wrapping off the fridge after delivery. There are still pieces in the corners and along the edges. The refrigerator, water and ice dispensers, are very quiet. Overall, I recommend and am happy with my purchase.

I get to fill my water bottle quickly when in the go. I also enjoy the two different sizes of ice cubes. Both the fridge and freezer have ample space. The unit is not noisy at all. I do have to make sure doors in fridge close all the way. I can’t just let them go and they close. I have to physically push to close every time. That’s my only issue. Just a little add on to my review a couple of days ago. So samsung came out to check the fridge and it turns out I have to replace the motherboard and damper. The fridge is 1 year and a couple months old. They stated that those parts are not under warranty and would need to replace them myself. The total cost is about 1,000 and samsung refuses to cover that or even partial cover for a defective and poorly built item they are selling. I have tried calling multiple times and customer care is no help. Just so everyone knows motherboards don't malfunction or give until 10-15 years down the line if that. The fact that this is happening to a fridge that is 1 year old and samsung is absolutely refusing to fix this is absurd. Unprofessional. And speaks alot about the company and it's unacceptable.

Lots of storage more than we’ll ever need. I found the design was well thought out with the extra pull out bottom storage in the fridge and beverage center inside the fridge. Something i didnt know i needed until now! The dispensing function works flawlessly with expected flow rate. It keeps the outside looking sleek and clean. I feel the coldness is evenly distributed throughout, but only time will tell. The freezer is deep and the compartment pulls out smoothly and the two size ice is a nice bonus. If this fridge last as long as our last Samsung fridge, then it’s a win for us. Can’t comment on efficiency yet but everything else is good so far.

My veggies and fruits are showing no signs of going bad before expected. The water and ice dispenser is working as advertised minus the water tasting a little funny at first, I'm guessing new hoses and stuff. At first it seemed like the water was slow and not making enough ice. We discovered the installation crew kinked the water hose. Once we fixed that we had good water pressure and ice was being made much faster. We really like the indoor water pitcher. It is so convenient to grab the pitcher to fill your glass and return it to fridge and have it automatically refill.

We were told we had a grace period of 6 months from our delivery date to enroll in the Samsung Care + extended warranty. Given this product's common maintenance issues, we felt that signing up for extended service was pretty important. My husband and I both put reminders on our phones to sign up prior to our grace period ending. However, when we tried to sign up this weekend we were told that the open-enrollment offer ended, that the 6 month grace period no longer applied, and that we would have had to either sign up 2 months ago (only 4 months into the grace period), or that we needed to sign up at purchase. This is unacceptable. Now we are unable to extend our product's support, are unable to enroll in Samsung Care + until there is another "open enrollment" and we just have to hope it doesn't break in a year or two.

I love the whole cool metal design that Samsung offers with its refrigerator. Now talking about the space that this refrigerator offers is superb. The positives about this fridge. It runs quiet. Ice dispenser is inside ice tray in the freezer. The negatives I wish I would have knew before I bought it. Top shelf is completely useless and cannot be adjusted. Hardly anything fits up there. Crisper drawers have no adjustment for the humidity. All the vegetables that I buy go bad within 4 days or very limp. I have never had this issue with previous refrigerators. Do yourself a favor and buy something else.

(Full area is 36.5” with one side being a full wall so door cannot swing all the way open). Even with the small space, I am able to fully access the fridge and freezer. The fridge feels huge and fits all of my food. The water dispenser works great and the pitcher is great for quickly filling larger bottles.

The other reviews were pretty accurate. The light only in the front makes the back dark. The shelfs not being very adjustable takes some getting used to. The worst part of the fridge has been the SmartThings app and taking the plastic off of the stainless steel surface. The Samsung SmartThings app requires your precise location in order to add a refrigerator, which is unnecessary. The app also prompts "Do more with SmartThings by adding Nest devices." I dismiss the prompt but it comes up every time I open the app. Remove the location requirement and stop with the constant prompts. For unboxing you will spend a lot of time peeling the plastic off the stainless steel. Unfortunately the plastic is crimped into the edges so it's impossible to get all the plastic off and just looks bad (see pictures). Also my top shelf glass was chipped.

The unit looks great! Love the dual ice and water pitcher features! Also like the filter placement -makes it very easy to change! I do wish it had at least one customizable shelf inside to allow for taller items in the main compartment. This will take some getting used to and possibly some re-organizing as we go. Love the ability to check the app for information and ability to change settings - was very easy once we downloaded the app.

This one stood out for its compact size, for the beautiful stainless steel that is fingerprint resistant, and the interior water pitcher. This is our first three door and we were concerned about storage but this model is super roomy. Holds everything with no issue. Love the two different kinds of ice and the infusing option of the pitcher! Definitely recommend!

You can’t judge capacity by just looking at it, you have to load your refrigerator. To our surprise, this refrigerator had more than enough room inside for our family. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a 33” wide standard depth model to fit in a limited space with as much capacity as we could install.The doors open without requiring additional space, and the absence of an in-door ice/water dispenser leaves plenty of capacity in a small footprint. Its nice that we can fit full-size milk containers and bottles in the door pockets, but slightly disappointing that the main shelves cannot be adjusted to accept containers like wine bottles standing up. The 2 sizes of ice are a nice touch. We chose this brand in part bc the doors of other brands dented easily and weren’t as easy to keep clean. They also had a ‘cheaper’ appearance. After installation the refrigerator cooled down quickly and the icemaker began producing ice in just a few hours. We also think the app connectivity will be a good safety measure if people visiting our house leave the door open while we are away.

I’ve only had the item for a day but it’s beautiful. It reached desired cooling temp very fast, the compartments are well thought out. I really like the self refillable pitcher and the two types of ice cubes are nice. On paper the efficiency rating seems great, I love the fact that the water filter is accessible without have to move the fridge out. Also at 25cu it’s surprisingly large for a 33” unit.

Looks nice and isn’t super prone to finger prints. I’m obsessed with the connectivity of the smart things app and that was a huge factor in going Samsung. Makes good use of the 25 cubic foot capacity. Seems to be cooling quickly and is super quiet. Water filtration is easy access to the filter in the main fridge. Says it’s an efficiency modeland time will tell. Love the icemaker in the drawer.

The shelves are all removable, including door shelves. It definitely allows for some customization inside. The beverage center is so convenient, and I absolutely love having a full pitcher of water every time I open the refrigerator. I wasn't sure how I would feel about having the water dispenser inside the refrigerator, but it isn't a problem. The freezer is spacious, and I absolutely love the fact that it can make two different sizes of ice. I do wish that the ice dispenser had a cover on it though. One of the most interesting things about this refrigerator is that it can connect to an app and I can receive alerts and check the status of my refrigerator at any time. I would absolutely recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking for a beautiful, high quality refrigerator.

It cooled down enough to load with food in about 3 hrs. The included Owners Manual only contains safety warnings, assembly and cleaning instructions, and warranty info. - Nothing about how to adjust settings, so I’ll try on-line. First Samsung fridge for us. Hope we’re happy long term!

Although it’s a little smaller than anticipated but it’s spacious enough. The freezer has a good space for food regardless of the huge ice tray. The location of the filter is easy to change since it’s at the bottom corner and nothing covers it. The buttons to control the fridge are smartly located inside. However, the water dispenser being inside the fridge took a little while to get used to. I noticed the fruits and vegetables last much longer than our previous fridge. It’s pretty neat that the fridge can make two different ice sizes. I however missed the crush ice feature we had. The small sized ice is small but not enough to considered itself being closed to crush ice. Overall, there are some things I wished this fridge could have but all the things that it has do outweigh the other things.

An excellent refrigerator - that's coming from me, an appliance repair master. I recommend this brand because thanks to Samsung, I'm never out of work. Some drawbacks, like issues with the ice maker, go unaddressed for years by Samsung. But the low quality is offset by its short lifespan, meaning if you buy this brand, you'll be replacing it with a new one soon enough.

Our family is thrilled with our latest addition of our Samsung refrigerator. There is more than enough space to fit all of the groceries we need as a family of four, and reconfiguring the shelves to suit our needs was a breeze. Coming from a fridge with a freezer on the top, having the french doors at eye level makes so much more sense. The ice maker with small and large cubes is a nice touch, as well as the multiple drawers for dual storage. Although it took some getting used to, we love how sleek the fridge looks with no handles sticking out of the front. We have already gotten multiple compliments from some visitors. The icing on the cake is the ability to connect to SmartThings. As an owner of a Samsung oven as well, it's great to be able to connect and change settings of all our appliances in one place.

Significantly less capacity than my last Samsung of the same size although the fewer visible electronics is attractive. Direction son how to use the ice maker once plugged in are not intuitive. A bit disappointed all around with the machine which I had to buy sight unseen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge is great, the only thing is that the middle shelves, the ones that you can move up or down does not have any support in the middle towards the front and you cannot place anything heavy towards the middle. It sags. The milk bottles we had to store them at the door. Otherwise it does its job. Like the two ice trays and the pitcher at the door.

The dual ice machine is amazing. My kids love the bite size ice. What really sold me is the beverage center. Who ever thought of it was a genius. Having it on the inside makes everything look much cleaner on the outside.

The only reason we were skeptical was because it doesn’t have handles. Maybe we will get use to it. The only negative is how much fingerprints it shows, even though it’s “fingerprint resistant” that will drive me nuts. Otherwise, overall, very happy with it!

Compared to the limited garage style fridges mostly available. The fridge has plenty of freezer drawer space, and it was noticable how much further the drawer opened for easier access. Overall been pleased with the fridge in the month we have owned it.

I like how we have the water pitcher and how it has lets you remove the one side of the fridge and move the shelves around so you can make the best capacity for your food or drinks. I never had an issue with it. Also love the big ice and the small ice with the 2 Freezer draws at the bottom

Had to remove the doors to get it in the kitchen, but that was easy, even with the water line to the door. Plenty of room inside and well layed out. I do wish it had a little more adjustment points to the shelf height, but it still fits all the tall items! Really like the water pitcher.

The capacity of the fridge is a good fit for us, but the freezer section has proven to be a bit small for our needs. We really appreciate and use the water feature, especially the self-filling pitcher. Overall, we are satisfied with our purchase.

The fridge is awesome. The capacity fits my family needs. The cooling and filtration is great for keeping food cold and the drinking water filtered. I love having the water pitcher inside that is filled at all times for excellent drinking water. I love that the icemaker has 2 sizes of ice. I highly recommend this fridge!

Loving my new refridgerator the bottom freezer is very spacious and holds much more than I ever thought. Like having two sizes of ice cubes but would love if I could switch from both to one size when needed.it keeps everything at a grwat twmperature and very efficient. The auto filtered water refill is wonderful too.
