The refrigerator had a Freon leak after only four years and quit working. It began warming on a Sunday evening and was 60 degrees by Tuesday morning and all the food was ruined. The ice maker doesn’t make enough ice to fill cups for a family of five and takes an extraordinarily long time to refill when empty. When changing the water filter, water spills out as they’re inserted horizontally. The zero clearance hinges are nice, and allow the fridge to be placed near a wall that standard doors wouldn’t allow.

It is so much more spacious than the side-by-side french door fridge we used to have. Everything feels high-quality. We didn't think we'd use it much but we actually love the auto-fill water pitcher - so much quicker than using the water dispenser! I love having two sizes of ice cubes to choose from and having it in the bottom with the scoop has made for a lot less mess on the floor! It's also nice receiving a notification on my phone when the door has been left open. We love that we can mix & match the panels too. So far, nothing negative to say about this fridge!

The beverage center is very very frequently used and beats the slow waterspout. Two sizes of ice is also very nice depending on what you feel like. Cooling is good and even. Finish is a really nice white with glass but obviously it is not magnetic, but the sides are magnetic! One complaint and probably the only issue is the auto filling water. Pitcher sometimes doesn’t auto fill and takes some manual fiddling around to get it to start filling up again. This does happen pretty frequently maybe once every couple weeks.

We bought this one and I LOVE it!!! The capacity that it can hold is enormous! I really enjoy the autofill water picture feature as well as the regular ice and party ice. The bottom freezer has 3 compartments, two on the lower and one on top. we can store so much meats and miscellaneous stuff down there. the upper compartment is a gret size too. I wish we had ma this purchase a long time ago!! I have the smartThings app and it lets me know if anyone accidentally leaves the door open. i highly recommend this refrigerator!

All I know is... there are things going on inside there and it always keeps me guessing. This Samsung Bespoke refrigerator does an excellent job of keeping my food cold and fresh, makes two sizes of ice filled in the freezer, the beverage center provides filtered water just by putting my glass under the spout, the temperature for the refrigerator and the freezer are digitally displayed on the inside of the unit and it sends me a notice on my phone if I have left any of the doors or drawers open. I would say I am very happy with this refrigerator.

It is taking awhile to get use to not having exterior water and ice. However, we really like having a pitcher of cold water in a singe grab. I do wish that the beverage door had a latch at the top of the door. I am just over 6ft and have to bend over just a bit to get to the latch on the bottom of the door and that is not going to be good for my back. I also wish the shelving was a little more adjustable. At the end of the day we would by this line of refrigerators again, however my wife says she would get the one with the exterior FlexZon Drawer.

I didn't think my wife would go for this one as it is a bit pricey, but she loves it maybe more than I do. We did have a time where the small ice maker quit working. We read the troubleshooting steps, and even called on support. Support sent a person out who declared we needed a new computer/motherboard for the unit. Board came in and was replaced. This did not fix the issue. Later, I decided I would take a hairdryer to the side that wasn't working. In 2 minutes, I had the problem resolved. Since support was useless, I could not give 5 stars.

Not fond of having to open up both doors to get to the one crisper drawer nor the lack of flexibility with the shelves but so far we have not had much of a problem fitting everything we need into the fridge. It does acruire smudges and fingerprints but you expect that with Stainless Steel. The beverage center is great. Having water always available out of hte pitcher without having to open the actual fridge is great as well as being able to get a few other items out too with the beverage center shalves.

While I certainly miss the 'flex' compartment which we highly utilized for breads, some veggies and various adult beverages, this counter depth French Door model has lived up to the Samsung Refrigerator reputation and has many of the options we desired such as the auto-filling 'bottomless' in door water pitcher and dual sized ice makers (without the problematic dispenser through the door issues).

The only two issues that I wished were better was the beverage center door does not have an alarm if it gets left open (and it gets left open a LOT), and the middle section on the left hand door hardly ever catches to close and the center line is left open causing condensation inside the fridge. I also have not been able to level it to a point that both doors can stay open. I asked the technician when he was replacing the compressor and he said it's nearly impossible. Other than that, no real issues. It looks nice, it's nice inside and the beverage center is great!

(It’s a little picky) but we didn’t even know there was a storage compartment on the upper left door under the water pitcher. Little to nothing fits here and Lord help if you forget about it, because you certainly can’t see it. 2. The ice bin tray in the lower freezer. Absolutely love having the option between a medium size cube or (my favorite) smaller rectangle ice “chips”.But the tray is awkward (if you need to remove it) and gaps around it make it too easy to loose cubes when scooping (witch is why you need to remove it).

It has lots and lots of space in the refrigerator section, I like that the water is hidden behind the left door, and the front part of the door opens to get your water so you don’t let all the cold air out. Also, one of my favorite features which I didn’t realize at the time is the water pitcher I use it every day, whether I’m filling my coffee pot or setting it on the table for dinner. We also really like the two different sizes of ice cubes to choose from That the freezer makes. Overall, I think This refrigerator was the best pick for us tons of storage and features.

I like the beverage center and the clean look. It works fine for all other types of foods, but the crisper drawer for vegetables is useless. In this fridge greens rot twice as fast as out 20 year-old GE refrigerator. Why? The "Crisper+" and "Crisper" drawers have no way to adjust or allow for higher humidity. They're just drawers with some space on top; they have no airflow or humidity control like your old fridge. I'm having major buyer's remorse. (I found this after I bought it) if you search for "Vegetables going bad sooner in new Samsung refrigerator", you can find a full forum of people with the same problem. Samsung cut major corners. It's not worth the price. Don't do it!

We got this new one on sale and the price was right. The beverage center is a great feature and the famoly likes having 2 types of ice. We love the more boxy, stream-lined look of this fridge. Having 4 full sized produce drawers was a must for me, as I do not care for refrigerators with the wide, but shallow drawer that is common on the bottom and this has what I wanted. All in all, it seems like a great fridge, but hoping that it lasts a little bit longer than the last one.

From the moment it was plugged in, cooling to operating temperature was brief. The drink station is fantastically convenient and a good energy saving option since no one has to hold the whole fridge open to decide. The only inconvenience of the whole device is that the right-side bottom drawer cannot be opened while having only the right door open. The divider strip on the left door is in the way so both doors must be opened to access that drawer. Being used to it now, it's not that bothersome. Oh, and I absolutely love that I can choose between large or small ice cubes!

Maybe for future versions, there could be the inclusion of tension adjustment/restriction for the doors. For the price point, the doors kinda fling open, and in our particular kitchen, there’s a fridge enclosure, which is getting beat up by the kids going for snacks. 😎

The ice maker can take some time to make the ice but that's because it's making two different kinds of ice. I love how I can control my refrigerator and freezer from my phone. Having a water pitcher is amazing! I don't even need to have a brita filter in my refrigerator anymore because the pitcher and the water going through the refrigerator is filtered. The pitcher is a smart pitcher and fills back up automatically no matter if you empty it or not it knows when to stop. I could go on and on about this product but I will stop here and just say I'm over the moon about my new refrigerator and I'm not looking back.

The cool setting is to the max at 7 and I also put the power cool which goes off after a lil while. The fridge does get opened/closed throughout the day. At the max cooling level, it feels more like a one setting. Not sure if the design was intended to operate like this and it’s be insane if it was as I cannot store food for more than a couple of days to avoid them getting spoiled. This is frustrating cause I just wasted time and money purchasing this fridge. It’s a beautiful fridge but it does not work as intended.

I may have opted for the exterior drawer model instead of this model because we have frequent little ones that visit which would be perfect for cold snacks. i bought this refrigerator 6 months ago. i have loved it all this time. it is great! easy to clean. easy to organize the contents. looks great. the only issue i have had with it---today--- is that i cannot get the replacement water filter to go back into the refrigerator. it was tough to get out. but now the replacement will not go back in. it is super frustrating and i have been trying to make it happen for 3 hours now. i am concerned that it will leak all over the place before morning. lastly, the access door is poorly designed. it lifts up but does not stay up on its own. so, to get out the filter you need to hold the door up with one hand and use the other to rotate and remove the filter.

Love the design too - even though it is slightly larger than our last fridge, having no handles and a completely flat front makes it fit our space better and makes the kitchen seem slightly larger. The two different sizes of ice is a nice feature, but it doesn’t produce enough of either size ice to keep up with demand in a two adult household. I wish I would have bought a cheaper refrigerator since I still need to buy ice. Not sure what advantage the Wi-Fi connection is, the only thing you can really do, is turn the ice maker on and off. It doesn’t warn you if the internal temperature exceeds a certain setting, and it won’t even tell you the current temperature of the refrigerator or freezer

Beautiful fridge, misleading measurements. With clean modern lines, we wanted to spend extra to get the counter depth refrigerator. When installed, we discovered that we could not push the fridge in to get the benefits of counter depth, but design required that we pull fridge 8-10” out from the wall to be able to open the doors. BUYER BEWARE ~ the doors require an additional 4” of width to allow the doors to open. Poor hinge design. Now I have a counter depth fridge, I paid a premium for, with less storage, sticking out as far as a standard depth fridge.

With the ice dispenser in the freezer it is a game changer. I have 2 choices of the ice sizes, the smaller one for a quicker cold beverage to the larger size for a longer lasting cold drink. Also, with just one or two scoops and your done with the ice and the water pitcher is always ready with it's auto fill function which I also love very much! Additonally, I use the water pitcher my coffee water reservior instantly!

I liked the fact it was counter depth, but, due to the layout of my kitchen, if we pushed it to the wall, the doors did not open properly, because the cabinets were in the way. That would actually the only negative. Positives: I did not particularly want the “beverage center”, but, it has become my favorite part. Easy to fill coffee pot, dog’s water dish and large water bottles. I also like the no handles. Took me a bit to get used to, but, now, second nature. Last, but not least, I like the two different ice sizes.

We had the common ice-over issue with the icemaker, but generally liked the unit. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks a go the freezer section completely failed. We bought the new Bespoke 3-door and couldn't be happier. Going from 24cu ft to 31cu ft has been great, and having the icemaker in the freezer compartment makes much more sense. While would rather have not given up some of the freezer space, this is a fair compromise.

Not only is 30 cu ft is very large but it has the beverage center that has a self fill pitcher and a single glass fill option, shelves dedicated to drinks that can be accessed via the 3rd door making it easier to access your drink w/o opening the entire side. The freezer does have the 2 types of ice sizes for your preference. It also has a very good size freezer drawers. All in all a very well made appliance and have been very happy overall.

Has plenty of room compared to my last Samsung. Easy to open and close the doors and drawer. Keeps everything cold, but not frozen. Only negatives I have found are that some shelves are impossible to clean if anything gets under the glass. Also, the left door always had to be closed first, as the seal does not come back on its own like its supposed to, no matter how much we try to add/remove the discs/washers for balancing.

We bought this counter depth refrigerator because we have downsized and no longer have a huge family to feed. We were surprised at how much it actually holds, didn’t really feel much like we downsized, yet now we can reach everything inside the fridge. We love the beverage center! The hidden water dispenser makes the outside look so clean - and we actually chose this model because it does not have handles that stick out. Makes moving in front of it with a walker a dream ! Love the dual ice maker and have found the smaller cubes to be truly beneficial - from faster drink cooling to making flexible ice packs - a wonderful plus for us! We’ve only owned it a couple weeks but, if the ice maker holds up, this will be our favorite kitchen purchase!

We were sad when we moved from our old home, which had a black stainless steel Samsung French door counter-depth refrigerator similar to this, but this is a definite upgrade! We love the dedicated beverage center with refilling water pitcher and other easy access to soft drinks, beer, and more. We use the small lower cubby in the center to put baybel cheeses. The SmartThings app reminds us if the door is left ajar which is a plus in a smart home.

I have used a great number of refrigerators, this fridge hits every one of my favorite aspects of each fridge that I liked. Each fridge had parts that I hated, and I wish was different. I love that the drink section is hidden, not on the outside of the door looking tacky. I love the two types of ice with a scooper. It is so easy to keep clean! The space in the fridge is amazing. I love how easy it is to keep organized. I love that the drawers all only need one door open to get to. I LOVE my new fridge!

I had all new Samsung appliances at our old home & wanted them in our new home as well. The beverage center is so convenient & it’s great not having the mess of the water & ice on the outside of the door. Thought we might miss the crushed ice but the ice bites are great. We just replaced the top door panels with the black glass & it looks really sleek. Also fun to be able to decorate the glass with clings for the different holidays.

I am able to purchase a week's worth of groceries and have plenty of storage room. My vegetables last longer due to the cooling drawers. There is plenty of room for large drink containers. The shelves are adjustable to accommodate any size you want. I have connected Alexa, and get a warning when someone is standing with the door open to long, or worse forget to close it. The dual ice trays are magnificent during hot weather.

I didn't want to rush and did my research to find the one that fits my situation. I'm a single guy who needs a decent size refrigerator with a reasonable price. My work offers a discount program and utilizing my first responder discount even get me a very compeieitive price on this item and really liked it overall, especiialy the Beverage Center that provide a built-in pitcher. 2 size Ice making is also very useful and sizable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the esthetics - customized outs with Panels we can rotate to both match our kitchen design and also change things up intermittently. the beverage station and control functions are really easy to use and nice touches. The two ice cube sizes come in handy. Some issues persist though. The drawers don’t match the doors in width so you have to open both doors to open some of the lower bins. They don’t track well at all times either. There is not a lot of space for taller items. Finally the doors don’t close by themselves - the first fridge I’ve ever had where the doors swing shut but don’t fully close. There is an alarm built in which helps, but expect to hear it a lot. Overall would still recommend, but some tweaking would make the fridge a stronger buy.

The glass front makes it so easy to keep clean and I feel I do see less smudges and marks compared to stainless steel. The room inside, and the four drawers have been great and so far I feel I’ve had plenty of room for everything I need. The ice bins are a great touch and the secret door to fill water is amazing, I find us using the water pitcher feature on our refrigerator multiple times a day.

This is the first Samsung home appliance that we've owned, and based on the first year of ownership, I will stay away in the future. The autofill pitcher in the beverage center started to fill only intermittently after about a year (hmmm, just out of warranty!), and now after 16 months of ownership, does not fill at all. Samsung troubleshooting is useless. This feature was one of the reasons that we purchased this model, and now the feature doesn't work at all and would require an out-of-warranty service repair.

I love this refrigerator. It has restored the name of Samsung in this area of the kitchen. The beverage center door is great for my son to grab healthy yogurt snacks and the pit her makes filling water bottles a dream. It is SO much faster than a slow fill. The only thing zi do not like is the right hand side shelf that can be pushed back to make way for tall bottles. We rarely have bottle tall enough to warrant it and it slides back a little too easily. Is there a way to replace that with a solid shelf?

The pull out freezer is an adjustment so I ordered dividers for the lower level to keep frozen food organized. I love the beverage center with nice cold filtered water. I’m also enjoying the internal ice maker that makes filtered small and large ice cubes that I use for smoothies, iced coffee etc. The family is hoping this refrigerator provides many years of service.

I was able to get rid of my stand alone water filter pitcher now that I have one built into my door. There is a TON of room for all of our items. The duel ice maker is an added bonus, we love the little nuggets. Not sure what the purpose of the white shelf over the ice trays is for since there is a clear one underneath it. If someone knows, please tell me! Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase and would recommend to everyone!

The drink station with a fruit infuser is quite the nice touch and you may never look at water the same again. I would buy this again today and the Samsung app is a nice addon as well to see fridge temps as well as if the doors are left open. I upgraded to this one when the whirlpool I had for 16 years finally bit the dust and capacity and features are no comparison, I just hope we get 16+ years out of this one.

Aesthetically, glass looks amazing but next fridge will have both on the door. Also, not happy that I had to buy the fridge with the white panels and pay extra $$$ for the blue panels. Seems to make sense to just order the fridge with the blue panels… now I have the white panels just sitting in my closet. Otherwise happy with operation and roominess.

I am very happy with this model and have plenty of room and the configuration is adjustable, The door-in-door is a great feature that we use all the time. The quick access compartment. I also love the two types of ice, it really great to have options. keeps us from opening the full door. The stainless on this model is better as it shows very few fingerprints if any at all.

I love the dual ice cube sizes and the water pitcher stored behind the left outer door. The smooth glossy finish shows about every finger and hand print but is easy to wipe down without streaks and smudges. The freezer drawers hold a good amount of groceries and are easy to access and organize. Perhaps the oddest characteristic is the right side crisper drawer that can only be opened with both outer doors open

On the other side are actually two doors (one behind the other) and two areas under door panel that allows for opening the pair or just the lead with the first offering cold fresh filtered water. If opening the other latch it allows full opening. The ice maker is also unique offering two different sized cubes (very refreshing).

It was a great fridge, but I have been trying to get it fixed under the extended warranty, and the company that is supposed to fix it wants me to pay $400 and have someone come look at it, which I have to find. After I said I couldn't find a certified repairman, they wouldn't reply to me and have ignored me. Samsung is supposed to be reliable, and I also called them, and they said they can't do anything to help. Was stationed twice in Korea and have only Samsung products, but this is disappointing.

I was concerned that it would be too small but it's not. It lines up nicely in my small kitchen and it actually has plenty of space. I don't love the shelving in the fridge or maybe it has more drawers than I am used too. The freezer looked small too but it hold everything just fine. Of course, the beverage center is the crown Jewel. The self filling pitcher is great. It's the main attraction.

I bought this Bespoke Refrigerator 17 months ago. It has been somewhat of a disappointment, especially given the cost. Now after replacing the water filter, it will not dispense water or make ice, replaced with another new filter with the same results. Removing the filter is supposed to bypass the filter and allow ice and water to be made with UNfiltered water. Unfortunately, it also leaks water into the fridge and out onto the floor. After only 17 months, I find this unacceptable at any price.

I wish the doors could be propped open because every time I go to refill my water cup the cold door rests on my arm and the “latch” hitting the back of my arm is eventually going to give me a bruise. It has LOTS of fridge space. Items are no longer getting forgotten in bottom drawers (we had an old WP side-by-side before). I’ve only had this for 4 weeks but so far so good.

DO NOT BUY THIS! My fridge came with ALL THREE panels dented, damaged, and ill fitting. The install team told me they see this ALL THE TIME. When I informed Samsung the DAY of delivery they told me that I had to order AND PAY FOR new panels myself!!!! I "may" get a credit upon return of the panels. What? What kind of customer service is that? Must be nice to sell someone something defective then turn around and tell them to pay more to fix it. Truly insane. DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE!

You never know how much you are going to love something until you have it. With our old fridge, the icemaker did not work, so I had to fill a gallon jug each day for the countertop ice maker. Now when I have to use that or fill the dog bowl - it is just so easy to pour & the pitcher fills itself. I do wish this fridge could keep up with my ice use. It cannot keep up with me, I still have to use the countertop ice maker. Also, in my opinion the top shelf seems a little flimsy. I would not put heavy items up there. Also, I wish the freezer had a convenient pull out type drawer on the freezer door, like my old fridge had. I do love how you can control the fridge from the app.

I was skeptical, but it is great. It is disappointing that there front it not magnetic, but that it can be used as a whiteboard is very handy. The box of the unit is about the reported height in the specs, but the front part, with the plastic cover for the hinges (and some electronics), it is taller than reported, so if you have tight top clearance, measure carefully.

Nice sleek front. I do have one improvement that Samsung could make that would make it even better. When you open the front of the left door to get to the pitcher or water feature, that small door ALWAYS tries to close on you. If there was a way to create a stop on the door that gives when you want to close it, this refrigerator would be perfect.

The fridge is very quiet and operate nicely. We do not use the water pitcher and use the space for others. It is not necessary when there is a water dispenser. We are still getting use opening the front door to get water. The ice maker is located in the freezer which takes up freezer space. We do not feel the large capacity in the freezer.

Two sizes of ice cubes works for different family members. Would really like more split shelves to accommodate large items.. shelves. Split shelves need additional support on cabinet walls to stay level. Very quiet operation and good lighting to see everything. Panel options are great but process for getting them is slower than I would expect to be first class service.

At first there was all this negative sentiment about Samsung Refrigerators so I was hesitant but the features were just so enticing and modern, it was just hard to believe it wasn't high quality. The more research I did the more I learned about how Samsung has done tremendous work to reengineer their appliances to overcome their stigma, if you look up detailed youtube reviews you'll see more detailed explanations of these changes and advancements and they also confirm that the stigma they had is a thing of the past. I've had this fridge now for half a year and I have to say it's pretty amazing. The design is just great, layout is great, it's probably the best looking fridge out there. Don't listen to the haters and do your own research but in my opinion, its a great product and I hope it lasts for years.

We bought this refrigerator and fell in love with the features. We love the idea of changing colors. Glass is much easier to keep clean than stainless!! However one of my shelves the white decorative design is coming off. Well customer service just can’t figure out what shelf to send me… I’ve had 2 wrong ones sent after numerous phone calls. I’m at my wits end. Bottom line product is good but if you need to deal with customer DON’T!!! Deal with the problem or buy something else.

There was a lot of fridges to choose from, but the Bespoke really called my name. I bought it just before Thanksgiving, and it saved my butt!! There's so much more space, the beverage center is so convenient, and it looks good in my kitchen. I would recommend this fridge to everyone, especially because of the two types of ice and all the little spaces on the doors to stash everything!

There is a magic door that allows you to grab frequently used items without opening then entire door to same on energy use. The ice maker provides large and tiny cubes at the same time. I am very happy with this appliance. I would have rated it a 5 if not for a few cosmetic scratches on the surface, which can really only seen in certain light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very simple design. I'm getting used to not having handles on the doors. Inside is spacious, but different from my old LG. I like the two types of ice and the fresh water pitcher that refills. It helps with filling the coffee maker with fresh filtered water. We also have 4 drawers now rather than two. It's fun figuring out where to put everything. Right now there is a drawer full of chocolate. That has to change! :) All in all, we are getting used to it. No issues so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Bespoke Refrigerator for about 6 months now. My husband likes it. I am 5'3" and I have a hard time seeing the back of the top shelf. I have the white panels and no matter what I use to clean the fingerprints, it streaks. Fingerprints are terrible. Going to check into different colored panels to see if it's better. I waited a year, researching and shopping around before this purchase. I wish I would have stuck with stainless steel, as much as I hated cleaning that.

I bought this refrigerator and LOVE it! It's roomy, bright, and well thought out in terms of features. There is though one design improvement that Samsung should make: While each crisper drawer will pull open with only one outer door opened, the bottom right drawer will not open without both outer doors being opened. If Samsung reduced the width of the bottom drawer just a little, it could pull open without having to open both outer doors, which would be much more convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Samsung Bespoke White Glass Refrigerator, and it has been the best refrigerator I’ve had in a long time. The simplicity of the installation of the refrigerator and the functions that it allows you to do inside the door and also in the Samsung SmartThings app make it a very functional and easy refrigerator to get to know. The two different ice types are very convenient, being able to turn the icemaker off or turn off the auto-fill pitcher because we have the beverage center. This has been a game changer. Samsung definitely shows and pushes forward with their innovative ways to make your appliances smart. I am already looking at getting a Bespoke Oven and a dishwasher in the future. With the ability of it being white glass, you can write on the refrigerator with an expo marker. A dry erase marker

I need to change the water filter in the refrigerator, and the manual states that I must shut off the water supply first. Unfortunately, the water valve is located behind the refrigerator, which presents a challenge since it’s full of food. Should I really have to pull the refrigerator out? Alternatively, I could shut off the water for the entire house, which seems excessive. It raises the question of what the engineers at Samsung were considering when designing this system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very Pleased with our fridge! We have been using it for about a month and are very pleased with it. It is very spacious and well laid out. Love the water pitcher that automatically refills. It is used very often. Also like the two different sizes of ice cubes. Its just a very good and well thought out refrigerator. The only one slight downside is that the ice cubes aren't clear cold looking cubes; they just don't look hard and clear like a very cold ice cube looks.

Our friends were like we are going home and buying one. We had issues with our previous fridge from the day we installed it. The tech told us that we purchased the first year and there are a bunch of problems. We are so excited to have the Bespoke. Our previous fridge had the drawer which we really liked. I created another zone for the compression which could have contributed to some of our issues. Our kids are becoming teenagers so I don't know we need the drawer as much, so we got the 3 door. We all love the beverage center. The one thing we do not like is the bottom drawers are wider then the doors so we have to open both doors to open the drawer. BTW - our friends did purchase one after we got ours.

Controls/App is terrific. Most loved is the dual ice maker. 2nd would be the self filling water pitcher. Beautiful counter depth look with no ugly handles. Easy to wipe clean. Has lots of small nook storage that we thought was weird as we discovered a few after having the fridge for a few weeks. Still the nooks are actually very handy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The beverage center gets a lot of use. It is a great idea to have that as we all get drinks from the fridge more than anything else. The ice in th freezer does take up a bit more space that I would like, but its nice to have the 2 different size cubes. The fridge has a lof o space but not being able to configure the shelves is a downfall. I would rather be able to move them around based on what I have in there but the half disappearing shelf does help a little with that.

The freezer compartment is spacious and allows for great organization and separation. The ice bin offers two different types of ice. I love that the door can be opened partially to quickly grab condiments or a cup of water from the water dispenser or the super convenient water pitcher. It's really cool that you can change out the glass panels on the front so you can change up your look.

The fridge looks amazing in our kitchen and is so spacious. The double ice maker is really nice. Not having anything in the front of the fridge looks so nice and modern. Keeping mysbhusbnad’s dirty fingerprints off the front has been a bit of a challenge. He’s still getting used to having no handles. I can’t speak for its longevity but we are really liking it.

The customizable door panels allow me to change the color and style of my fridge whenever I want, to match my mood or decor, however, i have kept it stock for the time being as the white glass is nice and neutral. The fridge has a spacious interior, with plenty of room for all my groceries and leftovers. The Beverage Center is truly my favorite feature and is a game-changer, as it features both a water dispenser and an AutoFill Water Pitcher that automatically refills with filtered water. We like to put lemons into the infuser! We hope this Samsung fridge will last a long time as the ice maker is in the freezer compartment, and not in the doors of the refrigerator as is common in many of the old samsung products that have had issues in the past.

Ice maker keeps me in ice in both cubed and smaller chips, I love it. The temps stay how I set them and I like that the fridge chimes when I leave the doors open by accident. I also love how it is connected in my Smart Things app. Amazing technology. The water filter is also the easiest I have ever replaced. This is a great fridge and freezer!

Pros: Love the connectivity, lets me know if the kids leave the door open. Ice maker works well, love the two kinds of ice. Spacious! Cons: The center flap was only closing 65% of the time, Samsung sent someone out and fixed that fortunately. The pitcher in the beverage center only fills up 70% of the time, I need to set up a warranty call for that one.

Nugget ice is a must! Holds a massive amount of food and storage bins are refreshingly large. Uses very little power and reminds you when the door is left open. We havn't changed the stainless panels because they are so nice. Love IT. Only complaint is the doors don’t open all the way, so taking the shelving out to clean is challenging!

Different colors. Easy to tint with different window film. Spacious, clean with the beverage center. Never running out of cold water. The different ice cubes are perfect for cocktails. It is just perfect for us. We have upgraded our kitchen the Bespoke dishwasher which is a silence predator. It washes our dishes in perfect silence.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very satisfied with my Bespoke 3 door French Door Fridge. I especially enjoy the filtered water dispenser and pitcher. And I love the layout of the drawers and the garage door shelf that enables me to put taller things there when needed. I also love looking at the reflective white glass doors, and seeing a reflection of things in the vacinity of the fridge. I get a a reflection of the window and plants on windowsill and the trees outside and birds sitting on a wire in the yard. I also love the choice of having large and small ice. It's so convenient to have the size ice I want for whatever I am drinking. The delivery guys that brought the Refrigerator were very thoughtful, careful in installing and moving the old fridge out. And they were very congenial and agreeable to do what I needed to have them do.

Left a review last week and wanted to update it but Samsung seems to make that pretty difficult. Fridge was looked at by a repair tech and he determined it was unfixable. So we called Samsung support and holy cow has it been an experience. They wouldn’t send out a replacement unit and would only reimburse us. But the problem is they would only reimburse us for the fridge and not the panels lol. After fighting with support they finally decided to refund me for the entire cost but told me I would need to dispose of the fridge. So I bought a fridge from Samsung that didn’t make it 3 years. Had to fight for full reimbursement and was told I would need to pay someone to remove the pile of junk. It was after this experience I didn’t just decide to never buy a Samsung appliance again but I will now never own anything with Samsung on it.

It is equipped with AI features and can be operated with the Smart App as well like temperature, ice mahjong etc. It does make beep sound if opens continue for few minutes. The compartments could have been little better with more spacious as some of them like in the door are not much useful due to its configuration. Overall great with enough capacity including freezer.

The fridge itself has such an incredible amount of storage space, is easy to set up and feels really well made. It's also slick looking too. After all the frustrations with our Whirlpool fridge, we couldn't be happier - the same size fridge but fits more in both it's freezer and regular fridge section, ideal for families.
