It is so much more spacious than the side-by-side french door fridge we used to have. Everything feels high-quality. We didn't think we'd use it much but we actually love the auto-fill water pitcher - so much quicker than using the water dispenser! I love having two sizes of ice cubes to choose from and having it in the bottom with the scoop has made for a lot less mess on the floor! It's also nice receiving a notification on my phone when the door has been left open. We love that we can mix & match the panels too. So far, nothing negative to say about this fridge!

We bought this one and I LOVE it!!! The capacity that it can hold is enormous! I really enjoy the autofill water picture feature as well as the regular ice and party ice. The bottom freezer has 3 compartments, two on the lower and one on top. we can store so much meats and miscellaneous stuff down there. the upper compartment is a gret size too. I wish we had ma this purchase a long time ago!! I have the smartThings app and it lets me know if anyone accidentally leaves the door open. i highly recommend this refrigerator!

All I know is... there are things going on inside there and it always keeps me guessing. This Samsung Bespoke refrigerator does an excellent job of keeping my food cold and fresh, makes two sizes of ice filled in the freezer, the beverage center provides filtered water just by putting my glass under the spout, the temperature for the refrigerator and the freezer are digitally displayed on the inside of the unit and it sends me a notice on my phone if I have left any of the doors or drawers open. I would say I am very happy with this refrigerator.

Also have beverage center with Water pitcher at door very fancy and nice auto pitcher filled and auto ice maker option it’s a great acquisition it’s my second one I upgraded it and I love everything about it very convenient for family who enjoy fridge with a great space.

When we purchased our new home, it came with a refrigerator but I wasn’t a fan & neither was my husband. I started looking & found this one, however, since it is a little pricey we wanted to wait on a sale. When Black Friday rolled around & it went on a huge sale, we couldn’t pass it up. We absolutely love the fridge!! There are so many perks we love, from the large interior with plenty of storage to the filtered water pitcher, to the different size ice choices and the list goes on. So glad we made this purchase when we did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall wwe are very pleased with our new fridge. The spae inside is plenty for the 2 of us. The freezer is big as well. Not fond of having to open up both doors to get to the one crisper drawer nor the lack of flexibility with the shelves but so far we have not had much of a problem fitting everything we need into the fridge. It does acruire smudges and fingerprints but you expect that with Stainless Steel. The beverage center is great. Having water always available out of hte pitcher without having to open the actual fridge is great as well as being able to get a few other items out too with the beverage center shalves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how much room it has! We had the unit for a few months and the compressor had to be replaced. The only two issues that I wished were better was the beverage center door does not have an alarm if it gets left open (and it gets left open a LOT), and the middle section on the left hand door hardly ever catches to close and the center line is left open causing condensation inside the fridge. I also have not been able to level it to a point that both doors can stay open. I asked the technician when he was replacing the compressor and he said it's nearly impossible. Other than that, no real issues. It looks nice, it's nice inside and the beverage center is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity, quality, appearance are all excellent. The interior is highly adaptable to various size/shape of containers. 2 areas that fall short: 1. (It’s a little picky) but we didn’t even know there was a storage compartment on the upper left door under the water pitcher. Little to nothing fits here and Lord help if you forget about it, because you certainly can’t see it. 2. The ice bin tray in the lower freezer. Absolutely love having the option between a medium size cube or (my favorite) smaller rectangle ice “chips”.But the tray is awkward (if you need to remove it) and gaps around it make it too easy to loose cubes when scooping (witch is why you need to remove it).

I love the ice maker in the freezer and it's just so spacious . it hasn't given us any problems and it's been a year now. The self filling waterjug that sits in the door is also so amazing and we totally depend on that everyday. Definitely couldn't have another fridge that doesn't have at least all of these features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I love nearly everything about this refrigerator from the color to the size and layout of the shelves. From the moment it was plugged in, cooling to operating temperature was brief. The drink station is fantastically convenient and a good energy saving option since no one has to hold the whole fridge open to decide. The only inconvenience of the whole device is that the right-side bottom drawer cannot be opened while having only the right door open. The divider strip on the left door is in the way so both doors must be opened to access that drawer. Being used to it now, it's not that bothersome. Oh, and I absolutely love that I can choose between large or small ice cubes!

The ice maker can take some time to make the ice but that's because it's making two different kinds of ice. I love how I can control my refrigerator and freezer from my phone. Having a water pitcher is amazing! I don't even need to have a brita filter in my refrigerator anymore because the pitcher and the water going through the refrigerator is filtered. The pitcher is a smart pitcher and fills back up automatically no matter if you empty it or not it knows when to stop. I could go on and on about this product but I will stop here and just say I'm over the moon about my new refrigerator and I'm not looking back.

The cool setting is to the max at 7 and I also put the power cool which goes off after a lil while. The fridge does get opened/closed throughout the day. At the max cooling level, it feels more like a one setting. Not sure if the design was intended to operate like this and it’s be insane if it was as I cannot store food for more than a couple of days to avoid them getting spoiled. This is frustrating cause I just wasted time and money purchasing this fridge. It’s a beautiful fridge but it does not work as intended.

Bought this a month ago and just got it a few days ago. After the fridge was delivered I noticed a manufacturing defect. The middle latch isn't long enough to engage in the door so it doesn't shut and causes condensation inside the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had other ice dispenser refridgerators in the past. It always annoyed me that water would drip down the front of the fridge when I finished. With the ice dispenser in the freezer it is a game changer. I have 2 choices of the ice sizes, the smaller one for a quicker cold beverage to the larger size for a longer lasting cold drink. Also, with just one or two scoops and your done with the ice and the water pitcher is always ready with it's auto fill function which I also love very much! Additonally, I use the water pitcher my coffee water reservior instantly!

We had the common ice-over issue with the icemaker, but generally liked the unit. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks a go the freezer section completely failed. We bought the new Bespoke 3-door and couldn't be happier. Going from 24cu ft to 31cu ft has been great, and having the icemaker in the freezer compartment makes much more sense. While would rather have not given up some of the freezer space, this is a fair compromise.

Not only is 30 cu ft is very large but it has the beverage center that has a self fill pitcher and a single glass fill option, shelves dedicated to drinks that can be accessed via the 3rd door making it easier to access your drink w/o opening the entire side. The freezer does have the 2 types of ice sizes for your preference. It also has a very good size freezer drawers. All in all a very well made appliance and have been very happy overall.

I have used a great number of refrigerators, this fridge hits every one of my favorite aspects of each fridge that I liked. Each fridge had parts that I hated, and I wish was different. I love that the drink section is hidden, not on the outside of the door looking tacky. I love the two types of ice with a scooper. It is so easy to keep clean! The space in the fridge is amazing. I love how easy it is to keep organized. I love that the drawers all only need one door open to get to. I LOVE my new fridge!

Overall it has been a great piece. However thee ice maker has not been so good. This model has a dual ice maker. The larger size went out after 2.5 years. Now just after 4.5 years the freezer doesn't seem to be staying cold. And the ice isn't making any at all. I love the smart features but, this has never told me there is anything wrong with freezer section.

I love this refrigerator. It has restored the name of Samsung in this area of the kitchen. The beverage center door is great for my son to grab healthy yogurt snacks and the pit her makes filling water bottles a dream. It is SO much faster than a slow fill. The only thing zi do not like is the right hand side shelf that can be pushed back to make way for tall bottles. We rarely have bottle tall enough to warrant it and it slides back a little too easily. Is there a way to replace that with a solid shelf?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Bespoke fridge 3 weeks ago and so far it’s great! We had a side by side Samsung for 19 years so decided to get a new model. The pull out freezer is an adjustment so I ordered dividers for the lower level to keep frozen food organized. I love the beverage center with nice cold filtered water. I’m also enjoying the internal ice maker that makes filtered small and large ice cubes that I use for smoothies, iced coffee etc. The family is hoping this refrigerator provides many years of service.

I was able to get rid of my stand alone water filter pitcher now that I have one built into my door. There is a TON of room for all of our items. The duel ice maker is an added bonus, we love the little nuggets. Not sure what the purpose of the white shelf over the ice trays is for since there is a clear one underneath it. If someone knows, please tell me! Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase and would recommend to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 31cubic feet is plenty of space and love the french doors as well as the pull out freezer. The drink station with a fruit infuser is quite the nice touch and you may never look at water the same again. I would buy this again today and the Samsung app is a nice addon as well to see fridge temps as well as if the doors are left open. I upgraded to this one when the whirlpool I had for 16 years finally bit the dust and capacity and features are no comparison, I just hope we get 16+ years out of this one.

I bought this Bespoke Refrigerator 17 months ago. It has been somewhat of a disappointment, especially given the cost. Now after replacing the water filter, it will not dispense water or make ice, replaced with another new filter with the same results. Removing the filter is supposed to bypass the filter and allow ice and water to be made with UNfiltered water. Unfortunately, it also leaks water into the fridge and out onto the floor. After only 17 months, I find this unacceptable at any price.

Nice sleek front. I do have one improvement that Samsung could make that would make it even better. When you open the front of the left door to get to the pitcher or water feature, that small door ALWAYS tries to close on you. If there was a way to create a stop on the door that gives when you want to close it, this refrigerator would be perfect.

The fridge is very quiet and operate nicely. We do not use the water pitcher and use the space for others. It is not necessary when there is a water dispenser. We are still getting use opening the front door to get water. The ice maker is located in the freezer which takes up freezer space. We do not feel the large capacity in the freezer.

It has more CU FT than our other one and it’s easy to put things away and find. Love the water system behind the door and the pitch we use all the time, which we weren’t sure if we would. My family says the water dispensed from the door is the best tasting water they've ever had. I like that I can use the pitcher which automatically refills itself. I like the two types of ice and the fresh water pitcher that refills. It helps with filling the coffee maker with fresh filtered water. We also have 4 drawers now rather than two. It's fun figuring out where to put everything. Right now there is a drawer full of chocolate. That has to change! :) All in all, we are getting used to it. No issues so far!

I bought this refrigerator and LOVE it! It's roomy, bright, and well thought out in terms of features. There is though one design improvement that Samsung should make: While each crisper drawer will pull open with only one outer door opened, the bottom right drawer will not open without both outer doors being opened. If Samsung reduced the width of the bottom drawer just a little, it could pull open without having to open both outer doors, which would be much more convenient.

I need to change the water filter in the refrigerator, and the manual states that I must shut off the water supply first. Unfortunately, the water valve is located behind the refrigerator, which presents a challenge since it’s full of food. Should I really have to pull the refrigerator out? Alternatively, I could shut off the water for the entire house, which seems excessive. It raises the question of what the engineers at Samsung were considering when designing this system

Love the water pitcher that automatically refills. It is used very often. Also like the two different sizes of ice cubes. Its just a very good and well thought out refrigerator. The only one slight downside is that the ice cubes aren't clear cold looking cubes; they just don't look hard and clear like a very cold ice cube looks.

Our friends were like we are going home and buying one. We had issues with our previous fridge from the day we installed it. The tech told us that we purchased the first year and there are a bunch of problems. We are so excited to have the Bespoke. Our previous fridge had the drawer which we really liked. I created another zone for the compression which could have contributed to some of our issues. Our kids are becoming teenagers so I don't know we need the drawer as much, so we got the 3 door. We all love the beverage center. The one thing we do not like is the bottom drawers are wider then the doors so we have to open both doors to open the drawer. BTW - our friends did purchase one after we got ours.

The ice in th freezer does take up a bit more space that I would like, but its nice to have the 2 different size cubes. The fridge has a lof o space but not being able to configure the shelves is a downfall. I would rather be able to move them around based on what I have in there but the half disappearing shelf does help a little with that.

Pros: Love the connectivity, lets me know if the kids leave the door open. Ice maker works well, love the two kinds of ice. Spacious! Cons: The center flap was only closing 65% of the time, Samsung sent someone out and fixed that fortunately. The pitcher in the beverage center only fills up 70% of the time, I need to set up a warranty call for that one.

Nugget ice is a must! Holds a massive amount of food and storage bins are refreshingly large. Uses very little power and reminds you when the door is left open. We havn't changed the stainless panels because they are so nice. Love IT. Only complaint is the doors don’t open all the way, so taking the shelving out to clean is challenging!

It is equipped with AI features and can be operated with the Smart App as well like temperature, ice mahjong etc. It does make beep sound if opens continue for few minutes. I've been calling to samsung so they can come and fix my refrigerator my eyes maker stop working making a lot of thick ice all over the Ice maker stopped working about having it.Six months i've been calling samsung about this issue.All they gotta say is take everything out.Reset the button.Don't open the bottom.Door for twenty four hours and it will make ice, will days pass nothing get so I called Samsung like 5 times so they can come and check the. Refrigerator before my warranty expires. But they said my warranty expired at the end of this month. I believe and then make an appointment, but I don't know how much it's gonna cost. So no I do not recommend this product. It's pretty in everything, but it's not worth it. And it cost a lot for some major issues to happen. When you purchase and have it for 6 months. I wish I could return it back but I can't.

I also like the water pitcher; it detects very well when the ice bucket is empty and dispenses more ice immediately when is running low of ice. But the interior capacity is really lacking. You can't see what's in the back of the fridge; it doesn't feel like there's any space. It's impossible to reach things in the back when it's full.The interior space is not well distributed, it's very difficult to access to some specific spots inside. I think it needs a better distribution of space inside, and I'm not talking about capacity, but the ability to access those spaces. I also bought it specifically because it said that stainless steel wouldn't leave fingerprints on the door, and that's a complete lie! I'm very disappointed about that.

We are a family of six and we dont mind left overs so we pack the fridge pretty good. The beverage center i a hit for everyone as one refills at the station one is already pouring cold water from the automatic refill pitcher. Ice! THANK GOD we have ice as the last fridge the ice maker was out a few times and we just gave up fixing it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fridge it is big and allows me to store so many items that will be needed for the week and for our get togethers it makes it easier to plan ahead and get everything in the fridge the night before. Just absolutely love the water station concealed behind the door with access to shelves in the inner door without opening the whole door, love it. It makes ice quickly and there is so much room for the storage of the ice, and you get 2 types of shaped ice to choose from. The fact that we have the freezer on the bottom and the top has the French doors that open on one side or the other. I can easily store the large items on the shelves and can use the one that folds under for tall items. The front of the fridge stays fairly clean with the no fingerprint material and if it gets a bit smudged up it is easy to clean with a dry cloth. Really enjoy this fridge.

Haven’t had it long yet but so far it is great. Plenty of space inside for everything. Love the ice maker and where it is located in the fridge…the two types of ice it makes and the storage trays are wonderful. The water dispenser is awesome….big plus having the self filling water pitcher. The double left side door is very handy to have ….makes it easy to quickly access can and bottle beverages.

Good fridge, functions well, looks nice. Biggest concern is the freezer drawer came off track and then bent the track within the first month of installation. In order to not scrape up our floors, we've had to pull the full fridge awkwardly out of it's normal location. Samsung is unwilling to assist despite their service department stating it was a faulty part on their end. Wouldn't purchase this again, that's for sure.

Main observation would be the hinge for the beverage center makes the fridge look like it had a manufacturing defect, because the center door has a lowered black trim that looks odd when you see it head on. This review is for counter depth with beverage center. This is a failed design. Samsung fails to acknowledge this is a failure on their part. The fridge is functional to be counter depth. The design of the doors make it hit counters damaging fridge and counters. The only way this will not fit is to move it 4-6 inches from wall to keep from hitting. This makes it pointless as a counter depth. I paid extra for the counter depth and it must stick out as much as standard depth to clear counter. I put a 2x4 behind fridge to keep it off all enough to clear counters. I'm a loyal samsung customer (tvs, dvd players, phones, computers, appliances, pretty much everything samsung) and this purchase makes me want to leave samsung permanently. This is a FALSE ADVERTISED REFRIGERATOR. If you want this design DO NOT GET COUNTER DEPTH. Samsung does not care about their customers satisfaction.

Only complaint is the ice maker, ice produced tends to stop it before tray is filled so you have to play with it, push ice from back to front of tray. But overall not a big deal. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Fridge after my Whirlpool failed after a short 5 year life. There are several factors that made me choose the Bespoke. For one, the physical size was the exact same as my Whirlpool with the exception that it has over 6 cubic feet more internal storage. That was a huge bonus. I am very pleased that the ice makers are internal to the freezer again. These refrigerators with built in door ice/water dispensers do not hold up nearly as well in comparison. The concealed beverage center is an added bonus. It gives the refrigerator a sleek exterior appearance with the convenience of a water dispenser and pitcher. It's also a nice touch that the water pitcher has an infusing section for making various types of infused water. The added benefit the panels are replaceable for either repair or if you have a kitchen remodel to change it's appearance. This is by far one of Samsung's best designs for a refrigerator.

I love it! I love the clean lines. Not having the ice and water on the door works for me. The beverage center is great! The automatic refilling pitcher is a wonderful feature. I also love that the freezer makes 2 different sizes of ice cubes and comes with a scoop. The capacity is way more than adequate. You can't go wrong with this refrigerator!!!

Pros: Lots of space I use the beverage center way more than I thought I would, especially the pitcher to fill dog bowls and sports jugs and such. More convenient than I had anticipated. The ice bin is much bigger than it seems. Two sizes of ice and dedicated scoop storage huge plus. I thought it would be cumbersome to always put the scoop back, but it is very intuitive. Cons: There are quite a few, but most are minor and would not discourage me from repurchasing. The beverage center side door does not stay open and will drift shut. (Many have posted this also) The bottom crisper drawer cannot be opened without opening both doors. (The top one can so this is just odd to me). The space inside could have been laid out better. I do feel I am lacking some shelf space and occasionally it is a tight fit (especially on a day hello fresh is delivered).

When I lived in Florida, I used a different company's product, and it was unsanitary because the water and ice cube dispensers were exposed and fruit flies gathered there and mold grew in hot weather. Also, if you need a large amount of water, there is a water pitcher in the beverage center instead of using a dispenser, so you don't have to leave the refrigerator door open for a long time. Additionally, this refrigerator has Wi-Fi connectivity and an energy-saving design. I think Samsung's refrigerator, TV, and cell phone technology is the best in the world. I very strongly recommend this refrigerator. I love Samsung!!

The beverage center is wonderful and love that I can get water and put a few things in there so I don't have to open the whole fridge for them. And love the two types of ice and the ice scooper. Really convenient. It's a very attractive refrigerator. Definitely not fingerprint proof though. But easy to wipe them off.

It has a lot more space than the older Samsung fridge, which had an ice dispenser in the door which was extremely problematic. Moving the ice maker to the freezer has given us more fridge space as well as a less complicated and hence more reliable ice making system.

The ice maker is in the freezer and makes tow size ice cubes. I now have plenty of ice all the time. We don’t put things in the “infusion” basket but it’s so convenient! The only annoying part is the drawers not being able to be opened without having both doors open on the bottom. Design opportunity

I would give this refrigerator a five star review if it wasn't for the autofill pitcher. When it works it is great. However, the pitcher does not always refill and you have to wiggle the pitcher to get it to operate properly. Great concept. Not a well thought out design. Concerned this will become a warranty nightmare in the future.

My wife really enjoys having both the large and small ice for beverages as it removes the necessity for another ice maker. Overall, the fridge does a good job and only rated it 4 Stars as the water dispenser had issues within 12 months of owning.

I wish I had looked at the drawer arrangement before I purchased this fridge. You have to open both doors to access any drawers which is a huge pain. I would return this if I could to buy the model with the extra drawer.

Lots of storage too! Only issue has been the top white panel of the ice compartment seems to be missing the stopper when opening the drawer, so it comes up with it. Not a deal breaker.

It’s a little slow at making ice but my family enjoys the 2 different sizes of ice it makes. the samsung bespoke truly lives up to its name. looks super high end compared to comparable fridges from the other manufacturers. it is thoughtfully laid out and has an amazing led lighting system that illuminated the interior. favorite feature is the open door reminder which beeps when the door is not fully closed.
