Po kontakcie z obsługą klienta, stwiedzono, że "dział ds. Reklamacji Samsung nie może pozytywnie rozpatrzyć Pańskiego zgłoszenia".

Pour être honnête, je n'ai pas du tout aimé la qualité de la coque en silicone pour mon téléphone. Après 3 jours d'utilisation, la coque était abîmée dans un angle. Du fait que j'étais en voyage, je n'ai pas réussi à procéder au retour pour demander un remplacement ou un remboursement.

El dia q la compras parece que fue una buena decision, se siente suave y agradable. Al mes te das cuenta que no. Nisiquiera tuvo golpes y se me cuarteo por todas las esquinas. No recomiendo en absoluto, carisima para la pésima calidad que tiene, hice el reclamo para ver si me reconocían porque literal a las 2 semanas ya estaba rota y me dijeron q no reconocían nada.

I do not recommend this case. Out of the box it was great and the first week it was nice. However, shortly after it had the same issues as everybody else. Within 1 month I noticed fraying and the material becoming damaged through wear and tear. Into the second month with this case and it's falling apart. The silicone near the stylus pen is damaged too, exposing a sharp corner which is unpleasant. Do not waste you money with this product.

Bought this case when the Galaxy s25 ultra released. Initial impressions were good. Case looked good and felt nice. However, within a few months my case tore/broke at corner of the case near the S-Pen. I contacted Samsung support who didn't want anything to do with it and said physical damage wasn't covered by warranty. It is clearly a design flaw as the plastic is soft around the S pen compared to a harder plastic of the rest of the case. Samsung don't care as they have your money. Do not waste your money on this case and look elsewhere.

Tak jak piszą inni użytkownicy. Jakość bardzo słaba. Opinie piszę po 5 miesiącach użytkowania, choć pierwsze oznaki były już po miesiącu tak naprawdę. Cienka część nad rysikiem rozerwała się właśnie już po miesiącu. Aktualnie już wszystkie rogi powycierane tak jak na zdjęciach innych opinii. Nie polecam.

La coque s'est déchirée au niveau de rangement du stylet dès le 3ème jour ... Dommage car le silicone est agréable au toucher et très performant pour éviter que le téléphone glisse même sur une surface inclinée par exemple.

Pésimo este producto. Menos de un mes y las puntas empiezan a pelarse, la silicona se desgasta en las esquinas, y se rompe justo donde va el S Pen. Además no dan soporte a la carcasa. Tuve del S24 Ultra casi 9 meses y no tuve ningún problema con esa, así que es este producto. Compren un alternativo ya que al reclamar te dicen que no se puede hacer cambio.

Bien ajusté au dimension et ouvertures du téléphone, mais très fragile. Cassé sur la partie la plus fine (en bas vers le crayon) au bout de 2 mois. Un problème de conception, lié à la finesse de la partie en silicone, liée aux grandes ouvertures du bas de la coque.

This case is really the best. I have tried many from other brands. Perfect fitting and texture. The buttons are very responsive and convenient. It also has a metalic frame to the cameras cutting which makes it feel elegant. I recomend it. Please Samsung give us more colours, this is my only complain.

Like everyone else, mine also split within two weeks at the thin part near the S Pen. That's not the only problem though. Much worse though, I now have a chip in the metal frame around the phone at the top left. Why? When the phone fell 1m onto my floor, it hit the ground, then the grippy case caught the tile and held, while the phone came *out* of the case, striking the ground and chipping it. So not only does the case break, it will even fail to protect the phone from a basic pocket-height fall. Disgusting product, shouldn't even be for sale by such a large company.

Niestety po nie całych 3 miesiącach użytkowania, czyli noszenia w kieszeni marynarki lub spodni etui uległo uszkodzeniu. Pękła guma łącząca narożnik z dolną częścią etui nad rysikiem. Nadmienię że telefon nie upadł i etui nie było zdejmowane od momentu zakupu. Dla mnie to wada fabryczna. Dla ekipy sklepu samsung oczywiście uszkodzenie mechaniczne nie podlegające gwarancji. Wniosek taki ze kupowanie oryginalnych akcesoriów nie ma sensu, gdyż są kiepsko wykonane i jak widać nie warte swoje ceny. Generalnie nie polecam i jestem rozczarowany podejście samsunga do swoich wieloletnich klientów. Gorzej niż w ogryzku :-(
