Within 2 weeks the weakest/thinnest corner of the case split (near the S-Pen). I raised it with Samsung support and they said physical damage wasn't covered by warranty. Clearly a design flaw with the silicone case in this area being around 1mm thin. Shortly after, the very thin edge protecting the screen also started to split. The phone was never dropped. But they wouldn't accept a warranty claim. They told me if i wasnt happy that i should take to a samsung centre, but there isnt one in this city. Also super grippy case which is a problem if you put your phone in your pocket and try to pull it out, the pocket comes out and half the contents as well.

I bought this in May, I had only removed the case once to take a picture of the issue, customer service claim physical damage yet reasonable care has been taken and this fails on reasonable durability.

Bought this case when the Galaxy s25 ultra released. Initial impressions were good. Case looked good and felt nice. However, within a few months my case tore/broke at corner of the case near the S-Pen. I contacted Samsung support who didn't want anything to do with it and said physical damage wasn't covered by warranty. It is clearly a design flaw as the plastic is soft around the S pen compared to a harder plastic of the rest of the case. Samsung don't care as they have your money. Do not waste your money on this case and look elsewhere.

Like everyone else, mine also split within two weeks at the thin part near the S Pen. That's not the only problem though. Much worse though, I now have a chip in the metal frame around the phone at the top left. Why? When the phone fell 1m onto my floor, it hit the ground, then the grippy case caught the tile and held, while the phone came *out* of the case, striking the ground and chipping it. So not only does the case break, it will even fail to protect the phone from a basic pocket-height fall. Disgusting product, shouldn't even be for sale by such a large company.

That case is not red - Its PINK and returning is not easy with samsung , i have contacted samsung three times so far in the last 2 weeks , they want photo evidence to prove this case is pink and not red . so my return was declined twice , i have attempted the thrid time today to return it after a lengthy chat with samsung customer service and sending multiple photos. i will update if i get it sorted . unless you want a pink case dont get the Red case also the case looks nice in videos and reviews , not in person, it a weird bright colour

The product is listed as black, but it’s actually a greyish blue. The cover itself is good, but I’m disappointed with the color, it feels misleading on Samsung’s part not to describe it accurately.

I do not recommend this case. Out of the box it was great and the first week it was nice. However, shortly after it had the same issues as everybody else. Within 1 month I noticed fraying and the material becoming damaged through wear and tear. Into the second month with this case and it's falling apart. The silicone near the stylus pen is damaged too, exposing a sharp corner which is unpleasant. Do not waste you money with this product.

This case is really the best. I have tried many from other brands. Perfect fitting and texture. The buttons are very responsive and convenient. It also has a metalic frame to the cameras cutting which makes it feel elegant. I recomend it. Please Samsung give us more colours, this is my only complain.

Quite disappointed with this case after only having it for around 5 weeks what I assume is paint around the ring protecting the camera lens has worn off on one edge from a result of how the phone pivots when naturally resting on different surfaces during use

Bought at launch. This is a fantastic case with a good silicone feel and grip but the durability is extremely low. The case has already been broken and bits and pieces of the case has fallen off. Extremely pricey too. Can't recommend.

I’ve just received my new Galaxy s25 Ultra, along with this case purchased at the same time. Terrible material, really slippery, I’ve put my new phone into my S24 ultra case. Definitely will NOT recommend this case.

Already split near where the s pen goes after 6 weeks and no drops. Not easy to get in and out of your pocket because the silicone is a bit sticky and pulls your pocket out (and anything else in it)

Same issue as other reviewers - silicone by the pen snapped and left sharp plastic exposed. I have cut myself lifting the phone from my pocket.
