Purchased July 2025, developed thin fixed horizontal black line across screen Oct 2026. Warranty expired, TV test said call Samsung. Worthless, had already run all their troubleshooting which pointed toward failure. This should not happen with a TV just over a year old. Would have to pay for diagnosis/repair. The picture is perfect and since we've moved into an apartment we had to decide where to put our 2 Samsung. The basement had the largest 70" TV. The hookup for the TV is in the wall over the fireplace.i am no fan of putting a TV where a beautiful art piece should be. So we have the biggest in our living room. Then after some mandatory update, it became its own brain and initiated extra log in layers that require one to watch and then click past for almost 5 minutes of "previews" or new shoe "Ideas". It also has developed a habit of resetting the volume to #4 level so that its too quiet. If we adjust it loud enough to hear properly then we need to be ready for when it sets the volume back and it is VERY LOUD!!. The quality of the images (sharpness, lighting, etc.) is less than it used to be as well. We will probably buy a new TV in the spring of 27,

I have to get up and go to the other television to somehow stop the other TV from picking up the remote from the other room. I’ve called Samsung who said there’s nothing that they can do. If Samsung reads this (and wants to improve this rating), they can contact me and offer me solutions so that I don’t deal with this frustrating situation. The standout feature is definitely the Vision AI upscaling. I watch a lot of older 1080p content and sports broadcasts, and the Q4 AI processor makes them look incredibly sharp, almost like native 4K. The colors pop beautifully during daytime viewing, and the AirSlim design looks incredibly sleek and expensive mounted on my wall. Navigating the Tizen OS is lightning fast, and I love that Samsung promises 7 years of software updates so it won't feel outdated next year. The SolarCell remote is also a great touch—no more hunting for AAA batteries. My only real complaint is the dark-room performance. Because this model lacks full-array local dimming, blacks can look a bit gray or cloudy when the lights are completely off during movie nights. If you are a massive movie buff who loves watching films in the dark, you might want to spend the extra money on a Neo QLED or OLED. However, if you are putting this in a bright living room, use it for daytime watching, or want an amazing TV for gaming (the 144Hz refresh rate makes my PS5 buttery smooth), this is an exceptional value for a 2025 TV. Highly recommended for casual viewers and gamers!

We also liked the layout to switch menus for our connections and there were so many apps like a big phone. Beautiful deep colors with no glare or dullness. It was just a great tv for us until the screen flashed went dark and now won't turn on, it's a year old. It seems no one will cover the claim we will now try our last 3rd party option for a claim. Perhaps this one was a dud. 5 stars for all it had completely loved it but a year is far too short a time to have to reinvest in another television so that disappoints granted I won't win any prizes here but it is it an honest review.

Sometimes I have to turn the TV completely off for 10 seconds, then turn it back on, and the volume works again. It also freezes up until I shut it off and turn it back on. I understand that tvs of this size can have poor sound quality but this is a notch above them. Not atmos sound but definitely not awful like the cheap tvs of this size. The upscaling seems to work well on people and light beams bouncing off of stuff feels lifelike. I use it for casual viewing. The 32" tv from Samsung offers quality better than the other 32" tvs.

Access to lots of free movies, series, channels and podcasts with only an internet connection. Remote is small and a couple buttons are hard to get used to, but that is not a major criticism. Sometimes the response time is slower than older tvs even but not too bad. We liked it enough that we bought a smaller version for another room.

The 65" Q8F QLED is no exception, and after a few weeks with it, the picture quality is the standout. Colors are rich and vibrant thanks to the quantum dot panel, and 4K content looks sharp and detailed. Bright rooms aren't a problem either, since the screen handles glare well and keeps its punch in daylight. The Vision AI upscaling does a nice job with lower-resolution content, so older shows and streaming at lower quality look cleaner than I expected. Setup was quick, and the Tizen smart interface is fast and easy to navigate, with all the major streaming apps built in. It also plays nicely with the rest of my Samsung gear, which makes everything feel like one connected setup. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 32" TV is far too complicated. It tries to do too much, which confuses simple, straightforward functions and operations. The learning curve for using without frustration and in a pleasant manner is far too long. Remote is even worse. A disaster to use. Pick it up wrong and you have changed all your settings inadvertently. So, then the TV has to be reset, constantly frustrating. Moreover, the remote is far too small, with too few simple functions along with totally unwanted app buttons (e.g., Samsung TV Plus) instead. Stop adding more functions, it is already far too complicated. Samsung ts trying to do everything for everybody, and it just makes using the TV and Remote a totally frustrating experience for the average non-tech customer. Actually, I am sorry I purchased this TV. Hardly a day goes by when I.m not "swearing" at it that it is one of the most frustrating purchases I have ever made!
