I Never would have thought I would want a refrigerator with features like a touchscreen, but now I don’t think I could have one without it! From being able to put to-do lists on the home screen to keeping track of expiration dates, this feature is super convenient. Moving on to the inside of the fridge, it is massive inside. Where we used to not be able to see everything we had in our old fridge, to now being able to clearly see everything due to the amount of space and the bright LED lights, we couldn’t be happier. We are able to organize our fridge how we want to maximize all of the space, along with not wasting as much food as we did before. Now for the freezer, I was skeptical because I’ve never had a bottom freeze and I didn’t think there would be as much space as a side-by-side, but boy was I wrong. We put everything we had in our old side-by-side freezer into the bottom freezer and still have space to use (photos taken before!). Also, we love the different types of ice, especially the Ice Bites. I found that using the Smart Things app is very helpful with remembering what to put on a shopping list and uploading photos that show on the fridge door. Gone are the days of magnets holding photos up, you can easily and quickly put them on a screen! We have only used the Power Freeze option one time, to speed up the making of ice because we had family over and that worked great! We never ran out of ice and that was a feature I didn’t even know about originally! Overall, we love this fridge, the size, the amazing features, the brightness, and the Family Hub makes me highly recommend owning this refrigerator!

Totally worth the change! The inside is big and holds a ton! The bottom skinny drawer holds my plastic egg cartons like a dream! We go through a ton of eggs! But the three ice makers will sell me every time. The other luxury items are cool. Not sure they are necessary but certainly makes things easier and neat.

The smart thing app i allows me to see in my fridges from my phone well am away on the road. Being able to listen to the radio or a cooking video. when i set up the app on my phone i use the quick freeze to get the fridge up to temp. Overall i made the Best Choice for my home and family.

I also love the Smart Hub feature as I get to put photos of our family on (very easily with the Smart Things app), create grocery lists, create expiration lists, and put little reminders on the fridge for our entire family. This has been one of the coolest features that I never thought I needed. I am also very impressed with the different ice features, especially the Ice Bites, they remind me of getting a drink at my local gas station and I prefer that ice over any other. The capacity of this refrigerator truly is "Mega" as I have more room with all of the drawers and ample shelf space to put whatever we want in there. I have only needed to use the Power Freeze feature once as the freezer makes plenty of ice, but I did need it for a family event and it did not disappoint. We never ran out and it made it very convenient to be prepared for the family! I would highly recommend this refrigerator to everyone!

After having many problems with that fridge he conceded that we should get the Samsung since he, like I like all the other appliances we have in the house from Samsung. It's already keeping my food much cooler so I know that at least I'm not going to have to throw out food and waste so much money. I'm so looking forward to setting up the whole family Hub to my liking. Samsung is definitely the way to go!

The stylish stainless steel fits perfectly with any decor. I like that it has a built-in ice maker on the door and that I can get access to crushed or curved ice and chilled water with a click of a button. If I want cubed ice or ice bites I can access the ice maker inside of the freezer drawer. The ice maker makes ice quickly, and with four choices I have never run out yet. There's so much room Inside of this refrigerator. The three shelves are nicely spaced, and the center shelf can be adjusted. I like that the middle shelf can be slid back for taller items. There are also two large clear drawers and one very large drawer located in the refrigerator. This refrigerator is so much deeper than my last one and can fit so much more. I like how deep the freezer drawers are. There are two layers of drawers. The top drawer slides back to reveal two more drawers. I have no issues fitting all of my frozen goods inside this freezer. The all-around cooling system ensures that all of my food gets the same amount of refrigeration. I love that if the doors are left open too long an alarm will sound by playing music. Me and my family voted, and the best part of this refrigerator is the family hub, We can leave each other messages, find recipes, listen to music, display pictures, and even see what is inside the refrigerator with just a click of a button. The Smart Things app is very cool. It is nice to control everything even when you are not at home. Getting a text that the fridge door is open from the fridge and app is very useful. Of course it looks great and is fingerprint resistant. Loads of ice, and different types is great for parties. The real point of interest is the screen. First, it is just cool! I have listened to audible while cooking. Access to so many apps and even cooking hints. Love that I can get a shot of what is in the fridge with the doors closed, and on the phone. Writing notes is easy and fun! This thing is really cool! Pun intended.

The outside is covered in a gorgeous stainless steel design, and the inside of this refrigerator has so much room. There are three levels of shelving and three drawers. Each door hosts its own shelves as well. The center shelf of the refrigerator is adjustable. I love that the right center shelf can be pushed back to accommodate taller items such as milk gallons. I love how deep these shelves are. I can store twice as many items on these shelves than your traditional refrigerator. One of my favorite features of this refrigerator is the 4 different ice options. The outside of the refrigerator offers curved or crushed ice as well as water. While the inside of the freezer offers cubed ice cubes or ice bites that can be served from the dual ice tray with the included scoop. The freezer has two layers of drawers. The top drawer is divided into two sides and slides back to reveal the bottom two drawers. The drawers are large and very deep. I like that this refrigerator has an all-around cooling system, so no place in the refrigerator gets cooler than another. If the doors are open too long the refrigerator has a built-in alarm that will sound to alert you. Also, if the temperature inside the refrigerator gets abnormally high it will sound an alarm. My absolute favorite part of this refrigerator is the Family Hub. The Family Hub has so many different apps to choose from. I can even add my favorites. I am having so much fun learning how to use them all. My daughter loves leaving me notes and drawing pictures on the screen. I love being able to listen to music, look up my favorite recipes, make my weekly shopping list, or even ask Bixby or Alexa to find things for me on the internet. With the SmartThings App, I can control my refrigerator when I am away from home as well as view what is inside. I love this hub! This refrigerator is not only a much-needed upgrade to my kitchen decor, but it is life-changing for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old refrigerator was having issue with the ice maker and I was always interested by the FamilyHub series by Samsung, so I got theRF32CG5900SRAA. Let me tell you, this thing does not disappoint! The title mega does it justice because this thing holds SO MUCH! The FamilyHub has taken a bit to get used to as it functions differently than most smart displays. I immediately wanted to share my photos and see my amazing family on that huge screen. It wasn't hard but took more steps to make it happen. All doors open and close easily, cools super fast and is VERY quiet. Everything you need in a fridge and more! The LED lighting is awesome! Great visibility for the entire fridge between the bright LED lights (no more glass bulbs that could break or need replaced. There's a 2 minute timer before the fridge beeps when the doors are open. The doors auto close pretty well, but not always all the way so this feature is pretty useful. Despite being a bit difficult to setup, Smartthings is pretty cool. It allows you to control the temperatures or turn on the Power Cool mode for the fridge or freezer. The entire unit cooled VERY quickly I really do love this fridge but if I had to nitpick, here are the things I'd change or suggest: - Stainless steel shows finger prints and I've already seen a few small scratches from a magnet. Black stainless might be better or the Bespoke glass. - Photo gallery works with One Drive or you can upload up to 10 from your phone through smartthings. Other cloud services would be better/easier - screen resolution isn't up to 2023 standards. I'm tall and the colors are way off from my view. Better screen would offer better viewing angles - Doesn't come with the smartthings dongle. Not an issue for me because I already have a hub and station, but the dongle is kinda hard to find. It's not NEEDED but would be nice - I had a bit of trouble setting up Smartthings, despite being pretty familiar with it. Setup process could be easier. My vacuum popped up right away, this did not. - The Shelf options are a little bit limited BUT one of the shelves has an AWESOME easy to use sliding half shelf for random tall items.

To start the finger print resistance with 4 little ones is a life saver, no need to wipe down constantly especially since those little hands are constantly grabbing snacks through out the day. Along with those little hands someone's bound to leave a door open and the 2min alarm is a great add to a busy household for getting it closed again and again. In this busy household my favorite part of this fridge though is the Samsung SmartThings app this mom always forgets what's in her fridge well running grocery errands and to pull up the app and check what in the fridge at that very moment is wonderful(means less trips to the store) anyways this fridge is beautiful inside with its amazing lighting and outside with the family hub giving you access to many apps and the kids drawings! Definitely have not been disappointed.

I love this refrigerator and everything about it. The family hub feature is the greatest thing. I can listen to music while I cook and even watch my favorite TV shows without having to run from room to room or peeking around a corner to catch part of a TV show. Also I love the digital photos on the fridge and I write notes to my family all the time. If they want to know something, I tell them "check the refrigerator". Only downside is outside water/ice dispenser is that it's too shallow and you have to hold glass just right to keep ice/water from falling onto floor. Also it's just messy to use.

We bought $300 worth of groceries mainly for the fridge and it still looked pretty empty! There is so much storage space on the side doors as well! You can fit a gallon of milk in the side door which is great. The freezer has plenty of space too! We definitely love the family hub! It was so simple to set up and personalize, the hardest thing is keeping the kids away from it. I love that you can control the temperature and ice from the app and actually see what’s inside the fridge from it as well! You just can’t see whats in the side doors. It makes 4 different types of ice which is a dream come true for an ice lover like myself! The alarm when the door is left open is such a life saver especially if you have children who don’t pay much attention to what they do. It sound an alarm from the fridge and it send a notification to my phone. It definitely brings my kitchen together with its high quality sleek design. I decided to try this fridge because I wanted a smaller one then I had. I am in love with the features and functionality of this appliance. The design is sleek, has a space of 25 cu ft, has an external water and ice dispenser and a stainless steel finish. The family hub technology is awesome. I can change the screen settings, add pictures and videos. It is WiFi enabled and setup is pretty easy to sync and pair with mobile devices. I love that it has 4/types of ice- crushed, curved, ice bites and cubed. I has a camera inside that let's you see inside the fridge. It allows for you to create grocery shopping lists based on the cameras detail of what's inside the fridge. Who knew a fridge could be this much fun. I find myself spending more time in the kitchen now sitting and using the hub and playing with the many apps that come pre- installed. You can listen to music and look up recipes. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would strongly recommend this refrigerator.

Por lejos la peor experiencia de compra, Samsung no se hace responsable por nada y solo se preocupa por vender, pero no por solucionar los problemas de sus productos. A los 6 meses el refrigerador empezo a fallar en el dispensador de agua, despues de 1 mes aun tengo problemas y tuve que levantar el reclamo al SERNAC, y aun sigo sin solucion. Es impresentable que productos de este nivel tengan fallas tan basicas y que la marca no se haga cargo. Nunca mas !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refrigerator for 2-1/2 years now with no problems. For us, it is a good compromise between capacity and fitting the cabinet depth. It maintains temp just fine, with the caveat that your ice cream will get soft if you try to jam too many things in the freezer. There is an ice / water dispenser in the door in addition to the ice maker inside the freezer drawer. In hindsight, the only ice we use are the smaller size cubes found in the freezer drawer. The separate ice maker in the door never gets used, but the filtered and chilled water dispenser gets a lot of use. As a consequence, I am dumping out the stale ice from the neglected bins every month or so to keep the system from decaying from disuse. The shelves are very adjustable and despite their delicate appearance, support a lot of weight. There are some places in the interior that are challenging to clean if you have a spill. The unique aspect of the Family Hub series is of course the tablet screen that is mounted on the door. I confess this feature was what steered our buying decision away from other brands that frankly had a higher reliability rating. I’m not sorry either. The way the tablet gets used bears no relation to what I thought I would use it for, but no matter—part of the adventure has been figuring out how best to employ its features. For me, I had no inkling when I purchased the fridge that the family hub would usher in a new world of smart home features using it as a SmartThings hub. That’s one of the apps included in the family hub, which can connect other Samsung smart appliances to the family hub screen. If you find that intriguing, keep reading: there is a hidden compartment in one of the doors that has a port into which you can plug a “dongle” (available as an accessory from Samsung), and this upgrade connects many dozens of Zigbee and Matter devices to the SmarThings app. These can be controlled either by your phone or the Family Hub screen. I have lighting throughout my house connected to SmartThings in this fashion, and I don’t have room in this review to describe all the things I can do with the lights. It can be frustrating at times if something’s not working as it should, but the frustration is offset by the fun of discovering new cool things it can do.

This things also holds a ton of stuff. I don't know the previous sqft of the old fridge but this thing blows it out of the water. No more struggling to figure out where to shift things! The smart screen and Smartthings integration is pretty cool. I'm familiar with Android phones and tablets but this is a bit different. Kind of like an android tablet lite. Lots of fun ways to share photos, control your home, watch your Ring cameras, etc etc. My only minor gripes would be that the resolution of the screen isn't great. I'm tall so when I stand in front of it the colors wash out. I wish it had full on android tablet feature and access to apps is a bit limited. All in all, I'd totally recommend this fridge.

The Family Hub on this refrigerator is really great and a big support in our day to day activities. I also want to mention the great design of this refrigerator as it really stands out in the kitchen. When opening, the LED light is really bright and everything is easy accessible. Including the water tap and ice cube maker. Everyone in this household is really happy with this new refrigerator, including the related apps we have on our phone.

I did like the space but the deli drawer could be more solid feeling/sturdy and perhaps a slight bit larger. Also, since the refrigerator is so deep, the top shelf should be able to slide. It is difficult to reach anything on the very top shelf in the back. Granddaughter loves the family hub. Great for looking things up last minute.

We love our Samsung refrigerator it’s the best, love the space it has although it’s a counter depth, love the hub and the four different types of ice. We have no regrets buying it. Love love it. It is very quiet compared to the Whirlpool we replaced it with. No one will regret buying this refrigerator. Love all the shelves, especially the bottom ones on the doors, it’s like it was meant to be a hidden compartment. Our grands were amazed and love the hidden shelves they thought that it was cool. Its interface is not fully functional compared to android app. Its surely efficient as we can control energy consumption using ai. Its hard to replace water filter. Its too tight..freezer section is perfect. It has slide in rack to put only on rightside not on both sides. There should be automation in smartthings to let parent know that door is open notification on mobile. I wish It had a matter, zwave, and zigbee circuits build in to avoid secondary hub.like aeotec or hubitat.

It even makes ice cubes automatically for you—both big ones and little 'ice bite' type cubes—and when I first found this out I was very surprised! The screen on it is very responsive, and it is very easy to program and set up. I’ve had it for a year now and have only needed to change the water filter once. Most importantly, the temperature consistency is perfect; it keeps food cold and frozen without any problems, and the humidity drawers do an amazing job crisping and keeping our produce fresh. The ergonomics are also great—despite how massive it is, everything is positioned perfectly and the doors and drawers are incredibly easy and comfortable to open every day.

The old one had an issue of the internal coils would freeze up about once a month. We were really only looking for a refrigerator but thought to try the smarthub system out. The refrigerator itself does what it is designed to do and the best feature in my opinion is the selection of ice in the freezer. Very nice touch,. In regard to the smarthub system, it is nice but not great. The internal cameras are limited in their view so take that into account. You do get a view of the inside and can check on your stock remotely but it's still a limited view. The TV is basic but has some nice content at times. Streaming audio is nice but would be amazing if it would connect to Sonos ecosystem such as the Arc. We love the family pics on the fridge and the calendar sync is very nice. The most annoying issue we had so far is the french doors do not close as easily as our old one and there is an alarm to notify you it is open. I find this happens almost daily with the family and is annoying. The doors do not seem to self close as smoothly on this unit. So far so good and in the end, your looking for a refrigerator to keep food cool and all these bells and whistles are for the tech nerds like me.

It took about a day to get really cold. As for the doors, they open smoothly and close nicely, but I wish they were even tighter to keep the cold air inside. Inside, there are three racks you can move up or down. That's handy for taller items like milk cans. And the side doors have three shelves each, so there's a lot of space. There's a big drawer for vegetables and a smaller one for herbs. The best part? This fridge doesn't make much noise—it's pretty quiet. Overall, I'm happy with this fridge. Bought this refrigerator to replace my previous Samsung. Love the door design that lets you load pictures, videos, and grocery lists just to name a few things. You can look inside to see if you need something while shopping. Very spacious interior- I love the gallon-sized doors. Makes plenty of ice for all your needs. I love the ice in the freezer and the ice maker in the door. The crisper drawers are a challenge to get out and for whatever reason, the left door will not stay put after being opened. But all in all, very happy with this purchase.

This fridge is terrible, first the left door won’t stay open unless you make the fridge not level and use the biggest door shim they give you…and even then it creeps shut half the time. And to make matters worse, that door doesn’t close easily and I find it open all the time wasting energy. It doesn’t even trigger the open door alarm, what a piece of junk. I don’t recommend this fridge to anyone, it’s way overpriced for what you get. Samsung needs to fix these issues and stop selling junk like this. Really regret my purchase 100%!!!

I got this giant fridge with the tablet in 2018. At first the ice maker gave up in 2020, then the fridge lights stopped working in 2021 and now the fridge stopped cooling in 2024. So disappointed in Samsung. Will never buy any kitchen or laundry electronics from them ever and I warn all the customers as well. Not worth the money. My old fridge from GE is still going smooth even after 20 years with no complaints what so ever. Samsung has extremely low quality kitchen and laundry gadgets. Can’t wait to replace my Samsung washer as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though my “old” refrigerator was only 6 years old, the same brand as this one, and was still working great, I was intrigued by the Samsung RF27CG5900SR. And I am glad I was. As my title states, the future is now. This is an incredible refrigerator. Yes, it has a refrigerator section, a freezer, water and cube maker, yet it is so much more. The big difference is the “family hub”. The hub is viewable both on the right-hand refrigerator door, one’s cell phone and computer. The hub lets me know the settings of the refrigerator and freezer, such as temperature - settings which can be changed either from the refrigerator door or my cell phone. Great, but that is just the beginning. A camera lets me see what is in the refrigerator, a feature that is very useful when I am food shopping and can view what is inside the refrigerator via my cell phone. The refrigerator is so smart that it also identifies food items and identifies that, for example, I removed artichokes and may need to purchase more. We’re not even close to being done. The hub allows me to watch, on the refrigerator door, a slideshow of my photographs, watch Samsung TV, YouTube videos, use the internet, interface with my other Samsung appliances, such as TV’s, washer and dryer, stove top, ring cameras, etc. Using these features is quite easy and while it has what appears to be a detailed instruction book, I have been able to figure most things out just by exploring. I have only had the refrigerator for 4 days now and am learning new features every day. On the practical side, the refrigerator is designed well. Very roomy with shelves and side shelves just where you want them to be. The freezer is nicely partitioned. There is a “cooling panel” which helps keep items at the right temperature is a nice feature. I know one can’t love intimate objects, but I can say I love having and using the Samsung RF27CG5900SR.

I enjoy the fact that I can see the contents of the inside of my refrigerator while at the store making easy to not forget the important items that are needed. I didn’t realize how big this refrigerator was until it was installed in my home and there was still plenty of room for more food! The shelves in the refrigerator are big enough to hold all the condiments with ease. I love the fact that there are two ways to get ice, one from the fridge door and one bin in the freezer that makes pellet sized ice which is my favorite, and it includes an ice scoop. The Family Hub is a talking point when family or guest visit. It’s easy to leave notes, watch some TV, stream music, or even surf the web.

Temperatures are consistent and the little things, like reminding me the door is slightly open, is very helpful. The front screen is wonderful and being put to use often. It was freezing up on a regular basis but seems like an update fixes that. Really happy stuff the outside technology and sleek look but also happy with how it functions as a refrigerator and freezer. Drawer style works for freezer, thought that was going to be an issue.

Conserva bien los alimentos, sin embargo es poco practico el refrigerador tiene unas bandejas para la verdura que queda demasiado escondido, la bandeja superior es muy alta, no se alcanzan a ver los alimentos. El freezer es muy incomodo y chico, poco práctico. No lo recomiendo.

The temperature is, i can't even describe it, it doesn't leave a refrigerator taste. The food and beverages taste as if they've actually been naturally preserved. It is a brilliant piece of technology and the app is what takes over as it being extremely convenient. I can adjust the temperature, look to see what items are needed to create our grocery list, or what items may be spoiling soon. This product is amazing. We cant say enough. We are looking to get the newer version this upcoming summer. We've recommended it to all our family and friends, in case you ask. ;-)

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator with a smart family hub screen, and it has been nothing but a disappointment. The so-called "smart" features are more like a headache than a convenience. The touchscreen constantly freezes and lags, making it frustrating to use. The promised integration with apps and family features is clunky and unreliable. Not to mention, it comes at a premium price compared to other refrigerators with similar storage capacity. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product.

Just got this a month ago and so far so good, I'm very happy with this purchase. It's exactly the same size as my previous fridge, but offers 3 more cu. ft. in the same space. The only thing I would change is the ability to remove the plate in the freezer that covers the ice maker, to give a little more room on the top shelf. I don't need 4 kinds of ice. :) Also really appreciate the discount Samsung gives to military & veterans, helped me save even more than shopping at a traditional store.

We had an issue with our fridge, Samsung sent a repair team out under our warranty coverage to repair it. The repair team deemed it irreparable, which apparently is the extent of the warranty coverage! “Welp, we tried!”. Now we have no fridge! We went outside of Samsung to see if an independent repair team could fix it (they couldn’t) and the tech said that far and away they see more Samsung repair calls than any other brand. Wish we’d known that before buying ours. This will be our last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottom freezer has a major issue. For some reason if it is loaded wrong things can fall beneath the roller for the door. And once that happens it won't close all the way, just barely enough to make stuff kinda frozen. The doors for the fridge, the plastic that holds the condiments breaks after use. Especially anything heavy. It does the job when it is working properly. It definitely holds a lot of items inside of it. Plenty of room for ice, and keeps everything cold.

I have a house with 5 people living it and this fridge is a life saver. Not only are you able to see in the fridge, enter items so people can label food, watch videos, listen to music and radio, leave messages for others, and so much more, but it's a great fridge and freezer. Functions well, looks great, and is very user friendly. I bought this with the smart washer and dryer and I'm looking at switching over everything to Samsung. How could you not want this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung 3 door refrigerator with the multi view screen is a good buy. The screen gives you access to the contents inside without opening. It synchs with other samsung devices or internet to messages,e mail or TV. I haven't used all the features yet but browsed through. Capacity is very good even though it doesn't seem as large inside. Another feature is,it has the ice and water dispenser on the door but also 2 large ice bins in the freezer for filling your ice buckets or medium size cooler. The only disadvantage I have is the freezer is not compartmentalized. You have to scrounge for things that are buried on the bottom. Efficiency is outstanding and the controls are easy and understandable. Ive had it for about 5 months now and am completely satisfied. So far so good but will know better when it's been a year or better.

Love the it have 4 different ice settings and it pretty big with adjustable shelves. I have already had 4 repairs on my refrigerator. Right now the hub freezes up, the freezer has gone out the ice maker is not working. The extended warranty I took out is a joke.they denied the claim saying late of maintenance. A service tech was just out here on March 5th. Now I am trying to get Samsung to replace it. I love the fridge but I am sick of the problems. Sucks not having a refrigerator that works. The upper part is now staying at 60 plus degrees.

I love the ability to check what's in the fridge from the grocery store so I don't end up buying more than I need. There's also a feature that allows you to track expiration dates so you know when to eat what in order to prevent things from going bad. This model offers Ice delivered to The door Cubed R crushed In the freezer section You can also select from two different sizes of Ice pellets or even ice bites. The display panel on the front makes it very convenient for catching up on news and information. As if that were not enough, my electric bill has shown a decrease when compared to my older refrigerator.. I enjoy being able to check on the contents using the telephone app on SmartThings. I also enjoy the future where your able to inventory track and have the refrigerator suggest recipes based on what ingredients you have in your fridge.

However, I wish it came with baskets as food get lost easily and we’re constantly checking to make sure nothing got shoved. The drawer for the sandwich meats is too narrow. We like to keep our bread & bagels in the drawer and can’t because they will get crushed. The screen is nice because I do like to play Spotify music and the speakers are great on it. However, apps keep getting discontinued on it.

I can listen to music or watch cooking videos and like to peek inside without opening the door. It has a lot of space but I do wish the sliding shelf folded up too for more versatility. Using the SmartThings app I can also see inside my fridge while in the store.and it tells me if someone left the fridge open.
