It's a brick. I didn't realise just how humongously heavy it is at 400g. I am not carrying this puppy in my handbag that's for sure. I rushed it during a phone purchase process with one of the call centre people and forgot to check the specifications. My bad. But it does recharge a phone very very quickly. Meaning it takes a long time to charge itself of course. I've never flattened it, but then I never take it anywhere much because of the weight. It was good to have during Cyclone Alfred aftermath when we were without power for a week. Basic features with just a few lights to indicate rough charge status. I bought different battery that is handbag-friendly.

Compré este producto hace un año y ha funcionado de manera excelente, sin ningún inconveniente. Incluso ahora que estoy estudiando, resulta muy útil, ya que no siempre tenemos enchufes cerca para cargar el celular, y ahí es donde la batería cumple perfectamente su función. También la utilicé en un viaje al sur de Chile y no tuve ningún problema. La recomiendo totalmente. En cuanto a la temperatura, casi no se calienta, y en términos de eficiencia es ideal: permite realizar entre 6 y 7 cargas completas de 0 a 100%.

Unfortunately when i got the package, there was a label on the box saying "Forbidden in passenger air craft, a detail that was not mentioned on Samsung's website. First off, a really great PowerBank from Samsung. I bought this as a student and really needed the massive capacity as well as the fast charging speed. 20,000mAh lasts a lot and I don't even have to charge it as frequently. It is compatible with so many devices and works really well with Samsung ones especially with the latest PD Technology. I must say as well, 3 ports is shocking and being able to charge at the same time is well done. And the weight, I assumed 20,000mAh to be heavy but this is suprprisingly lightweight and in a good way. Now it doesn't have to be a pain to carry power banks anymore. I will say, the cable is somewhat tacky which I didn't expect from Samsung but it isn't all that bad and gets the job done well. Overall Samsung, excellent product and hope to see 30,000mAh next. XD

Its excellent when it's charged but it sucks it doesn't come with a charger or wireless charging so its a little annoying but i got the 65w charger and it still takes a day or two to charge but I think its because a family member tried charging with a laptop charging but it still charges really well and when there's only one cable on it, it has super fast charging so i really like it just sucks about that laptop charger but it's definitely worth the price as long as you don't charge it with the wrong chargers also the s24 ultra has about 5000mah so it can charge it 4 times from empty to full i think most other phones are around 4000 and my mother uses it for her work laptop when we were at the hospital and she can do her work and everything and the laptop can still gain charge so I really think its great

Having the option to fast charge 2.0 on the go for my s23 is excellent my only issue with the product is the super short lead provided, I'm not sure if this is required to fast charge due to losses over a longer lead but it is very annoying and not large enough to use the phone whilst charging which is a design flaw. the price point is good, comparable to none branded versions on the internet.

Charges really fast, and that exactly what these modern big battery phones need. Battery indicator is nice, as well as the included cable that can charge S25+ with super fast charging 2.0. Only complaint that I have is it doesn't have wireless charging, which was only available on the 10,000 mah model, which isn't enough for my use case.

Disappointed that i can't carry it around comfortably. I was also disappointed that there was no bag or case with it for your phone charging cords. Big and awkward.

Now I've moved to super fast charging I can't ever go back. Takes a bit to charge it to full but lasts a while once it's there.
