Dual Cook – neljä uunia yhdessä

Dual Cook -uuneissamme voi valmistaa kahta ruokalajia eri lämpötiloissa samanaikaisesti. Mukana olevan jakajan avulla uunin voi jakaa kahteen osaan, joissa on eri lämpötilat. Siten uunia voi käyttää neljällä eri tavalla.

Oven started to turn off by itself. Seems to be that the button has switched places. When its in 0 its on and the one next to it makes it turn off. Absolute piece of carbage. Last oven was less known brand and lasted 8 years. This didnt last 3 and was expensive. So disappointed.

Oven is UNSAFE - we've had the oven for 2 years now and the general performance has been average. As well as all the other reviewers' complaints about the display we found it is also very inconsistent when baking. The same cake recipe can come out differently every time and require different temperatures and baking times which is frustrating. However, the main reason for me now writing this review is that the oven has now developed this problem where it turns itself on! We only noticed when lying in bed at night and heard a beep from the oven so went to check it. There was nothing on the display apart from the time but when I opened the door we were hit by an intense heat and it turned out the oven was on the whole time even with all the settings set to off and nothing showing on the display! We were worried this could be a fire risk so have turned it off at the wall and now have to figure out what to do next. I would NEVER buy a Samsung oven again after this, it is absolutely shocking.

Four acheté en janvier 2019. Depuis quelque temps j'entendais la sonnerie caractéristique de la mise sous tension de l'appareil, à priori il y avait un défaut momentané d'alimentation. Depuis ce week end ce four s'allume tout seul à 170° c est inadmissible pour un produit de ce type et réellement dangereux! Qui n à jamais laissé un plat dans le four le temps qu il refroidisse...

The buttons are not backlit, Thus the very dark grey icons on a black background are near impossible to see without the use of a torch and kneeling down close to the display. Don't but this oven unless you are registered blind and have good spacial awarness. I guess I should have read the reviews. Samsung design - team please use this oven as a test case for how not to make set of controls

bought dual cook pyro self clean oven 14 april 2019. done a pyro clean in july 19 which resulted in bottom oven not working. martin dawes engineers took four month to sort problem. decided to do another pyro clean on 22 febuary 20 ( this is only 2nd pyro clean its had ) and the same problem has occured. this oven ( nv75n5671rs ) is not doing the job we paid for.

We have this oven for about 7 -8 months and when you cook meat at the recommended temperature and for the set time the meat is still raw in the middle. We never had any problems in the past with our older oven cooking food. My wife has lost trust in this oven when preparing food for the kids having to put it on for longer and at a higher temperature. Not happy at all with the oven given what we paid for it.

10 months in and had to call engineer out for a load noise when switched on, was told the elements was touching the fan-repaired and 2 months later same issue. told the engineer we hardly use the oven must have been used ten time since last time it was repaired. on close inspection it was found to be a manufacture fault. it has been agreed to uplift and have the replacement which I have to go to store where i purchased it. before i go i want to know what is my option, do i have to get a swap i am not too happy with the the model, section what am i getting for all the unconvinced

I bought a month ago, it does not cook at the correct temperature. After preheating it is still 30c below set point. If you put food in, it drops again, and takes more than 30 minutes to recover. Have had Samsung engineer out who said it performs as per design, but accepts that it doesn't work well with food in the oven. Not fit for purpose. The worst product I have bought in my 68 years.

Kupiłam ten piekarnik rok temu, więc sądzę, że opinia będzie bardziej adekwatna niż po krótszym użytkowaniu. Piekarnik jest naprawdę fajny, szybko się nagrzewa do pożądanej temperatury. Istnieje kilka różnych trybów pieczenia więc też na plus. Łatwy w czyszczeniu (dzięki też specjalnej funkcji). I przede wszystkim funkcjonalny bo dzięki opcji dual cook można piec ciasto i mięso jednocześnie bez obawy o przenikanie zapachów! Oszczędność czasu! :)

Bought 2 years ago. Always leaves food ‘soaky’ or soft rather than crisp. Have never ever been able to use steam oven - one major aspect we bought it for. Reason: we believe our builder misplaced the tube to use for the steam function. Despite many efforts to purchase a new one has never been accomplished. Samsung (support!) unable to help and just refers you to some places that deal with spare parts. But absolutely NONE of them carry the item and uncertain about what the item is. Tried for 2 years and still left without one of the main features why we bought the oven in the first place. Extremely disappointed with Samsung overall!

The thing doesnt stop beeping as you can imagine it is irritating as anything!! Also the instructions are basically useless! The door must be closed to get the top grill working which is explained no where in the book, very irritating all together not recommended.

Wish U’d never purchased a double oven. Find it overlooks things if using conventional heat. Also if I cook something at a certain temperature and then turn up the temp for a pudding the temp icon doesn’t come on again so you have to guess when it has reached the higher temp. Very annoying.

Took delivery of and had fitted this model today.. It’s going back. How very disappointing that a company such as Samsung would allow a product that you can’t see the controls, be released for sale. As other reviewers state, it very poorly designed, which is a shame, because the oven is great

We brought this cooker along with a second samsung with the split door a few months ago and only recently put it in our new kitchen, I would NOT recommend this product. We have had an engineer out twice to repair the brand new oven which hasn't worked from new. (quite common says the engineer) The icons look brighter than they actually are, they don't light up, so you can not see them at night time - you physically need a torch. The internal light goes off too meaning you can't just peek inside to see if it's burning etc. We also find that the temperature seems higher than what is selected.

This s a decent appliance completely spoiled by lack of thought in the design. What designer would think it acceptable not to illuminate vital touch controls when they are built into a black panel.

Le pavé de commande tactile pas rétro-éclairé, il est inutilisable sans éclairage direct. Si votre cuisine pas très lumineuse, prévoir une lampe de de poche !

nous avons installer notre four aujourd hui, nous étions impatients car nous n en avions plus depuis 3 mois ! Ce soir je décide de m en servir et là nous nous apercevons que l affichage LED est de travers mais le four fonctionne. Au fur et à mesure de la cuisson l affichage est descendu .... le dessin du four et des 2 ventilateurs n étaient visibles qu en partie. je vais dès demain contacter le service après vente pour un échange.

Nice looking oven but with a major design fault. The oven relies on touch sensitive buttons for controlling certain functions. These are identified by icons embedded in the glass front panel,, and are nearly impossible to see. This makes using the oven quite inconvenient, and we have considered returning ours. This is sad because with proper engineering it could have been a nice oven.

A fantastic looking and sylish oven with the great feature of dual zone cooking. Brings great versatility to a single oven. Brilliant for small to medium sized families. The only downside is a poorly thought out display. There are a number of function buttons at either side of the main display that are touch sensitive such as dual zone selection, Child lock, temperature change, oven light on/off. Unfortunately these are not illuminated when the oven is in use and therefore it is virtually impossible to see them on the dark background of the display area which is a very bad design fault. Also, as a minor point, you only get one wire oven tray/rack when you should really get two.
