We are pleased to see that you think the size of this appliance was great, although you would have liked the design of the ice dispenser to be better. We are also sorry to hear that this fridge freezer didn't meet your expectations overall, as part of the shelves, including the wheels, was damaged. Also, because that, after two years of use, you noticed some water on the floor which one of our engineers confirmed was due to damage to the insulation system located at the back of the appliance. It is also our understanding that our engineer confirmed that the issues you mentioned were not due to manufacturing faults, and therefore were not covered under warranty. Although we appreciate that this situation is not ideal, and that you wish to purchase a different product, we would like to confirm that all our appliances go through a series of rigorous tests at the time of manufacturing to ensure they meet our high standards of durability and quality.
