It only worked for about a month before it seems to have failed. Now, any time it's connected, it causes the hub and all devices to drop offline. This is repeatable with installing the dongle on a separate TV. The range also seems much lower than what you'd expect for a traditional zigbee hub. Also fyi for Frame owners, this can NOT be installed on the TV itself - it's the wrong style USB connection. It must be installed on the Oneconnect box, which is kind of annoying if your box isn't fully hidden. Lastly, support for this device is pretty much non existent. Firmware updates? Who knows. It's pretty much impossible to find information on the hub/dongle feature of the TVs, and Samsung support doesn't even seem to understand what that is.

I can now connect easier to all my devices, tv, camera, etc. Plug and play! Best device I got for the price. Has z wave and z wave firmware update. I would recommend this to anyone

didn't have it for long and it just stopped working after this update no matter what I can't manually enter it in I can't even connect connect it to anything connected to anything if I plug it into my TV it doesn't register it's not the TV settings or check that I think it's dead
