The Galaxy S21 series introduces an all-new Contour Cut Camera housing that seamlessly blends into the device’s metal frame for a sleek, yet striking, aesthetic. The Galaxy S21 5G series is available in a range of eye-catching colors, including Phantom Black, Phantom Violet, Phantom Pink, Phantom Silver, Phantom White and Phantom Gray. Each device is coated with a simple and stylish haze finish. The Gorilla Glass Victus provides better fall protection.

The Galaxy S21 Ultra features Quad HD+ while the Galaxy S21+ and S21 adopt FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. The screen sizes are different: 6.8-inch for the Galaxy S21 Ultra; 6.7-inch for the Galaxy S21+ and 6.2-inch for the Galaxy S21[1]. The up to 120Hz adaptive refresh rate will automatically adjust based on the content.

Galaxy SmartTag and SmartThings Find Help Trace Important Belongings

Samsung newly introduced the Galaxy SmartTag Bluetooth locator[8]. The small and light design makes it simple to attach to keys, a bag, luggage or other important belongings, and users can use SmartThings Find to find the item. When the lost item is nearby, just tap the ring button on your phone and follow the ringtone to find out the lost item easily[9]. Vice versa, press the SmartTag twice to play the ringtone and find your phone.

When the tagged item is out of range, you can scroll through a history of where the tag has been to retrace it and source back the item. The SmartTag can be set up with an intelligent reminder. When turned on, users will receive the notification once a tagged SmartTag is reconnected. The SmartTag can also remotely control different IoT devices, such as turning on room light[10].

SmartThings Find can help users easily find their Galaxy devices including Galaxy phones, Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Buds[11]. Whether users drop the device at other places, under the car seat or even other regions[12], they will still be able to find it. With the SmartThings Find service, users can easily locate their missing device even if it’s offline[13].

SmartThings Find uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) [14] and ultra-wideband (UWB) [15]technologies, in conjunction with maps and sounds to guide users back to the missing devices. When users lose a device, they can simply open SmartThings Find on the smartphone or tablet and select the device they want to locate. The exact location of the list device will be shown on the map. All SmartThings Find user data is encrypted and securely protected, ensuring that the device’s location is not revealed to anyone except its owner.

Samsung launches its next-generation earbuds: Galaxy Buds Pro. The Galaxy Buds Pro adopts stylish design and provides superior call quality, intelligent ANC and convenient connectivity, making it a smart assistant for work and life.

Clear music and call experience: The Galaxy Buds Pro sports an 11-millimeter woofer for deeper bass and a 6.5-millimeter tweeter for a crisp treble. The Dolby Head TrackingTM technology creates 360 Audio so that users can enjoy realistic and immersive sound. In terms of call quality, the Galaxy Buds Pro separate the user’s voice from unwanted sounds with three microphones and a Voice Pickup Unit (VPU). One of the outer microphones also has a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), further eliminating background noises, ensuring users are heard as clearly as possible. In addition, Samsung has integrated its new Wind Shield technology into Galaxy Buds Pro. While a less protrusive shape minimizes the wind contact area, a specially designed chamber and mesh filters out wind interference. The call quality is significantly enhanced.
