Customers who successfully registers for the “Samsung Wallet Double Rewards” Promotion in Samsung Wallet, add 1 or more Hong Kong-issued credit card (applicable only to cards being added to Samsung Wallet for the first time) and complete at least 1 transaction (not applicable to transportation transactions) can get a 7-Eleven E-Cash Coupon and a chance to get 1 ticket buying-right for a KPop concert in November.

The following is the participation and redemption method:

1.  Customer registers for the promotion within Samsung Wallet

2.  Select the type of credit card being added:

-  Group 1: Visa / Mastercard / American Express

-  Group 2: UnionPay

3.  Add at least 1 credit card after registration (applicable only to cards being added to Samsung Wallet for the first time) and make at least 1 transaction with that newly added card through Samsung Pay (not applicable to transportation transactions)

4.  Redeem 7-Eleven E-Cash Coupon

The cash value of the 7-Eleven E-Cash Coupon will be based on the Galaxy smartphone model (“Galaxy smartphone”) used for registering the promotion and for linking the eligible credit card, and the type of credit card being added and with which a transaction has been made:

Customer can redeem a 7-Eleven E-Cash Coupon a maximum of 1 time per Group, up to a total value of HK$200 (Group 1: HK$100 + Group 2: HK$100).

The 7-Eleven E-Cash Coupon is on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.

Concert Game

Upon completion of Steps 1 to 3, the customer can participate in the Concert Game for a chance to get 1 ticket buying-right for a KPop concert in November. The Concert Game will take place in the Wallet app at designated date and time based on the date when the customer has completed Steps 1 to 3:

*Customers are required to log in using the same Galaxy smartphone and the same Samsung Account previously used to complete Steps 1 to 3 to unlock and participate in the Concert Game, and proceed as instructed in the notification email.

-  The quota for the ticket buying-right for a KPop concert in November is limited and will be allocated to participants of the Concert Game on a first-come-first-served basis. Customers who successfully secure a ticket buying-right (“winners”) for the KPop concert will be contacted by Samsung by the Winner Contact Date with instructions on how to complete their purchase.

-  Regarding the redemption of the KPop concert ticket buying-right:

1.  Customers who successfully secure a ticket buying-right will be notified by Samsung by the Winner Contact Date by email to the registered email address of the Samsung Account used to participate in this Promotion.

2.  Samsung does not guarantee the ticket or seating categories available for purchase. Winners will not be entitled to select ticket tiers, prices, or a specific seat; all winners will be granted the right to purchase a designated seat within the same tier. Samsung does not guarantee that winners will successfully purchase the ticket, and will not be liable for any failure or delay in purchasing the concert ticket, or for any other matters in connection with the ticket purchase.

Terms and Conditions

1.  “Samsung Wallet Double Rewards” Promotion (this “Promotion”) is organized by Samsung Electronics H. K. Company, Limited (“Samsung”) and will be held between Sep 19, 2026 and Oct 18, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

2.  This Promotion is available to each Samsung Account user who successfully registers for the Promotion in Samsung Wallet, adds a Hong Kong issued (Bank of China (Hong Kong), HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Hang Seng Bank, Citibank, DBS Bank and Dah Sing Bank) Visa / Mastercard / American Express credit card (Group 1) or UnionPay credit card (Group 2) (applicable only to cards being added to Samsung Wallet for the first time) and makes at least 1 transaction (not applicable to transportation transactions) with that newly added card after registration on Samsung Pay during the Promotion Period (each an “Eligible Customer” or “Eligible Account”).

3.  All activities under this Promotion must be registered for, participated in and completed using the same Eligible Account and the same Galaxy smartphone (identified by the unique IMEI number).

4.  By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Samsung reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, please check for updates on the Promotion page, the latest version shall prevail. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

5.  Each Eligible Account will be eligible to redeem one (1) 7-Eleven E-Cash Coupon (“Gift”) via Samsung Wallet per each credit card Group. The cash value of the Gift will be based on the customer’s device used for registration and the type of credit card being added with transaction made. To receive the Gift, Eligible Customers must successfully link a designated credit card from the specified credit card group and complete a transaction using that card.

6.  The Gift is on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.

7.  The Galaxy smartphone used to participate in this Promotion must be a genuine product purchased in Hong Kong.

8.  Each Eligible Customer will be eligible to participate in the Concert Game in Samsung Wallet for a chance to get 1 ticket buying-right for a KPop concert in November (“Right to Purchase”). The quota for the KPop concert ticket Right to Purchase is limited and will be allocated to participants of the Concert Game on a first-come-first-served basis.

9.  Each Eligible Account and each Galaxy smartphone (identified by the unique IMEI number) is entitled to receive the Gift only once per credit card Group.

10.  Each Eligible Account and each Galaxy smartphone (identified by the unique IMEI number) is entitled to participate in the Concert Game only once in this Promotion.

11.  Eligible Customers should follow the instructions on the relevant promotion page(s) of Samsung Wallet to participate in this Promotion. 

12.  The Gift and/or the Right to Purchase will be forfeited if Eligible Customer fails to fulfil the requirements under these terms and conditions or any redemption instructions given by Samsung within the designated period. Eligible Customer shall not make any claim against Samsung whatsoever, and Samsung shall not bear any liability whatsoever.

13.  Samsung is not the supplier of the Gift or the concert ticket relating to this Promotion, and the winners are subject to further terms and conditions as prescribed by the relevant merchants. Samsung shall not be held liable for the Gift or the concert ticket, including but not limited to, the supply, validity, availability, quality, descriptions or the events/activities relating to the Gift and the concert ticket.

14.  All information is based on the registered records in the Samsung account and/or as provided by Eligible Customers at the time of registration. Any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information will be deemed invalid. If any Eligible Customer cannot receive the redemption notification or redemption details relating to the Gift and/or the Right to Purchase, or cannot redeem the Gift and/or the Right to Purchase due to any incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided for this Promotion, Samsung shall bear no responsibility.

15.  Samsung reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer from the Gift and/or the Right to Purchase where it has reasonable grounds to believe that Eligible Customer has violated these Terms and Conditions or any instructions and/or requirements of this Promotion, or that Eligible Customer may have gained an unfair advantage by participating in this Promotion or redeemed the Gift and/or the Right to Purchase using fraudulent means.

16.  The Gift and/or the Right to Purchase cannot be transferred or sold, cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers/gifts. Samsung reserves the right to change or substitute the Gift and/or the Right to Purchase with other offers/gifts of a comparable or equivalent value as it deems fit.

17.  The Gift and/or the Right to Purchase is only available to an Eligible Customer who purchased the designated Galaxy smartphone model for private and domestic use.

18.  Non-end users (including but not limited to, distributors and resellers) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

19.  Except where expressly provided herein, each Eligible Customer shall bear any costs, expenses and relevant tax payments incurred resulting from participating in this Promotion and no reimbursement may be sought from Samsung.

20.  By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Customer agrees to exempt and exclude Samsung from all claims or liabilities of any nature arising from participating in this Promotion or otherwise related to this Promotion, including but not limited to, any damage or loss caused by the acquisition, receipt, possession, use or misuse of the Gift and/or the Right to Purchase or other reasons, and any claim or ground for litigation of any type or nature which the Eligible Customer may potentially possess based on such damage or loss. The above disclaimer is not applicable to damage or loss caused by fraud (including misrepresentation), or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

21.  Terms with the effect of disclaiming liabilities in these Terms and Conditions shall be applied to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.

22.  Each Eligible Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Samsung harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal costs on an indemnity basis) arising from any misconduct or negligence, as well as breach of these Terms and Conditions for which such Eligible Customer is liable.

23.  If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted due to any reason beyond Samsung's reasonable control, including but not limited to computer system defects, breakdown of web services, virus infection, hacking, technical failure and/or any force majeure events, Samsung reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this Promotion, in whole or in part, as appropriate. Samsung shall not bear any liability therefrom.

24.  In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Promotion or relating to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, Samsung reserves the right of final decision.

25.  By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Customer agrees that any personal data provided in connection with this Promotion (including but not limited to the personal data registered with his/her Samsung Account) will be collected, used and retained by Samsung, its affiliates, its collaboration partners under this Promotion and its third party service providers (whether in Hong Kong or abroad) (collectively “Data Users”) for the purposes of (i) verifying eligibility and identity of Eligible Customer, and (ii) fulfilment of Gift and/or the Right to Purchase redemption and other purposes directly related to this Promotion. Such personal data will be kept in strict confidence and not be disclosed to other third party or used for any other purposes without Eligible Customer’s consent. Data Users will collect and use the personal data in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Samsung Privacy Policy. Please refer to Samsung website (//www.samsung.com/hk_en/info/privacy/) for details of Samsung Privacy Policy. Eligible Customer shall have the right to request access to and correction of his/her personal data held by Data Users, and such request can be made to Samsung's Data Privacy Officer at privacy.sehk@samsung.com.

26.  No person other than the Eligible Customer and Samsung will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce these Terms and Conditions or enjoy any benefits therein.

27.  A Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is provided for reference only. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

28.  These Terms and Conditions and /or any claim or dispute arising from or in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict or choice of law provisions. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.

29.  If any terms in these Terms and Conditions is judged to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be replaced by a term which achieves Samsung’s intention to the greatest extent possible, and the validity and enforceability of the rest of the Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
