How to adjust Privacy Settings on your Samsung Smart TV

Samsung TVs are designed to provide the best viewing experience by offering a variety of useful features and tailored services to fit your needs. As a result, certain features may securely access your data with your consent. However, if you don't want these services to access your data, you can adjust your Privacy Settings to cancel authorization.
Note: Certain features may not function if data access permission is declined.
Step 1.
Press the Home button on your Smart Remote.
Navigate to Menu using the left button, then select Privacy Choices.
Step 2.
Select Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy.
Step 3.
Navigate to View details using the directional buttons on your Smart Remote, and press Select to read the terms and conditions for the relevant items.
Step 4.
Navigate to the relevant item and press the Select button on your Smart Remote to withdraw agreement.
Step 5.
Select OK to save changes.
Note:
- Only the English version of the terms and policies are supported on TV at this moment.
- You can select I agree to all to quickly agree to or withdraw agreement for all adjustable items at once.
Step 1.
Open Settings on your TV and select All Settings.
Step 2.
Select Advanced Features.
Step 3.
Select Voice.
Step 4.
Select Bixby Settings.
Step 5.
Navigate to the Privacy tab.
Step 6.
You can turn off the Allow Audio Recording Review and Allow voiceprint review switches to cancel authorization.
Note: You can go to Bixby Settings > About Bixby to review Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Notice for Bixby.
Step 1.
Press and hold the Home button on your Smart Remote for 2 seconds to open the Vision AI Companion home screen.
Step 2.
Navigate to Settings using the right directional button on your Smart Remote and press Select.
Step 3.
Select Terms & Conditions.
Step 4.
Select View Details to read related terms and conditions.
Step 5.
Select Disagree to cancel agreement.
Step 6.
Select Disagree again to confirm.
Note:
- If Bixby language is set to Cantonese, Vision AI Companion cannot be activated at this moment.
- If Enhanced AI Features in Bixby Settings has been turned off, Vision AI Companion will be disabled.
