How to change MPEG noise filter?

STEP 1. Press menu key in the remote control

Press menu key in the remote control and choose picture menu

STEP 2. choose MPEG Noise Filter

Menu → Picture → Picture Options

MPEG Noise Filter - Reduces MPEG noise to provide improved picture quality.
