You can easily enable or disable the microphone on your Samsung Smart TV by using the microphone switch located on the TV. Turning on the microphone will let you use voice input features, such as Bixby.
Watch the video on "How to Turn the Microphone Switch On and Off on Samsung Smart TV":
Please note, voice input features may not be supported on all products.
The microphone switch will be located either at the bottom center or bottom right side of the TV.
Also, the appearance of the switch will vary depending on the TV model.
Move the switch into its opposite position. The movement could be left or right.
If the notification says that the microphone is off, you will not be able to use any voice input features, so move the microphone switch back into its original position to turn it on.
If the pop-up window says that the microphone is on, you can now use all voice and sound features, like Bixby.
