How do I return my old TV to Samsung?We will collect your old TV when we deliver your new Samsung TVs. Please have your old TV fully uninstalled, dismounted and ready for collection. You are not required to package the old TV.

What happens if the old TV is not ready or not available for the collection?If your TV to be traded-up (recycled) is not available for collection, Samsung reserve the right to refuse delivery of the new TV. I have decided to return my new Samsung TV for a refund. Can I get my old trade up TV back?In the event that you return your purchased TV, we will refund the value of your order but are unable to return your old TV that has been recycled. Recycled TVs have zero value and if you return your purchased TV for a refund (for any reason) you will not receive any amount or value for your recycled TV.

Recycled products (TV / monitor) are non-returnable and have zero value.
