Promotion Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion of “Register and answer a question to win the new Galaxy Z Fold7 | Z Flip7 and over 100 incredible prize!” (this “Promotion”) is organized by Samsung Electronics H. K. Company, Limited (“Samsung”) and will be held from 24 June 2025 to 10 July 2025 (the “Promotion Period”), and is divided into 2 creative question contests:
   • The 1st contest: “Daily Creativity Prizes” – from 24 June 2025 to July 9 2025, 11:59pm
   • The 2nd contest: “Special Prizes” – from 24 June 2025 to July 10 2025, 10:59am
2. Customers who fulfill the following requirements during the Promotion Period (each an “Eligible Customer”) will be eligible to participate in the Promotion:
   1. Complete the latest Galaxy smartphone’s registration form on Samsung Hong Kong official website to receive the latest Galaxy product updates and pre-order privileges; and
   2. Submit an answer to the creative question: “How would you use AI to enhance the travel experience?”
3. In the 1st contest, i.e. “Daily Creativity Prizes”, Samsung will select ten (10) Eligible Customers who have provided the most creative answer as the winners on a daily basis, totaling one-hundred-sixty (160) winners within the whole Promotion Period. In the 2nd contest, i.e. “Special Prizes”, Samsung will select six (6) Eligible Customers who have provided the most creative answer during the whole Promotion Period as the winners. Winners of each contest are subject to the conditions in Clauses 4 and 6; the prize items are as follows (“Prize”):

4. Each Eligible Customer can participate in this Promotion once (1) only.
5. Each Hong Kong mobile phone number or email address can be registered with the game only once. Any repeated submission will be considered invalid.
6. Each Eligible Customer is only entitled to receive a Prize for the 1^st and 2^nd contests respectively once for each contest during the Promotion Period.
7. “Daily Creativity Prizes” winners will receive the prize notification via WhatsApp from Samsung Hong Kong within 5 working days after the submission of the registration form and creative answer. The HK$100 accessory voucher is valid from 25 June 2025 to 31 July 2025, and can only be used on designated accessories purchased at Samsung Online Shop or Shop App with a minimum net single spending amount of HK$101. The discount is applied by entering the promo code at checkout, and each promo code can only be used once.
8. “Special Prizes” winners will be contacted individually for the redemption details on 10 July 2025, and the winners will be required to provide English full name (must be the same as shown on Hong Kong or Macau Identity Card), and will receive the redemption notification email. The winners must redeem the Prize in person at designated location(s) and time. Authorized redemption is not allowed. Winners must present the original Hong Kong or Macau Identity Card and the redemption notification email as proof when claiming the prizes. If a winner fails to redeem the Prize according to the above requirements on or before the designated date, Samsung reserves the right to disqualify such a winner. The winners shall not make any claim against Samsung, and Samsung will not bear any liability whatsoever.
9. All information provided by Eligible Customer cannot be changed after registration. All information of participants should be based on the record of the web registration. Any faulty, duplicated and incomplete information will result in disqualification. If the Winners cannot receive the redemption notifications, redemption details or Prizes, or cannot redeem the Prizes due to any fake or incorrect or inaccurate information provided for this Promotion, Samsung shall bear no responsibility.
10. Samsung’s employees, agents involved in hosting this Promotion, and their respective family members are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
11. By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Samsung reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, please check for updates on the Promotion page, the latest version shall prevail. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
12. Samsung reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer from the Prize where it has reasonable grounds to believe that Eligible Customer has violated these Terms and Conditions or any instructions and/or requirements of this Promotion, or that Eligible Customer may have gained an unfair advantage by participating in this Promotion or redeemed Prize using fraudulent means.
13. Each Eligible Customer acknowledges and agrees that Samsung is not the supplier of the Prizes. Samsung shall not be held liable for the Prizes, including but not limited to, the quality, supply, description or warranty service in relation to the Prizes. The winners are subject to further terms and conditions as prescribed by the relevant supplier.
14. The Prizes cannot be transferred or sold, cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers/gifts. Samsung reserves the right to change or substitute the Prizes with other offers/gifts of a comparable or equivalent value as it deems fit.
15. Except where expressly provided herein, each Eligible Customer shall bear any costs, expenses and relevant tax payments incurred resulting from participating in this Promotion and no reimbursement may be sought from Samsung.
16. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Customer agrees to exempt and exclude Samsung from all claims or liabilities of any nature arising from participating in this Promotion or otherwise related to this Promotion, including but not limited to, any damage or loss caused by the acquisition, receipt, possession, use or misuse of the Prize or other reasons, and any claim or ground for litigation of any type or nature which the Eligible Customer may potentially possess based on such damage or loss. The above disclaimer is not applicable to damage or loss caused by fraud (including misrepresentation), or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
17. Terms with the effect of disclaiming liabilities in these Terms and Conditions shall be applied to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
18. Each Eligible Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Samsung harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal costs on an indemnity basis) arising from any misconduct or negligence, as well as breach of these Terms and Conditions for which such Eligible Customer is liable.
19. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted due to any reason beyond Samsung's reasonable control, including but not limited to computer system defects, breakdown of web services, virus infection, hacking, technical failure and/or any force majeure events, Samsung reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this Promotion, in whole or in part, as appropriate. Samsung shall not bear any liability therefrom.
20. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Promotion or relating to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, Samsung reserves the right of final decision.
21. By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Customer agrees that any personal data provided in connection with this Promotion will be collected, used and retained by Samsung, its affiliates and its third party service providers (whether in Hong Kong or abroad) (collectively “Data Users”) for the purposes of (i) verifying eligibility and identity of Eligible Customer, and (ii) fulfilment of Prize redemption and other purposes directly related to this Promotion. Such personal data will be kept in strict confidence and not be disclosed to other third party or used for any other purposes without Eligible Customer’s consent. Data Users will collect and use the personal data in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Samsung Privacy Policy. Please refer to Samsung website (//www.samsung.com/hk_en/info/privacy/) for details of Samsung Privacy Policy, and request for access to or correction of any personal data.
22. No person other than the Eligible Customer and Samsung will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce these Terms and Conditions or enjoy any benefits therein.
23. An English version of these Terms and Conditions is provided for reference only. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
24. These Terms and Conditions and /or any claim or dispute arising from or in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict or choice of law provisions. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.
25. If any terms in these Terms and Conditions is judged to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be replaced by a term which achieves Samsung’s intention to the greatest extent possible, and the validity and enforceability of the rest of the Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
