i have both versions, one with the 3.5 mm audio jack came with my s10+ last year and this one with usb-c. i like the one with 3.5 mm jack because i accidentally put it multiple times in my washer and dryer and it still sounds great and i can listen to music with it and charge my phone using a power bank while on the bus or walking. this one with usb-c jack sounded better but not only the audio and mic didn't sound loud(100% of its volume sounded like 50% of the one with the 3.5 mm jack), it also had less bass and stopped working the very 1st time i accidentally washed it. don't buy this one if you have hearing problems. the 5 stars i gave are for the previous version with the 3.5 mm jack, not the current one.

these came with my s20 5g. they sound good but you have to have the volume up to at least half if not more to actually hear the music. tried them on a plane trip and could barely hear my music with them all the way up. can't charge phone while using these earphones as only charging port is taken. also after 2 hours of using these while in the airport waiting for flight my ears began hurting and were sore for rest of day. my 2 pairs of klipsch 3.5mm in-ears are very comfortable and i can wear them all day with zero discomfort. least i didn't pay for these. real pain to have to have another dongle to carry around. at least add another usb-c port to the phone to allow charging and listening to music at the same time.

Zene hallgatáshoz érdemes állítani az equalizeren hogy nagyobb tartományt fedjen le. Filmekhez és videókhoz számomra tökéletes a gyári beállítás megint csak. S20-al használom de volt már rá példa hogy számítógépen játékhoz használtam és meglepően tiszta és erős hangot továbbít a beépített mikrofon is. Egyedül a kialakítás miatt kapott 4 csillagot mivel az én fülformámhoz egy picit rövid a füljáratba illeszkedő rész és ha nem egy helyben vagyok akkor hajlamos kicsúszni még az L-es gumiharangal is. Összességében minőségi kivetelés és tiszta hangzás jellemzi. Plusz pont a testre szabhatóság (gumiharangok), a szövetborítás és a Type-C csatlakozás.

Os fones são bons, o cabo é grande e têm um bom som, mas a funcionalidade dos fones não é a melhor. 1 problema que me dei conta alguns dias depois de começar a utilizá-los é que quando estou a ouvir música, ver videos até mesmo filmes, se parar por algum motivo, quando voltar a pôr play o som deixa de funcionar. Tenho de desconectar os fones do telemovél e voltar a colocar para ter som mais uma vez. Acontece várias vezes. Sendo assim, apesar do som ser 5 estrelas, não recomendo.

first time using the type c headset and i must confess the experience was awesome yet accompanied without of issues with the headset. one time the volume control on the headphone will automatically regulate the volume while a song is played without being touched. sometimes it stops working and resumes when it feels like. i kept the product in a safe place, woke up to find out that it has stopped working. seems everyone is complaining about same defect too.

I love music and without an audio jack was hesitant to get the new S20 but was happy to learn that these headphones were included with the phone. Sounded great and worked well, for about a month. The right earphone was not wired properly or something and is now barely audible compared to the left, making these essentially a left only pair of earbuds which is really annoying especially since I cannot just use regular headphone jack headphones. Dissapointed.

i came here to buy this again since i really liked them, they came with my note20ultra and the right side stopped working out of nowhere after just a few days of being used, after reading some reviews, i can see everyone is having the same issue again and again, one side stops working, samsung should take this obviously damage headphones out of the market and send the customers new ones, this is embarrassing for such a great company. disappointed.

Very comfortable and speech reproduction is fairly good. Unfortunately, that is as far as it goes as music reproduction is abysmal: plenty of volume but bass and low to mid frequencies are absent even with boost applied through the phone's equaliser. I cannot get anything that comes close to acceptable and turning up the volume makes it even worse, resulting in a horribly messy, completely unbalanced, sound. Very disappointing - and not cheap.

Par rapport à tous les autres commentaires, mes écouteurs ont tenu pendant plus d'un an ( je les utilise depuis septembre 2020, nous sommes en octobre 2021 quand j'écris cet avis ) malheureusement ceux ci commencent à présenter des signes de faiblesse ( faux contact/ son qui hachure par moment ). Cependant aucun problème auparavant pour les appels et pour le son en général. J'espère que la prochaine paire sera aussi performante :)

absolutely insane sound! got these earbuds in the box with my s20+, never really gave them a look and used my galaxy buds pro for a long time. gave them a try when they died once and never looked back since they sound 100x better. they come to life thanks to that 32bit 384mhz dac in these phones, something samsung will never tell you when trying to sell you the galaxy buds, but the galaxy buds are good too

Moest heel erg wennen.Ik heb al jaren een Huawei, samsung laat heel snel op.Moesg erh ernnen en zieken naar dd manier om hem uig te zetten.dit gaat nl via bixby ,of het schermaan naar beneden trekken.de aan en uit knop werkt hier dus niet bij. Verder vind ik het vervelend, dat de telefoon aan moet blijven, als je het alarm zet.Dat vond ik juist aan de Huawei fijn dat dit niet hoefde Verder tevreden..

Echt goede oortjes, gebruikt ze elke dag en vaak zijn oortjes te dik en krijg ik pijn aan mijn oren maar met deze totaal geen zeer ik vergeet zelf soms dat ik ze in heb ( handige verschillende kopjes om op de oortjes te bevestigen). Geluid is ook aangenaam geen rare geruisen of iets dus top. Zeker van plan om ze opnieuw te kopen wanneer deze ooit niet meer zullen werken is tot nu toe nog niet gebeurd

Deze headset is van zeer goede kwaliteit, zoals gewend van Samsung, voor een schappelijke prijs. Ik gebruik deze vooral op de motor en door de verschillende oordopjes die worden meegeleverd sluiten ze goed aan in m'n oor. Ik hoor dan ook totaal geen windgeruis. Tevens kan ik bij wat lagere snelheden prima bellen dmv microfoon en hoort de tegenpartij geen ruis of wind

Achetés il y a quelques jours. Ne tiennent pas du tout dans l'oreille quelque soit l'embout. La forme des écouteurs type Apple est beaucoup plus adaptée. C'est vraiment embêtant. De plus le fait que seuls les écouteurs Samsung fonctionnent avec le Samsung s22 est vraiment dommage, on ne peut pas utiliser des écouteurs classiques + adaptateur. Très très déçu.

good sound, no noise from the braided cord, like cheaper products can have, get THIS model. A cheaper AKG, very similar design has horrible static on calls/audio listening. Sturdy.... but I killed mine by pulling the connection end while standing on an earpiece. Now I need new ones. The other side still works but sound no longer stereo.

Pierwszy raz mam do czynienia z takim zjawiskiem- słuchawki szumią, wręcz piszczą przy odtwarzaniu jakiegokolwiek dźwięku. Być może trafił mi się jakiś wadliwy egzemplarz, ale dźwięk jest poniżej jakiejkolwiek krytyki. Same słuchawki bardzo wygodne i dobrze wykonane, ale nie da się ich używać przez ten dźwięk... Niestety nie polecam.

Mega goede oortjes. Net zoals vroeger alleen nu met een Type C aansluiting. Ik vind het erg mooi dat de lange draad zo extra omhult is zodat deze niet snel kapot zal gaan. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is echt ontzettend goed, zodra ik deze inplugde in mijn Galaxy S23 kreeg ik direct een software update wat me uitermate verbaasde.

Poor quality, avoid. I've had to return these earphones 3 times as they don't last long before breaking. After the third failure I've decided to try something else. This is really disappointing as the 3.5mm earphones that came with my S7 sound great and are still going strong, shame this connection is no longer in use.

[Deze beoordeling is verzameld als deel van een promotie.] Voor oordopjes met draad zijn deze zeer goed. Super geluid en zit niet in de weg. Ik gebruik hem tijdens het hardlopen. Zeer fijn dat het zachte oordopjes zijn dan blijven ze met het hardlopen ook goed in je oren zitten. Wat ook fijn is is dat het een usb-C input heeft i.v.m dat ik geen normale oortjes ingang heb.

J'ai apprécié ces écouteurs pour leur excellente qualité sonore mais récemment, ils ont perdu au moins 20dB de niveau, la qualité restant bonne. Le problème est que l'on entend presque plus lorsqu'on est en ambiance bruyante (rue, métro). Y-a-t-il une procédure de réglage ou est-il possible d'obtenir un échange?

Pierwsze to nie słuchawki ale IEM(in ear monitor) dostarczają neutralny dźwięk, przy tych słuchawkach ma sens Tidal albo Apple Music które są wstanie dostarczyć dźwięk bez utraty jakości. Za tą cenę nie ma lepszych słuchawek jeżeli nam zależy na jakości dźwięku. Na s24 nie działają guziki sterowania, na pc tak.

Possible d'écouter de la musique, certes, mais impossible d'entendre un appel le son passe à chaque fois par le haut parleur du téléphone. environ 3-4 mois avant qu'un faux contact ne me coupe le son dans une oreillette. Impossible de trouver un adaptateur usb-c -> jack correcte, la majorité ne sont pas supporté par les S20+ et ce dans toutes gammes de prix. Particulèrement déçue du tournant qu'à prit Samsung avec ses nouveaux téléphones.

Écouteurs de qualité correcte sans être génial niveau sonore. Le rendu de mes Sony (Aux) était bien meilleur. Gros point noir, 1 mois et demi de vie avant qu'un faux contact n'apparaisse. Par chance ces écouteurs étaient fourni avec le S20. Prochain achat --> écouteurs bluetooth.

Fijn dat er gewoon nog simpele en toch goede bedrade in-ear hoofdtelefoons zijn. Ze zitten zoals gewoonlijk weer als gegoten, licht van gewicht en van ouds goede geluidskwaliteit. Ondanks dat dit de standaard versie is en niet de AKG- versie, merk je er eigenlijk weinig van.

Really good pair of Earphones from Samsung, especially with Type-C. The sound is also really great and being AKG tuned, the sound is way better than the previous 3.5mm one. I would have given it 5 stars, had not knowing what wouldn't have happened if I got black. See when I bought my pair, I was out of the country and bought a white pair of these. They sound really good don't get me wrong and feel great. But as a result of this feeling, especially with the white pairs, the soft part which your ear rests on, does get stained from bodily oils which I did find annoying, hence the 4 stars. But other than that, really great product Samsung, just would've preferred that it wouldn't yellow. (For awareness purposes, I will not upload the yellowing as it may disgust some people. It isn't that bad but I am just being aware). The controls are somewhat basic, I wouldn't expect more from the controls but it is nifty but not worthy of the 5 stars. All in all, Great Job Samsung. Hopefully when I make money, I'll buy a pair of Galaxy Buds. XD

I still don't understand how, why or if they work together with the DAC and DOLBY ATMOS in my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G but they sound fantastic, capture every detail of the music and the bass is deep and rich. A big improvement!
