How can I use the Samsung Remote Service to get help diagnosing and solving a problem?

Samsung Remote Service enables one of our specially trained technicians to remotely view and control your Samsung smart TV or smartphone to directly help you with your product.

How does the Samsung Remote Service work?

Give us a call, letting us know that you want to use the Remote service. 


If you need help with a smartphone or tablet, you will need to download the Smart Tutor app, and if you need help with your smart TV, you can access Remote Management through the Support settings on the menu on your smart TV.
