How do I take photo underwater on my Galaxy S4 Active if the touch screen stops working?

Your Samsung Galaxy S4 Active (GT-I9295) has an IP67 rating for water resistance. This means your device, by design, is completely protected against dust ingress and can be safely immersed in up to 1 metre of freshwater for up to 30 minutes.

To take a photo while underwater you need to set the camera mode to Aqua before going underwater. When the camera mode is Aqua press the volume key to take a photo.

Follow these steps to set the camera mode to Aqua:

 

1. From the Home screen touch App Icon Apps.

 

 

2. Touch Camera (you may need to swipe left or right first to locate it).
