How to use Health Assist
Health Assist (also referred to as Samsung Health Assistant) is a Galaxy AI feature within Samsung Health that functions as a personal wellness coach. It is designed to answer questions about your activity, sleep, nutrition, stress and Energy Score by using your individual health data from Samsung Health, as well as connected devices such as a Galaxy Watch or Galaxy Ring.
For example, you can ask:
- “How many steps should I walk today?”
- “How can I improve my sleep?”
- “What workout should I do for recovery?”
Based on your recent trends, Health Assist provides personalised recommendations rather than general advice. On your smartphone, you can access Health Assist in the Samsung Health app via the chat icon.
