  • 1. When are the Welcome Promotion issued?

    Welcome promotion will be issued to all customers who register on the Shop App for the 1st time using their Samsung Account and by virtue of the logging to the App Existing Smart Club members (Base/Plus/Pro/Elite tier) will not be granted welcome vouchers if they register as new users on the Shop App.

  • To unlock the vouchers, download the Samsung Shop App. Register with your contact details and vouchers will be visible under my voucher section on “My page” section.

  • The vouchers are visible only for Samsung Account logged in user on the Samsung Shop App.

  • Each registered Samsung Shop App users will get 3N (three) vouchers across different categories.

  • Vouchers once generated are valid for a period of 6 months.

  • No, only 1 voucher per category is valid as mentioned below:
    1. • Voucher for ₹ 2000 is valid for galaxy devices (mobile and related categories)
    2. • Voucher for ₹ 3000 is valid for TV and Home appliances
    3. • Voucher for Up to ₹ 500 is valid for Accessories.

  • The voucher may not be applicable on account of the below mentioned reasons:
