Can I order on Partner Portal without providing my GSTIN?No, GSTIN is mandatory for each order placed.

How do I place an order?Shopping at Samsung.com is easy and secure. Placing an online order requires just a few steps:
I. Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the Add to cart button from either the homepage or product detail page.
II. You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to checkout.
III. Once you are finished shopping, click on shopping cart at the top right corner of page, and follow the checkout steps.
IV. You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number.

What are Minimum and Maximum order quantities of placing an order?Minimum order quantity is 5 units. Total units in the cart should be greater than equal to 5. (It can be a mix of products). Maximum order value is set at ₹ 80 Lacs (order total of cart). Monthly limits are managed by Savex.

How do I check the status of order placed from my Samsung Account?You can find your order details and track your order on our website, by following the steps below:
I. Hover the mouse over the person icon in the top right.
II. Go to your account.
III. Select 'Orders'
IV. All your orders should be displayed on this page, along with their status. -
I forgot to order something. Can I change an existing order?NO. You will not be able to add an item after an order is already placed. You can place a second order if you wish to order an additional item.

The item I want is out of stock. How can I sign up for alerts for receiving stock information?YES. You can sign up for stock alerts, by clicking ‘Notify Me’ and submitting your email address.

How can I check our total monthly purchase limit?Information about your purchase limits will be updated to you by your respective regional Samsung Team.

How do I pay for my order?You can pay for your orders through line of credit.
Each MDD will have a unique account number of Savex where he/she will need to transfer the money.
The details of the same will be provided by Savex. -
My order has been cancelled after I placed my order. What can I do?You can contact the state level representative of Savex who will help clarify the same.

What is estimated delivery time of stock reaching my destination post placing order?Stock will reach you within 24-96 hrs depending upon location. Tracking details are available in your order confirmation which you can use to track the shipments. You will also receive WhatsApp status updates on the mobile number provided in Shipping Address.

What is the process for securing a line of credit? Is it securitized?Your eligible credit limit will be decided by Savex and the local Samsung team and would be communicated to you.

What is the credit period that shall be extended to me for my orders to eStore?You shall get to see the due date of payments once the order is confirmed on your invoice.

What if I overextend the credit period/default on my payment?Till further overdue payment is done by MDD, the corresponding DMS account will be put on special support.

How and when can I cancel an order?Stocks once dispatched/received can not be cancelled.

Box Damaged units to be handled how?Partners should not accept material at the time of delivery if they found Box damage. Post acceptance of material no claim would be entertained.

DOA units to be handled how?DOA process will same as per GT Business. MDD partners will have to send the Mobile back to Savex warehouse (from where order was billed/dispatched) along with DOA certificate at their own cost.

My DMS code is on special support, how to proceed?For DMS restrictions you may reach out to respective Regional sales team for guidance.

Does sellout support and monthly schemes applicable over these purchases?Scheme letters on M/F Series shall be shared by Samsung via SMS systems - the settlement shall also be done through Savex over a monthly course.
