Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Products purchased through our Online Store are sold & distributed by Samsung India Electronics Limited aiming to provide the best experience to the customers.

Objectives of this policy:

  • All customers are treated fairly and without bias at all times
  • All issues raised by customers are dealt with courtesy and resolved on time
  • Customers are made completely aware of their rights so that they can opt for alternative remedies if they are not fully satisfied with our response or resolution to their complaint

Level 1: Customer Support

You can contact our customer service team via below modes & expect a response within 48 hours.

A unique ticket number will be shared on real time basis as a confirmation. You may please refer the same for all future communication with our support team.

If your compliant/concern/query is not addressed satisfactorily from Level 1, you can reach out to our Grievance Officer.

Level 2: Grievance Officer

If your query remains unresolved, you can escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer. You can contact our Grievance Officer, Neha Dhingra at grievance.estore@samsung.com with the details of your interaction under Level 1 Customer Support. We will respond within 3 business days from the date of receipt of your email.

How can the consumer track status of his grievance?

The consumer shall receive timely updates on his registered mail id with the status of the query. Alternatively, grievance cell officer may call the customer directly if required and will update on status and resolution of his grievance.
