Samsung Smart Club Referral Program

Terms & Conditions

• Samsung Referral Program (“Program”) is provided by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited (“Samsung”) at its sole discretion. This Program is valid Pan India except in the States where prohibited by law.
• This Program shall be valid on purchases made from Samsung Smart Café & Smart Plaza (“Outlet”).
• Validity period for the Program will be from November 8, 2020 onwards for a period as decided by Samsung from time to time.
• This Program is valid for Indian residents who have attained the age of 18 years or above except for Samsung employees or other corporate employees making purchases under the Samsung Employee Purchase Program.
• Under the Samsung Referral Program, participant(s) may refer their friends or family to earn Samsung Smart Club Reward points..
• The participant referring under this Program will be called as “Referrer” and the referred person will be called as “Beneficiary”.
• Participation Criteria: For participating, participant first needs to purchase a Samsung Smartphone (refer Annexure A for eligible Samsung Smartphones) from the Outlet. Post the purchase, a referral link (“URL”) will be sent to the participant on his /her registered mobile number and email. Upon receiving the said referral link Referrer may share the same with the Beneficiaries.
• Program Benefits shall strictly not apply to purchase made by or in or for - Bulk, Commercial, E-commerce websites/ online, Institutional Consumer, Samsung Dealers (including their family members, employees – direct or indirect) and Samsung Experience Consultants (SEC) engaged at Outlets
• Before availing the benefits under this Program, Beneficiaries will be required to register themselves on the URL with the OTP verified mobile no. (mandatory) & email (optional).
• Upon completing the above steps, Beneficiaries will be eligible to receive additional up to 3000 Smart Club Points on the product as per Annexure B.
• Beneficiary registration OTP as well as Invite message to be sent on +91 only. Hence, out-of-India nos. cannot be registered.
• Beneficiary visits an SES/SDP nearby and makes a purchase (select referral eligible product) within 30 days
• Beneficiary can redeem the reward points only upon enrolling into Smart Club with the same mobile number with which the beneficiary registered on the referral link.
• Beneficiary enrolls to Smart Club with same mobile no. to receive Beneficiary benefits in form of extra Smart Club points. Referrer also receives bonus Smart Club points for this successful purchase by Beneficiary. 
• Referrer may pass on the unique referral link to as many Beneficiaries as he wishes however the benefit of additional points can be redeemed by maximum ten (10) beneficiaries only during a year. Referrer can earn up to 7500 Smart Club Points i.e. up to 2500 points per successful referral.
• The Beneficiaries may redeem the Smart Club points on purchase of any of the Samsung Smartphone as listed in Annexure A, from any Outlet within six (06) months from the date of receipt.
• For successful referral purchase, Beneficiaries must activate the device with the registered mobile no. only (no. registered on the Referral URL).
• In case of multiple product purchase by the Beneficiary, he/she will receive the Smart club points on the first product purchase only.
• In case of Sales Return by the Referrer, Referral invite URL will expire and the customer will not be able to generate any referrals.
• Referrer will be eligible to receive Referral rewards in form of additional Smart Club Points on his/her registered email id or mobile number after Beneficiary or Beneficiary completes his purchase & device activation, so long as the Beneficiary does not return the product purchased.
• Beneficiary benefits can be availed only once per customer, i.e. a Beneficiary can avail the benefit only once against one mobile number registered.
• In case the Beneficiary returns the product for any reasons whatsoever, the Referrer will not be eligible to receive the referral rewards against that purchase and the additional Smart Club points any if credited, will be debited or adjusted from the Smart Club points accumulated or any future accumulation. However, he may be eligible for the same on the next such purchase done by another Beneficiary using his/her referral code.
• Referrer may redeem the Smart Club Points at the Outlet as per the terms and conditions mentioned therein.
• Samsung reserves the right to reverse any accumulated rewards believed to be earned through suspicious activity.
• Samsung reserves the right to substitute, change, cancel or add to any part of these Terms at any time, including terminating the Program or modifying these Terms. Samsung reserves the right to decline or cancel your participation in the Program, with or without advance notice, if we believe that your participation is enabling a fraudulent or illegal purpose.
• Any and all information shared by the Referrer or Beneficiary under this Program shall be subject to the Privacy Policy of Samsung available at https://www.samsung.com/in/info/privacy/
