Key Terms of Samsung Corporate+ Purchase


  • All customers having valid login to access Samsung Corporate+ are eligible to avail this offer.
  • Each customer will be eligible for 2 number of units per person for individual product category per month.
  • Purchase of the product is limited to the use of the customer, his/her family and Friends.
  • eStore team reserves the right to cancel an order in case of stock unavailability.
  • Order once placed cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • For large appliances (products other than Mobiles,Tablets and Accessories) customer must contact Samsung Service Call Center at 1 800 40 SAMSUNG to log an installation call immediately after delivery. It is suggested that the product is unpacked in presence of an installation engineer.
  • Delivery timelines are 7-10 working days.
  • In case the product is found physically damaged upon box opening, customer must obtain a Service Report from installation engineer and share with Shop Support by uploading on www.samsung.com/in/support/email/online-shop/ along with images of the damaged unit. Such product should be kept in its original packaging along with all inbox accessories or freebies, where applicable. Samsung will be unable to accept returns of such orders if the original packaging of the product is not retained or product found used by customer. Post reverse pick refund will be processed by Samsung.
