Refurbished Sale
1. For the purposes of the Terms and Conditions for Refurbished Products (“Terms and Conditions“) "we" or "us" or “Samsung” means Samsung India Electronics Private Limited, and "you" means you, the employees of Samsung. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute the Contract between you and us for the supply of Refurbished Products. No other terms and conditions including any standard terms of business that you may have shall apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.
2. Eligibility: The Offer is valid for all Samsung and its affiliates employees with mySingle ID. On-roll employees & off-roll (direct outsource) will be eligible for the offer - SIEL/SDSI/SRI Bangalore, Noida & Delhi/SIEL-P (Chennai & Noida).
3. This Offer is purely a discretionary benefit being extended by Samsung to Eligible participants. Samsung retains the sole discretion to:
i. define the manner in which the Offer may be availed/ used by the Eligible participants;
ii. take appropriate measures to ensure compliance to the terms of offer; and
iii. take appropriate measures to stop misuse/ violation of the Offer being extended.
Limited Warranty Conditions
1. The Products under this Offer shall carry a limited "6 months" warranty from the purchase invoice date (“Warranty”).
2. Refurbished Product purchased is only eligible for repair Warranty in order to restore it to proper working condition. No claims shall be accepted for refund under or out of Warranty condition in any circumstances.
3. This Warranty does not apply to minor cosmetic imperfection of the Refurbished Product such as scratches, marks, discoloration, etc., and no support is granted with regard to such cosmetic imperfection.
4. Samsung’s obligation under this Warranty for Refurbished Product is only limited to the handset device. Accessories will not be eligible for any repair or refund warranty (except battery, which shall have a warranty for "6 months" from the purchase invoice date).
5. For repair, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the nearest authorized service centre and bring the Refurbished Product to the authorized service centre at purchaser’s cost and risk.
6. In the event of repairs of the part/s of the Refurbished Product, this Warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for unexpired period of the Warranty.
7. In case of any damage to the Refurbished Product caused by accident, tampering, misuse or neglect of the purchaser, this Warranty conditions shall not be applicable and repairs will be done subject to availability of parts and on a chargeable basis only.
8. The packaging of the Refurbished Product clearly states that the Refurbished Product is a repaired product.
9. In case of any manufacturing defects in the Refurbished Product, the employees are requested to contact the authorized Samsung service centre. HR or Samsung Shop team will not entertain any escalations related to any manufacturing defects pertaining to the Refurbished Product.
10. The Warranty does not cover refund for Dead on Arrival Products. Such Products will only be repaired by the Samsung service center and there will be no refund for the same.
11. In case of any apparent damage to the package of Refurbished Product, please report immediately to Shop Support at www.samsung.com/in/support/email/online-shop/. Employees are requested to not open, use or activate such device. A refund will be processed post investigation. In case the Employee activates such Product, no refund will be given.
Other Terms and Conditions
1. The Offer is valid on Samsung refurbished or repaired Smartphones and Tablets (hereinafter called as “Refurbished Products”).
2. The price for the Refurbished Products will be the price set out on the website provided that it has been confirmed in the Order Confirmation. GST is payable by you at the applicable rate as indicated on the website. Delivery costs, where applicable, are payable by you at the price set out on the web site, provided such costs have been confirmed by Samsung.
3. Each employee will be eligible for purchasing two (2N) units of Product - per offer per month.
4. The Offer is valid till stocks last.
5. The Offer can be availed from Samsung Shop (i.e. Samsung e-store) only.
6. Purchase of the Refurbished Product is limited to the use of the employee, his/her family and friends.
7. No other Offer will be applicable along with this Offer.
8. Order once placed cannot be changed or cancelled. Any cancellation initiated by customer will attract a fee as per cancellation policy.
9. Any employee who purchases a Refurbished Product under this Offer needs to retain or ensure that his/her family or friends in whose name the Refurbished Product is purchased, retain it for a minimum period of 6 months from date of invoice, until the expiry of basic Warranty of product.
10. All purchases under this Offer are subject to audit check and any employee found in violation of the guidelines would be penalized basis company policy.Please note that the refurbished program is a scheme that Samsung runs for its employees benefit You are advised to order responsibly to ensure that everyone gets to access, use and enjoy this facility.
11. Delivery may take 7-10 working days or as indicated against product on sale on Family Mall.
12. Purchases under this Offer shall be at the sole discretion/risk of the employee. Samsung does not provide any guarantee/warranty of the same beyond 6 months. Hence, no disputes shall be entertained.
13. Our maximum aggregate liability under the Offer whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Refurbished Product(s).
Box Damage /Repackaged Sale – Samsung Employee Portal
- All Samsung and affiliate employees (On roll and eligible Off roll) with authorized login through Email (@samsung.com, @partner.samsung.com, @cheil.com, @harman.com) or Mobile numbers can avail the offer - SIEL/SRI Delhi, Bangalore & Noida/SIEL-P, SIEL-N.
- The products being sold are new and never used and bear full warranty as per Warranty Policy of SIEL. The product might not be in its original outer box happened at the time of original packaging, or the outer box and/ or its packaging may be damaged while in transit mode and may have a crease or wear and tear on the box/ outer box and/ or its packaging.
- Employee will be entitled to purchase a maximum of 5 units per category per sale.
- This offer would be over and above their normal yearly quota. (“EPDS Coupon”).
- Purchase of the product is limited to the use of the employee, his/her family and Friends.
- Any employee who purchases a product under this scheme needs to retain the product for a minimum period of 1 year.
- Re-Sale of the products is strictly prohibited (for first 12 Months) and will be treated as breach of code of conduct.
- All purchases under this scheme are subject to audit check and any employee found in violation of the guidelines would be penalized basis company policy.
- eStore team reserves the right to cancel an order in case of stock unavailability.
- Order once placed cannot be changed or cancelled. Any cancellation initiated by customer will attract a fee as per cancellation policy.
- Delivery may take 7-10 working days or as indicated against product on sale on Family Mall.
- Box damage arising during transfer of product, will not be considered for refund or order cancellation as per the current policy.
- Employee can contact Samsung Service Call Center at 1 800 40 SAMSUNG (7267864) to log an installation call immediately after delivery. It is suggested that the product is unpacked in presence of an installation engineer.
- In case the product is found physically damaged upon box opening by the installation engineer, employee must obtain a Service Report from installation engineer and share with Shop Support by uploading on www.samsung.com/in/support/email/online-shop/ along with images of the damaged unit. Such product should be kept in its original packaging along with all inbox accessories or freebies, where applicable. Samsung will be unable to return such orders if the original packaging of the product is not retained or product found used by customer. Post reverse pick refund will be processed by Samsung.
- In case of delivery location is above the ground floor and the product cannot be lifted to the higher floor due to reasons like lack of lift, small lift, narrow staircase, small passageways etc., then the courier will deliver the product at the ground floor/reception/lobby of the premises. Employee will not raise any objection/claim in this regard and assumed to accept the same.

- In case the product is not working upon box opening, visit Samsung Authorized Service Centre or obtain a Service Report from installation engineer with the product, in original brand box, all inbox accessories and invoice. (Service Centre Locator: www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/).
- The Samsung service Centre/installation engineer will check the product to your satisfaction. Post assessment, the product may be certified as DOA (Dead on Arrival) in compliance with Samsung’s DOA terms* and warranty policy (Warranty Policy: www.samsung.com/in/support/warranty/).
- If the product is certified by the Service Centre as DOA, refund will be given as per current policy.

- Only functional defects will be covered.
- Box, Monitor and all original accessories should be available.
- No sign of damage, tampering, water log or user defects.
- Feature related problem not covered which are not in Specifications.
- Defect must be re-produced in Service Centre.
- DOA shall be not applicable for any defect in accessory.
*Additional Terms for Box Damage Sale
- Employee will be entitled to purchase a maximum of 5 units per category (Smartphone, Watches, Buds and Tablets). This offer would be over and above their normal yearly respective category voucher quota.
- The products being sold are new and never used and bear full warranty as per Warranty Policy of SIEL.
- In case the product is not working upon box opening, visit Samsung Authorized Service Centre with the product, in original brand box, all inbox accessories and invoice. (Service Centre Locator: www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/).
- The Samsung service Centre will check the product to your satisfaction. Post assessment, the product may be certified as DOA (Dead on Arrival) in compliance with Samsung’s DOA terms* and warranty policy (Warranty Policy: www.samsung.com/in/support/warranty/).

Regular Sale – Samsung Employee Portal
- All Samsung and affiliate employees (On roll and eligible Off roll) with authorized login through Email (@samsung.com, @partner.samsung.com, @cheil.com, @harman.com) or Mobile numbers can avail the offer - SIEL/SRI Delhi, Bangalore & Noida/SIEL-P, SIEL-N.
- Employee will be entitled to purchase a maximum of 3 per Category for entire year with a total purchase limit of 6,00,000/-*.
- This offer is inclusive of EPDS i.e. total 3 products per category EPDS + family mall; however exclusive of Repackaged/Refurbished Sale purchase.
- Purchase of the product is limited to the use of the employee, his/her family and Friends.
- Employees are not allowed to expose internal discount price information by sharing EPP mall log-in credentials with outsiders.
- Any employee who purchases a product under this scheme needs to retain the product for a minimum period of 1 year.
