What is LVP Technology in Samsung Split Air Conditioners?

LVP (Low Voltage Protection) Technology is one of the new features that has been added in Samsung Split Air Conditioners.This technology is viable only in Non-stabiliser free Split-Air Conditioners.  

 

 . 

 

The main function of this technology is to measure the Low input voltage which leads to protection of the Compressor. If I/P voltage goes below 160 V,this technology will automatically stop the compressor operation after 3mins. Now ,Compressor again Switches on, only when the I/p voltage is above the cut off voltage as mentioned above.

 

This new feature is available only in the following models:
