It is water supply error which causes due to following reasons. 

1 Machine may displays this error due to low water pressure
2 Machine may displays this error if inlet filter is choked.

Water pressure checking process:

1 At Tap side, Pull down Part C(refer Image A) & take out the hose.

2 After taking out the hose, check the water pressure by opening tap.
3 If Pressure is OK : Refix the water hose
4 If Pressure is Low : Advice the customer to get the water line pressure inspected with the help of local plumber

Inlet filter cleaning process:

1 At Machine side, Rotate the Part D(Hose) in anti clock direction to open.

2 Rotate until it opens, - Pull out the filter as shown in the image

Note: Filter should be taken care of when pulling it out, filter mesh should not get damage.

3 Clean the Filter so that all foreign material get washed out as shown in the image.

4 Re-insert the Filter similarly as it was taken out [filter holder should be outwards].

5 Tighten hose again, Rotate Part D clockwise – keep tightening until it gets locked.
6 Ask the customer to run WM & observe. Check if the water pressure has improved.
7 If leakage is observed at any joint ask the customer to tighten/reconnect hose - it will stop the leakage.

Note: Recommend customer to the clean filter once every 2 weeks, it will help in better functioning of WM
