Family Hub: LCD linear line defect

It occurs when Linear line appears on Touch control panel. To resolve, Please follow below mentioned steps:

 

1 Change the screen by touching any Icon.
2 Reset the touch control panel

3 If Linear line remains, LCD should be replaced. RaiseOnline Service Request for Engineer Visit.

Raise online service request through Request Service option at Support -> Your Service (Top right of Page)
