The wireless charging pad is getting warmer while charging. Is this device fault?
No, according to device state or charging environment, the device or wireless charging pad may Heat up while charging. This is normal and should not affect the device’s lifespan or performance. If the device heats up or the ambient air temperature rises, the charging speed may decrease automatically. If device is not placed on exact center of charging pad or is charged by non-authorized charger, the charging pad may get a little warmer than normal.
