Why profile picture is not visible in contacts after updating OS to Oreo?

1 The policy for profile sharing has been changed starting from Oreo OS. Previously in Nougat OS, customers could use profile sharing regardless of logging in to their Samsung Account.
2 Starting from Oreo OS, customers must register and sign in to their Samsung Account to use Profile Sharing features.
3 If you have not signed in to your Samsung Account on your device, please sign in now.
4 If your device is already signed in to your Samsung Account and Profile Sharing information does not show properly, then please sign out of your Samsung Account and then sign back in.
