Why sometimes Samsung Tablet do not power on?

Users using Samsung Tablets often finds that the device is not responding after its put to charge and the battery drains out completely. In order to power on the device you need to leave the charger connected to device for at least 30 minutes before trying to power up the device. This will enable the battery to charge to a level to activate the device when you try to power up the device.
