  • How do I use the Samsung SolarCell Remote?

    The Samsung SolarCell Remote is powered by light and features a built-in solar panel, eliminating the need for disposable batteries. It can be charged using sunlight or indoor lighting.
    To pair the remote with your Samsung TV, simply turn on the TV and press any button on the remote. It will connect automatically.
    If pairing does not occur or the connection is lost, follow these steps:
    Point the remote at your TV.
    Press and hold the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously.
    Release the buttons when a connection message appears on the TV screen.
    You can charge the SolarCell Remote in two ways:
    Using light: Place the remote with the back facing upward under indoor lighting or near a window.
    Using USB: Connect a USB Type-C cable to the port at the bottom for faster charging.
  • Turn on your Samsung TV and press any button on the SolarCell Remote. The remote should connect automatically.
    If it does not connect:
    Point the remote at the TV.
    Press and hold the Return and Play/Pause buttons together.
    Release the buttons when the connection message appears on the screen.
  • 1.) Press and hold the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 3 seconds.
    2.) When the red light on the top of the remote flashes, the TV screen will display a message indicating that the remote is reconnecting to get back in sync with your TV.
  • You can charge the SolarCell Remote in two convenient ways:
    Using light: Place the remote with the solar panel facing upward under indoor lighting or near a window.
    Using USB: Use a USB Type-C cable for faster charging via the port at the bottom.
