Please do make sure your TV is running the latest firmware version by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. This update may also include sound enhancements as well, but if you're still noticing a decrease in volume when using a streaming device, please enable the Auto Volume function which will automatically adjust sound to a certain level when using an external device. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On I hope these tips help! Hello shoke93, Thank you for your review of the QN90A Neo QLED TV and for sharing your details of your sound cutting out. If the audio drop issue is happening when connected via HDMI, the HDMI cable is most likely the cause. We recommend you replace the HDMI cable with a High-Speed cable with Ethernet Channel, labeled as HEC or HEAC on the cable. Also be sure to enable HDMI-eARC in the Expert Settings menu. Lastly, please also verify that you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Samsung TVs have Anynet+ (also known as HDMI-CEC), a feature that allows connected external HDMI devices to inform your TV when they have turned on. Occasionally, connected devices such as game consoles (PS5, Xbox) can send a turn on signal, for example, if they have software updates. We recommend you try turning Anynet+ off, as it may be causing an auto power on. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Connection > External Device Manager > Anynet+, then disable. Please also make sure that your TV's firmware is up to date. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. Additionally, your feedback on the One Connect Box placement is appreciated and will be shared with our teams.
