How do I register for Samsung Rewards?
You must download and register for Samsung Members with your Samsung Account and join the Samsung Rewards.
Who provides Samsung Care+?
This insurance is provided and underwritten by Tune Insurance Malaysia Berhad under group policy issued to Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd, assisted by Bolttech agent, Bolttech Device Protection Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
What does my insurance cover me for?
Samsung Care+ benefits include repairs for accidental and liquid damage and device replacement in the case your broken device cannot be repaired. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for further detail.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa & Mastercard), Online Banking as well as eWallet. We also offer monthly finance from Samsung Finance and 0% Instalments.
