What do I do in the case of delayed deliveries?

Please allow up to up to 7 days for deliveries in West Malaysia. The 7 days starts from the day after you receive notification of dispatch confirmation *This is an estimate delivery lead time and is subject to change.

Deliveries may be delayed due to a number of reasons including, but not limited to; our inventory status, logistics partner circumstances, natural disasters, global pandemics or other unforeseen situations.

If your delivery is delayed, we will endeavour to inform you via the email address or phone number which you registered during your purchase.

We will always try our best to deliver your product safely and within the delivery timeframe provided.

Please contact our Customer Care team on 1-800-88-9999 (24 Hours / 7 days a week) or email us at my_shop@samsung.com for assistance if your delivery status is "Completed" but you have not received the item.
