Frequently Asked Questions for Store Pickup

  • When can I pickup my mobile order?

    Express Store Pickup:-
    Store pickup within 24 hours.
    Available for selected stores and products only.
    Same-day pickup for orders placed before 5 PM, subject to stock availability and no operational issues.
    *Lead time may vary due to factors such as stock discrepancies or unexpected system disruptions.
    *You will be notified by email once your order is ready for pickup.

    Standard Store Pickup:-
    West Malaysia: 1-3 working days*
    East Malaysia: 5-7 working days*

    In the event that there is a change in your order status, a notification email will be sent to your registered email address.
  • Express Store Pickup:-

    Selected stores & selected products only.

    Same day pickup subject to stock availability and applicable for orders placed before 1 PM on weekdays, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.

    Order placed after 1 PM will be processed on the next business day.

    Pickup is available anytime during the store opening hours once you received the “Express Order is Ready to Pickup” email, which confirms your order is ready for pickup.

    If your order status changes, a notification email will be sent to your registered email address.

  • Bring your Order Acknowledgement and Express Order is Ready to Pickup email (either printed or on your mobile device).

    In the case if you are not able to collect the order personally, your representative shall provide a written authorization letter to indicate the person will collect the item on your behalf.

  • Orders made online and scheduled for in store pick up will be held at the store for 14 days. If you have not picked up your orders by the end of the 14th day, you will be contacted by store agent and order will be delivered directly with additional delivery cost.
  • 1. Cancellation is not available for the following order(s):
    (a) Pre-order;
    (b) Express Delivery;
    (c) Express Delivery with Installation;
    (d) Express Store Pickup

    2. Save for the order(s) listed in paragraph 1 above, your order can be cancelled any time before we prepare your order for dispatch. You may cancel your order by navigating as below:

    My Orders > Input your Order ID & Email ID > Click Search > Click on Cancel Order button > Select your cancellation reason > Submit cancellation.

    Please note that we are unable to accommodate any order cancellation once the order has been prepared for dispatch.

    3. Any voucher code used in a cancelled order will not be refunded/reinstated.

    4. Partial cancellation is not allowed. Upon successful cancellation, all item(s) in that order will be cancelled.

    5. For further enquiries, you may reach out to our Customer Support team at 1-800-88-9999 (Malaysia)(9AM - 6PM(Mon - Sun)).

  • Items purchased through in-store pickup can be returned to Samsung within 7 working days from the day you collect the goods, if they are incorrect, damaged, or defective.

    Incorrect:
    The item is not the item you ordered. The model or color is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.

    Damaged:
    The item is found to be damaged upon receipt.

    Defective:
    For any technical defect, the customer must refer to any Samsung Service Centre nearby for further advise.


    Returned items must meet the following requirements:
           The item must be returned to Samsung within 7 working days from the pickup date.
           You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
           The item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity), and free gifts received with it.
           All packaging must be unused, unmarked, and not affected in any manner.
           Item must be returned to Samsung in its original box (ow with, at least, suitable packaging) to protect the Product damage during return delivery.
