The setup was surprisingly easy; I just downloaded the app, and it connected to my Wi-Fi without any issues. The video quality is really clear in 4K, and I can easily check in on things from my phone. I especially like the motion detection feature, which sends me alerts if it senses any activity. The night vision is a nice bonus, too- I can see what's going on even in the dark. Good security camera for the price.

Very easy connectivity to all and no conversion systems needed which is nice. The mount I I bought for the camera is very Nice accessory to have. Both camera and mount have stellar stability and the resolution in the camera is amazing. It's why I absolutely love and trust Samsung products. The camera is what sells me every time. Obviously why I bought a camera outside of the Samsung Galaxy I have.

Only took maybe 20 minutes to get it up and running. Samsung is 100% my go to for any devices and this camera is yet another product from them that I am completely satisfied in every way with. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Samsung camera with the intention of using it primarily for laptop-based video calls and general communication—but I’ve been quite disappointed. • No Native Video Calling Support: Shockingly, the camera doesn’t support basic video calling apps like Skype, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. This is a major limitation in today’s remote-first world, and it severely reduces the product’s practicality. • Poor Laptop Compatibility: I’ve been using it with a laptop, and the clarity isn’t up to the mark. The image is soft and doesn’t perform well even in decent lighting conditions. • Lack of Purpose: Without the ability to use it for video calls or get reliable image quality, I struggle to understand the use case for this camera. There are far better alternatives in the same or even lower price range. Unless there’s a very specific use case you’re targeting that doesn’t involve communication or video clarity, I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Camera quality is great…but… Owned this for about a year and in March 2024 google duo is no longer supported. This camera now can only be used for exercise or hand gestures to change inputs. Doesn’t connect to built in SmartThings No longer connects to the web What a shame.
