I'm writing this without reading others review, this is from my personal use and experience. This model tends to clogs-up just after one-time use. I've personally bought additional filter and the cyclone-filter (that spins inside the vacuum cleaner) because it's relatively VERY easy to clogs-up just after one/two time of use. You can see the spares (filter+cyclone) that I bought in the photos. After one-time of use (not really heavy use), the vacuum cleaner is like sucking in reduced power mode. Personally I'm regret with my purchase, it's one of the worst Samsung product in my house.

I bought this in august 2018, first no problem, after 3month it overheat and wont start, after cool down it ok. In 6month the powerbutton problem, either it can on cannot off. Or can off but can't open. I claim for warranty and get back the vacuum after 4weeks. After 2 month which is july 2019 it overheat after using for 10 minutes. And also can't turn off! The back keep fall, the suction is so poor even just a cat fur can't be sucked somewhat like below rm100 quality even the rm100 quality no brand is ok than this samsung! Hey it not a year, I use it for 15-20minutes a week only.. not everyday! I dont recommend this brand this model. Suck!!! I hate it!!!!!!!!!! Please refund my money!!!!

After couple of month with light usage, it can get really hot and unable to start. Since i have a bad experience with samsung warranty management on my tv (took couple of week) i try to fix it my self. Found that the switch mechanism was not function properly. Maybe it melt due to excess heat. Need to make a little modification to make it function properly. later on the HEPA filter keep falling from the vacuum. Luckily i was able to fix all this issue my self. Ill never buy product from samsung again. Thank you samsung

I should have buy cordless vacuum but I was very stupid back then. This kind of vacuum make you bend your back a lot and it's really not good for your body posture. I recommend yall to go for cordless vacuum as I think it is more convenient to use. Once you turn on the vacuum, your neighbour will know that you're vacuuming your house and that is embarassing as it is so loud! LMAO. Not recommended for people who live in apartment. As others mention that it's getting hot easily, yes I admit that but lucky me the vacuum is still up as it's described until now. I'm hoping for it to last three to four years eventhough I had to sacrifice my backbone for it.

I bought this vacuum in Dec 18. First using vacuum superb! Very powerful suction, second month vacuum also superb very happy, third month vacuum after clean the container suction power less to 50%, I bought at Homepro IOI Putrajaya.

Bought this 2 weeks ago to replace my smaller capacity vacuum, suction was good initially, but due to the design where all the dust is sucked into single, narrow passage, it gets clogged easily even though the capacity still lot to hold. End up, I have to clear the bin more frequently than my smaller vacuum, which beat the purpose why I bought this. Also, it uses sponge as a filter layer under the bin, and it is difficult to clear dust on it. Bottomline, not worth to buy.

Bought this in 2019 for my mom. Great suction better than any other brand. Not sure why the bad review in here. But overall really great for people who own pets. It really vacuum all the fur until my carpet ternaik also.
