Long Dress Zone

Clean long clothes much more conveniently. The AirDresser includes a Long Dress Zone that is specially designed to hold long dresses, coats or jackets. The left-hand side of the cabinet is 143cm in height, and can accommodate clothes that are 20cm longer than in the rest of the cabinet.

A shirt hanging on the Air Hanger gets powerful jets of air upwards and downwards from in and out. The engrained dust comes out, and the odor is removed.

JetAir + AirHanger

Remove dust and odors from inside nd outside your clothes quickly and quietly. Using the Jet Air system and Air Hangers it blows powerful jets of air upwards and downwards. So it loosens and removes engrained dust, even deep inside clothes. And it creates less vibration and much less noise*!

* Based on internal testing it has a Noise Rating of 42.8 dB in normal mode and is 37.8 dB in Silent mode. This is the max LEQ sound level from the front, lateral and rear sides. Testing was conducted in an anechoic room at a distance of 1.0m from the product. The results may vary depending on the actual usage situation.

The Glass Touch Control of the AirDresser door has no control knob, so it’s easy to clean.

Self Clean

Keep the inside clean and hygienic to maintain the best performance. Self Clean technology dehumidifies, sanitizesand deodorizes inside. You don’t need harsh or costly detergent as it cleans using a combination of heat, air and steam. And it notifies you when it needs cleaning after 40 cycles.

DF9000RM works flawlessly even in rainy weather. The moist air enters the bottom, and the dry air is expelled to the top.

Dehumidification

Take good care of clothesby keeping your room dry, without an extra dehumidifier. When the door is open, the Dehumidification function draws in air from the room, extracts moisture from it and expels dry air. It ensures that any clothes are kept in the ideal conditions to protect them.

I use the air dresser to sanitize my sport coats in today's COVID environment. I also live in a rural setting; dry cleaning is expensive. So, it is nice to be able to freshen clothes that are not stained. We also use it to sanitize pillows. As my wife has pointed out to me, it has also reduced the number of times I have gone looking for clothes only to realize that they are still in the dry cleaners…. I have sincerely enjoyed using the air dresser, and I would highly recommend it.

The beautiful mirror on the front provides a full length mirror. We moved it into to a bedroom in our house and we were impressed with it. It holds five articles of clothing that can be steamed, sanitized or deodorized. It’s relatively quiet considering it’s a major appliance. Even though it is a major appliance, it still works well in a room. It would be better in a built in closet, but that’s not an option for our house. We are in love with it and how easily it works!

We've sanitized our baby's toys, sweaters, suits, blankets and outerwear. It definitely saves you trips in-between dry cleaning! My husband has a suit that had some cigar odors on it and we had to put it through 2 cycles to get the odor out, but it worked! It's surprisingly super quiet and uses very little water. I also love the removable rack it comes with. Easy to lay your sweaters to dry without stretching it. This is a great addition to our closet! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, installing on carpet kind of sucks and the leveling legs are not sturdy enough to stand up to even sliding a little. Do yourself a favor and get a 2' x 2' piece of plywood to slide under it before you even setup the leveling legs, or they will strip out if they're extended out even a little bit. The AirDresser itself is fine, and seems to do a good job of deodorizing and refreshing, and even drying. It does not, however, take out even the smallest of wrinkles all that well. Time will tell if this improves as I play with the settings. Also, this is a fingerprint magnet.

The device does require the use of descaling solution time to time. I recommend using filtered water and if you can get water inline you don't need to refill manually. It saves me time drastically when I dry my delicate clothes or dry clean only clothes. After a cold wash cycle the clothes dry wrinkle free so much that I don't need to iron and press my clothes. It also works great as a room dehumidifier. I wish there was a sanitizing ultraviolet light and more accessories for misc objects.

It does it well and delicately. I also use it to refresh my sweaters and shirts, especially if certain clothing articles have been worn once. On one occasion I used the AirDresser to dehumidify the location it is sitting at, I think it is a nice feature not many people know of. I would not confuse this appliance with a Dry Cleaner however it comes close to it with certain things I own. Looking forward to the Air Dresser version for my shoes!

i got it delivered last saturday (7/9/2022)and it stopped working tuesday(7/12/2022). so frustrating. error code 1c1. the level sensor in the steam chamber is malfunctioning. only used for 3 days less than 6 times. i am now contact to customer service for exchange or return. i had 4 appliance from samsung past 10 years and 3 of them had problem within 1 year of purchase. tv mainboard gone bad right before warranty ends, refriderator ice maker stopped working in 2 months and this air dresser failed in the shortest term. i won't buy samsung product anymore.

Working in the office daily, this amazing piece of equipment kept my clothes clean, fresh, "ironed" daily. It doesn't do real ironing by it steams your clothes so it does looks like it was ironed. Depending on the material, sometimes you have to run cycle twice. I like that you can control it from your phone and there is a lot of options for choosing cleaning style and types of clothes/materials to be cleaned. It is a life and money saver so you don't have to run your washer and dryer as often and saves on trips to dry cleaning place. Love the design - beautiful lighting inside and tinted mirror on the outside. The installation is very easy as it comes pre assembled. Recommend 100%.

i was really looking forward to the arrival of the airdresser. it was fairly easy to setup the application and i read through the instructions in their entirety. i was prepared to use it day one and selected several clean but lightly worn items from my closet to try it out. i’ve tried several different run options and ran my clothes through more than one cycle but really saw no noticeable difference. it’s a neat concept but in the end, very expensive and big for what i’m getting out of it.

A little time consuming but good to have especially around someone who is ill. For that reason, I love it. The wrinkles in clothes get the light wrinkles but not deeper wrinkles. I have not used all the settings so it may. The steaming replaces a lot of dry cleaning which saves money. That is always a great thing. Overall, this product is good to have except the cost is a little high.

I enjoy it a lot because I am a daily commuter so ensuring my clothes are sanitized as soon as I get home is important for me. Using the Airdresser Grand helped me load more clothing in it to also prep for the workweek. I also like how I can control when the items are done thanks to Smart Things. Adding my favorite oils to infuse my garments or pillows with them is a lovely touch too. I wish there was a backlight so I don't have to turn the lights on to see the controls. I tend to wear a lot of J.Crew Oxford shirts. To ensure fewer wrinkles I have to button the shirts all the way so that the steam goes through the shirt appropriately. The tray for water makes me nervous because I do not know when it will become too much. Wish there was a better way to safeguard against water or improve the storage of water.

I missed it so I decided to splurge a little and got the bigger sized Bespoke version. I LOVE it! The refresh cycle works really well and my clothes always look like they just came from the drycleaners. If you invest in your wardrobe, it only makes sense to extend the longevity of those items by using the Airdresser for in between wash refreshes, sanitizing, or at home “dry-cleaning.” Love that it can also sanitize items that wouldn’t otherwise fit into the washer or dryer like big pillows, enormous stuffed animals that the kids always end up with, etc.

I didn't realize the mirror finish was actually a big full length mirror and it is wonderful! (Sometimes I am a little slow on the uptake.) The cabinet is very tall, but it is not too wide. It fits nicely in my bedroom and feels like it is just part of the room. Very sleek. The capacity is pretty good compared to some competitors. It will hold five hangers well. There are so many wonderful features that I really enjoy about this product. First, the sanitizing and the killing of viruses and allergens. I suffer from allergies and this helps alleviate some of the triggers. Next, the steaming. This has reduced my dry cleaning bill as this does nearly the same job. Best of all, it is plug in and go. No need for a water line, just fill the reservoir and press start. This makes the appliance suitable for any room in the home with a plug in. Overall, I love, love, love this!

The AirDresser does just as good a job (or better) in much less time, and at a much greater convenience and running costs. The hangers that come with the unit are actually not just ait hangers- Samsung calls them "Air Hangers". What do they do that's so special? The air and steam actually gets piped in through them which provides a much better clean, both inside and out! The sensor dry feature is great too. You don't have to guess how long to run the dry cycle for, the machine automatically detects the moisture and stops when there's none left! Speaking of drying convenience- you can even use the dryer sheets from your dryer! The app is great too- you can run a cycle specific for the type of clothes you put in it, resulting in a perfect, tailored clean each time. The app will also notify you when it's done, so you can run another load or put your clothes away! Self clean is a must on any household appliance, and the AirDresser does not disappoint here either!

I've owned an airdresser which I gave to a friend when I got this AirDresser Grand. As the name implies it's bigger than the original in just about all dimensions and that means that this version can fit just about any article of clothing you throw at it. Have a closet full of big and tall clothing (I do) now there's no need to fold anything there's space for a full-length dress in there, and the same great Samsung smart things integration. I can start the refresh cycle and walk away knowing I'll get a notification on my phone letting me know when it's done. My first test was with a handmade wool jacket, that still smelled a little sheep-like. 45 mins later in the AirDresser and it was good to go, no smell remaining, I'm thoroughly impressed, and I'm a bit of a germophobe, so this was really important for me. The new mirror finish is perfect as it also provides a full length mirror so stylish that I have it placed in the corner of my room, I use it as a mirror everyday, that was brilliant engineering samsung.

The AirDresser is very wimple to setup and easy to use. I found the booklet properly acquainted and easy to reference. I like that it has a full mirror. We keep ours in our bedroom to serve dual purposes as a clothing cleaner and full length mirror. The AirDresser just needs an outlet and no water supply. There is a little tank you fill with water. My first try at placing in some clothes that were not dirty but didn't smell fresh was incredibly simple. In 47 minutes the clothing was steamed, dried and ready to be worn. Historically, I have shied away from clothing with special care instructions to avoid the stress, cost and schlepping of clothing to a dry cleaner. But with this little gem in my home I think I may start purchasing some higher maintenance wardrobe pieces. The color and design of the piece is very clean and fits in nicely with our recently remodeled home. I would not hesitate to recommend or purchase again. As an added bonus the AirDresser uses substantially less water then a wash cycle. I like this environmental benefit and thing Samsung has truly developed the next gen for clothing care and cleaning.

My first impression was that I was surprised by the amount of clothes it could fit in its compact size. I also like how the front is a full-sized mirror. Every room could use additional mirrors so that aspect is great. My product is the Samsung AirDresser Grand Clothing Care System with Steam Refresh and Sanitize (DF10A9500CG/A1). The Steam Refresh is great for removing light wrinkles quickly, and the Sanitize feature is great to freshen up items such as dog toys, dog beds, and shoes. The machine claims to remove 99.9 percent of bacteria from clothing and shoes, as well as 99 percent of common odors. I agree that it is effective and it certainly will save hundreds (if not thousands) in costs that I would have spent at the dry cleaner. Not to mention the annoyance of dropping off and picking up clothes. Less errands = more free time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I showed my wife this new device that cleans, sanitizes, and remove light wrinkles from your clothing wear, she said 'GET IT'! Starting off with the aesthetics, it's a pretty slick-looking device that deserves the Samsung BESPOKE moniker. The all glass front door makes it convenient to visually see what you are trying on. The door has good heft that gives it a quality feel. The overall appliance looks very upscale. Given we have had the AirDresser for only a couple of weeks, we've used it on multiple occasions to clean & sanitize leather jackets, sport coats and clothing. There are a lot of clothing settings though we've only used several settings. Some take as long as several hours (haven't used) while others are around 25 minutes. The clothes come out with a crisp smell and feels refreshed. Installing the SmartThings app connects you to the device and gives you updates on the progress while using the AirDresser. That is definitely convenient. Overall, we have been satisfied with the AirDresser thus far. Is it for everyone...probably not. It does take time to hang each clothing item on the AirDresser-specific hangers and some may question whether you really need this appliance. In the COVID world we are in, this is one more device in our arsenal to keep COVID out of our household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had the new Samsung AirDresser delivered. Delivery went well. I have now moved it into place and have begun my evaluations. First impressions are that this is a larger and (for me) more useable AirDresser. I love the front being a full-sized mirror. I did not have one, and I think it will be a nice addition to the walk-in closet. The Girlfriend loves the mirror. Delivery was smooth, with no real issues. So, a lot to talk about. Samsung AirDresser Grand Clothing Care System with Steam Refresh and Sanitize (DF10A9500CG/A1) is the one I have. The Steam Refresh was cool to just give a quick light wrinkle removal, and the Sanitize Option was used to help a few pairs of older shoes freshen up. Worked great. Says it removes to eliminate 99.9% of bacteria from clothing & shoes and eliminates 99% of common odors. Again, it works! I used it as a dehumidifier, and that also worked well, I like that this unit is better suited for longer clothing!. The WiFi works well. So far I have just used the notifications. It was easy to Install. Just put into place and plug in. I also used it to dry a few items. Worked just fine. I have a two-level washer. So, I can dry the items from the bottom in the washer and use this to hang dry the items I wash in the top at the same time. Very cool. I like that it will Self-Clean, but I have only had it for a short time. The shelf was useful for the before mentioned shoe deodorizing and drying. I really like this Grand AirDresser, and would recommend it to anyone with room for it!

Going in I did not know what to expect so even now I am learning new tricks and functions. The airdresser doesn’t reLlt have many competitors so I will just provide some life improvements this provided.. - barbecues, grills, smokes ain’t no problem anymore. Toss them in the airdresser and your clothes won’t stink of all that kbbq - I hate that grandma smell from winter down jackets that’s been in storage since last winter.. no longer with a refresh cycle and the restoration of the fluff is cherry on top - after Covid I don’t wear my suits as often but using the clean function cut down my trip to the dry cleaners a lot. Esp if you wore a suit on a rainy day… you’d know if you know. - this is the main point: wife loves it. She’s a bit coo coo when it comes to clothing and bags that “touched outside dirty air”. I gave up trying to explain.. not a fight worth having. She’s happy she can “clean” her clothes after coming back home every day and that improves my standard of life immensely. I will add- within a week of getting the airdresser, it started to spit out error codes and refused to run any cycles. I contacted Sammy CS and they scheduled a technician within days. A pair of professionals that were on time and very nice, spent hours replacing if I remember correctly the entire main board along with the faulty water tank sensor “just in case”. It was my 1st experience with Samsung warranty service and that’s 10/10. It’s been many months since and 0 issues so far.
I recommended this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used the Samsung Grand Airdresser for two weeks and have virtually sanitized almost everything I could fit inside it! Clothes ( really has reduced dry cleaning- if it’s not stained- it goes in the air dresser from now on!)?pillows ( even the thought of dust mites has always made me cringe), comforters, masks, and dog toys and beds. I am shocked the small amount of water it uses. As for maintenance, I have already had to descale. I used a generic descaling agent and followed the directions in the manual. It was easy but does require you to be around to remove and add water. I have only used it twice since descaling and it is showing the descale message again, so I will need to call customer service to see if there’s a problem. My unit did arrive with a large dent in the back when it was unboxed. The constant descaling is the only reason it’s not 5 stars. The smart thing app has worked well although I have not used it to set the function, which incidentally, there are so many cycles: daily care, quick, delicates, suit, wools and knits, down jackets, blouses and dresses, winter coats, outdoor, school wear, fur and leather, denim, accessories, baby wear, toys, bedding, and mask sanitation. The mask sanitation is great for having fresh and clean masks when required. Also the unit is incredibly quiet, like white noise. My bathroom is being remodeled so it is currently in my bedroom and I will do silt care on my husbands suits before bed and never am disturbed by it running. It’s really as easy as adding water and pushing a button and no special hook up required just a regular outlet. I wouldn’t say it removed 100% of odors, such as pillows and dog beds but it did reduce them. The clothing l, especially suit coats/ clothing/coats and jackets seem to be completely freshened. I never imagined actually feeling like I need this appliance, it seems like a luxury item but now that I have it, it’s just part of our laundry care routine. If you aren’t sure of you really need this.. well, you really do need this!
