We bought this a month ago and we are still hacking through all the option/features/choices. We are in our early 70s and although we use recent Iphones and laptops, this television has many, many features that we will never use. We are hooked up on the web based Roger's Xfinity and resolution and colours are fantastic. The sound is more than adequate. While I understand this is a smart TV, I think it should be easy to shut down and power off but so far, I can't figure out how to shut it off so the screen saver/wall paper/widgets don't come on by itself. It is much lighter than the 48" Sony that this TV replaced so wall mounting was a breeze!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is horrid. I have had Samsung TVs and replaced my 8 year old Samsung 55inch with this 65” and have never been happy with the picture. The colours are either washed out or over saturated, fuzzy and without clear definition and just not good to look at. Skin tones do not look right on any setting. I have played with all of the picture settings according to the fixed I have read online to no avail. This includes all factory preset picture profiles and also expert settings. Very disappointing television, I see why they now have discontinued them and have them on runout sale at a heavily discounted price.

I bought this TV a few months ago and it was a great decision I must say. Ive always loved Samsung products. I have a tablet, ear buds and of course ive had the cell phones since the Galaxy S3 now on the Galaxy S25 ultra. I decided to get the TV because I've experienced very little problems throughout the years and I must say the TV is very vibrant, has a beautiful picture, the resolution is amazing. Id highly recommend this to anyone and everyone. The best part about Samsung I'd like to think is the more popular they get the more they are able to advance the technology. I have now been chasing Samsung NZ for 91 days trying to get them to honour their warranty and meet the terms of the Consumers Guarantee Act but they simply apologise, escalate and delay. They never give me an update, even though I follow up with them at least once a week. Everything would have been fine if the TV worked as it should. The problems started from the time I tried to get them to replace the Brocken TV that they supplied. As I was getting nowhere with Samsung NZ I contacted the bank and fortunately they reversed the charges. I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH SAMSUNG NZ EVER AGAIN AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME.

Nothing but problems with sound since hooking up TV on May 23, 2025. Tried hooking up to Samsung soundbar and surround sound setting. Getting garbled sound or no sound. Disconnected/reconnected soundbar and TV speaker sound is all garbled and low. Hooked up Samsung 4k blu-ray player and get no sound. Tried soft resets, hard resets, firmware updates on soundbar, tv and blu-ray and got various results depending on what sound setting was selected. Was finally able (for now) to get proper sound through soundbar, but am forced to only use adaptive surround sound setting on soundbar. Now I see online this is a common problem.

The picture quality is far superior compared to my old 10 year Samsung TV. Colours vivid and sharp. Taken me a little while to get used to the small modern remote. Still coming to terms with no number buttons but, found them in a sub menu. Love the voice recognition for changing channels though. Love the solar charging option on the remote. Taken a star of the 'design' feature though as I found the plastic feet not very sturdy. Does need to be anchored to a wall for security peace of mind. Previous TV had metal feet. So far really enjoying my new TV

I’ve been extremely happy with the 65” Neo QLED 4K QN70F so far. The size is perfect for my space and makes movies, gaming, and sports feel far more immersive. The screen brightness is excellent even in a bright room and the 4K resolution looks incredibly sharp and detailed. What stands out the most is the vibrance and contrast. Colours look rich and vivid without feeling oversaturated while darker scenes still maintain impressive detail. The second things my attention were drawn to were the high color saturation of the pixels, and the overall brightness of the backlight and the depth of the blacks. The movement of videos and media anywhere from 60 to 120fps or 144hz were smooth and pleasant. The edge lit mini led panel is performing beyond what I expected. I only wish I would have gotten the special anti glare screen. Despite not having selected this feature when I made my purchase, the picture displayed is good and the quality of the led panel more than makes up for the reflections.

Anyway, i can say that the picture quality is excellent. The AI scene selection and AI picture adjustment might be ok for others but I choose to do my own customization and it works as per my preference all the time. The sound quality from the tv speaker is ok but it is best when paired with high quality soundbar specially when watching movies and sports. The screen is very reflective so I highly suggest to close your window blinds for best viewing quality. Refresh rate is very good for gaming and high speed movies like racing.

Very smooth transition between streaming media. The picture is vibrant. I have only two concerns: sound and the TV stand. There are two modes for sounds: one is normal vs amplified, and both are still not optimal compared to my old sound bar. The stand is not sturdy enough in proportion to the TV side (75 inches), which makes it shaky and at high risk of collapsing. I recently upgraded from a Samsung 55 inch tv to a newer Samsung 75 inch tv. The newer model is much better thank you. Colors are brighter, it is more responsive, more intuitive not to mention 20 inches bigger. I’m enjoying the additional features the tv provides. I even like the new remote compared to the old one much simpler to move around and get to things. The biggest improvement though is the old tv would buffer and kick me out of streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime which made it difficult to watch movies. I’ve had no problems with the new tv. This was a smart purchase at the right time for me.

The picture quality is excellent and it is really convenient to be able to calibrate the colors using my Samsung phone. Fast motion sequences are clear and smooth on the TV The sound is also really good. I was concerned that it would be too weak because of how thin it is, but those fears were unfounded. It sounds excellent and it's ready to tweak if you want to customize things. The TV looks really nice and I like how thin it is, especially compared to the plasma it replaced. I wish the base allowed for a few adjustments to help level and add in a tilt, but I just shimmed it to my preferences instead.

The sound is good but I use a soundbar - it was super easy setup by self detecting when prompted. The images are so clear - it looks like the actors are in the room with me. It's a little smaller than my last tv but overall is a vast improvement. I haven't used any of the AI stuff really because that wasn't my reason for buying it, although it seemed like it had some kind of smart setup, which was fine but didn't have strong feelings about it either way. The tv is very slim and I was worried at first that my cats would easily knock it over, but it's very sturdy.

Clarity is good, when it wants to be. For certain channels it's just,ok... and the resolution should have been perfect for the price. It's not. I get lots of pixelation (if that's even a word) picture looks fuzxy at times, and now when changing channels, I get 2 black small boxes in the middle of the screen. I'm not sure if I got a faulty tv but this isn't what I thought I was paying for. I've tried "playing around" with the settings but nothing it's helping. Very disappointed.

J’ai acheté cette tv principalement pour l’image (je voulais absolument la techno OLED/QLED). Mais j’avais aussi besoin d’avoir un bon son, ok c’est un son de TV mais il reste quand meme super bon comparé a ce que j’ai pu avoir! La tv a toutes les applications utiles de nos jours (Netflix, Prime etc..) et elle est super rapide!! Je ne peux que recommander, jamais déçu par Samsung

I am highly impressed with the performance of this screen. The Brightness is excellent, making the display clear and vibrant even in a well-lit room. The Contrast is also remarkable, delivering very deep blacks and sharp details.When it comes to gaming and fast-moving content, the Responsiveness is incredibly smooth with no noticeable lag. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall tv for the size has a lot of features perfect for xbox series x the difference is completely noticeable from being only able to stream 60 frames to maxing out at 4k with 120 frames per sec.. feel like your completely immersed into whatever playing or streaming with the new neo model the colors are astonishing to say the least when watching 50s westerns no borders perfect... the slight gripe is with connecting right away to a xbox with only the tv remote being connected. Noted that also it would have a power issue to where it turns on everything fine but then it doesn't register the xbox controller being connected to only the xbox and not on the tv. Will update again if issues occur

I would highly recommend this product for anyone that likes gaming because the graphics are absolutely amazing. After owning a Samsung television I will never own a different brand again. Not only do I own a Samsung television I actually own 4 Samsung televisions, a Samsung watch, 4 Samsung phones and Samsung headphones. My significant other has always owned Motorola devices until I introduced him to the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and now that's what he owns as well. ot my QN70F this past Tuesday and for a mid range tv it's blown the wife and I away. Build quality is excellent to start off with and the PQ? I wasnt expecting it to be as good as it is. Are black levels OLED quality? No but they are very very good and what also shocked me is the screen uniformity is excellent! From watching the Macy's Day Thanksgiving Day Parade, The new Season 5 of Stanger Things, The Dallas Cowboys Vs KC Chiefs game ect I loved every minute of it and I did not miss my LG OLED C3 one bit. Watching movies, tv shows ect is whole new experince on my 65inch Neo QLED QN70F. I have zero buyers remorse. I could have went with the QN80F or went back to OLED but no I am good and very satisfied.

However, I don't anticipate ever owning a television with a display technology inferior to MiniLED or OLED, nor one with a refresh rate below 120Hz. This is entirely due to my overwhelmingly positive experience with this particular model. The image quality is superb, with vibrant and beautiful colors. The integrated Game Pass is a surprisingly valuable feature, and I especially appreciate the television's smooth operation. If you're seeking a budget-friendly MiniLED television, I highly recommend this one; and if you subscribe to Game Pass, I can't imagine a better option.

The only way to bring back the connection is to reset the TV back to factory settings. This is EXTREMELY annoying. The longest period a between reset a is perhaps three days. Some times I must reset to factory settings three times in succession before the connection is regained. Now, to make things even worse, the wonderful “Launch AI” message appear a while the factory down load is in progress- which me and that I list begin the down load process all over again, because AI kills the download.

I love my sport and this is the only TV that I have had that has handled fast moving action with aplomb. My only issue is that occasionally the screen goes black with sound only coming through. I turn off and back on and problem solved. Samsung are helping me with this and their attention so far to this matter leads me to believe a solution is not far away. This is my 3rd big screen Samsung TV I have purchased in a row. Thank you Samsung.

The picture quality and the responsiveness with the remote or voice are wonderful. I love the artwork feature to make it more than just a blank TV when not in use as well. The 4K AI upscaling makes a huge difference in the picture quality and takes anything you watch to a way more up close and personal level. This along with the motion xcelerator means way more life-like and almost 3D viewing that doesn't strain your eyes. This has upped our watching experience as well as the aesthetic of our home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a 75" Crystal Samsung I was perfectly happy with. Then my wife surprised me with this 85" Neo QLED QN70F for my birthday. I never thought I would say I could tell a difference but it is night and day. I've even grown fond of using the voice controls for the AI interface. We also game on this TV with a PS5 and Switch 2. I can honestly say I haven't gone to a movie theater since we've owned this TV, adding it to our 5.1 surround sound I don't know if we'll be going to a movie theater anytime soon. Re-watching sitcoms, the colors feel more realistic than before on our crystal 4K TV. Everything is bright and vibrant, the gaming resolution makes colors pop like never before. I didn't think 4K could get any better.

I had an earlier Samsung model, about 7 years old that (apparently) blew up during a power surge or something wrong with the outlet; went totally black. I have since acquired a surge protector for that outlet, even though I have a whole-house surge protector. One thing I did discover is that, comparatively, the new Samsung's sound is not nearly as good as the old one's. As a result, I purchased Samsung sound bar, which I love.

The brightness technology and resolution capabilities make it so easy to use and get the best viewing quality possible. I love that I can use my phone to control it when I have misplaced my remote. I do not have small children but if I did being able to make it viewing friendly from my phone would be a selling point for me also. The tv image quality is absolutely spot on, the sound is so clear and there is no echoing and it connects so easy and quick to all the apps I got. It comes with 2 remote control, and the smart one is even solar charging which is amazing. I am so glad I have made this change, it totally changed my way of looking at a tv. This tv is very thin and weightless. The set up is very easy and the instruction to do it is very clear.

Bought this shiny new Samsung TV thinking I'd entered the future. Turns out the picture did, but the sound is still stuck in a tin can being kicked down a hallway. Honestly, I’ve heard clearer audio coming from a toddler’s toy xylophone. Every character on screen sounds like they’re yelling for help from inside a shipping container. If Samsung wanted to recreate the “drive-through speaker at 2am” experience, congrats, you nailed it. I now watch everything with subtitles because the TV speaks a language I simply do not understand. If you want a beautiful image paired with audio that feels like you’re listening through a sock full of marbles, this is your TV. Otherwise, invest in a soundbar… or two… or maybe just hire a guy to read the dialogue out loud.

I wanted to love this TV, but now I deeply regret buying it. I'm usually a big fan of Samsung products, but this TV has me seriously reconsidering purchasing the Samsung brand moving forward. I bought this TV as a gift for my mom. The TV worked just fine for about 2 months, and then the screen would randomly just go black. While watching the TV the screen will randomly go black, but you can still hear the audio. No picture, just sound. You can unplug it for a while, turn it back on, and it'll work just fine until the screen decides to go out again. It could be a couple of minutes, or it could be a few hours. My mom got so irritated with the TV that she hooked up her old 32 inch and sat it in front of the Samsung. Now she just has a 55 inch Samsung decoration.

It was somewhat tricky to set up and took a while, but I attribute that fact to being almost 60 and not quite as tech savvy as a younger person. The sound isn't horrible, but I'm glad I already had a sound bar with a dedicated sub. It's really easy to navigate between apps, and Samsung TV Plus is a great addition. Samsung hasn't let me down yet, and this model gives a lot of bang for your buck.

So easy to set to your own quality preference. The sound quality is crisp and clear without using external products to boost sound. As it is a smart TV you have so many different TV apps you can use and set up. The menu is clear and easy to use. You can use WiFi for apps and TV. You get two remotes with this TV. One is standard and the smaller is a a quick remote which as well as being usb charged, also has a solar charge on the back, so if you leave upside down in the day it will charge itself. The all round quality and size of the TV is perfect for my home use. The 4k quality really brings out the picture and you end up fully immersed. I highly recommend.

I love how you can easily adjust your picture based on the light in your room, especially since my den has a tendency to throw glare on my screen. That is no longer a problem. It was extremely easy to set up. Everything i attached was practically plug and play, including my sound bar which tends to be a little finicky. I love how easy it was to download and set up my most used streaming apps. I no longer need to use my Roku stick unless I have specialized apps I wish to access. I'm enjoying the Samsung streaming service also. I should have no problem finding something to watch. I am impressed with how thin and light this set is. It was very easy to mount on our wall mount.

The contrast selection is also very abundant and elaborate. The resolution on this tv is pretty good and the vibrancy of the colors is great. All in all its a pretty good tv so far. I'm only a few months in right now. Check back in a couple of years because that's going to be the most important part is how long the tv lasts and how reliable it is. I didn't fork over a grand just to have to buy another tv in a year. I'm poor so reliability and dependability is key. That's why I went with Samsung because they are supposed to be one of the best and reliable. So for now I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope and pray that Samsung still makes quality, reliable and trustworthy products.

A lot of other brands have processors that are very slow and navigating through the menu it takes forever and lags. However Samsung turns on and is really smooth and fast when choosing different options and navigating the menu. That in and of itself is just worth it. Of course the pixel and quality of images are just phenomenal and it is industry standard. To top it all off what's best about this TV is the price. Nobody beats this price for what you get.

Superbe écran, super image 4K, chaines gratuites, montage facile, IA intéressante, finesse exceptionnelle, processeur de 2e génération puissant mais... l'Adpative sound pro" présent sur le modèle ne permet pas de retirer les commentaires des matchs de foot comme certains communiqués le montrent. Ceci est semble-t-il réservé aux modèles 2026 avec le processeur de 3e génération. (alors que techniquement le 2e génération le permettrait). Grosse déception sur cet aspect sonore en période de CM de foot... .

The picture clarity and resolution are great even though my seating arrangement has me positioned closer than recommended. I have it mounted above our electric fire place with the slim fit wall mount, wires hid through the wall, very slim/thin television. Love the solar remote. The connectivity via smart things and being able to control it with my samsung phone are an added plus.

So it was time to splurge on an upgrade. This Samsung Neo QLED tv was exactly that— a major upgrade! It is so lightweight (from the Quantum Matrix Technology Slim technology). And it has such a crisp clear picture (that 4K AI Upscaling is working hard to deliver fine, quality imaging!). We were watching an old 1990s movie with our kids the other night and we’re just so impressed with the upgrade! It was so well digitally enhanced that it was like you were in the movie! This is also the first TV we’ve ever had that has had a chargeable (cord or solar) remote, which has long needed to be a thing! Goodbye batteries that you never have on hand when you need.

The picture is very clear, the colors are great. It wasn't in the budget to get a OLED screen, but this was a happy medium, where I ended up with great picture quality and money remaining in my bank account. I read some things online about the smart TV UI being difficult to manage, but I have not found that thankfully. Bottom line: You're getting a good amount of TV for the money.

Purchasing an extended Warranty for 5 Years, was a great option to have as well. I am extremely happy with the Picture Clarity/ Colours/ and how I can adjust the Brightness to suit my needs. I wouldn't mind suggesting a slightly larger Remote Control, (hence the 4/5 for Design); it's slightly small for my 'Aging Fingers'. Apart from this, I am so happy with NO lagging and quick functions. VERY HAPPY.

Oh boy!! I'm a big Samsung Everything, this TV here is quite fantastic in every way. Picture great, the sound is just great. I don't understand any negative comments, now the only thing I have a vizio home theater system, a 5.1 that only uses optical for sound unfortunately. Now this is no shade against anything Samsung has in their home theater system. But I hooked this up to this television, and I've never, ever experienced sound like this before In my life, this is cold to the bone.

I have seen other QLED tvs before buying this one and initially I thought it would be somewhat similar. But to my response it is way better. Have a very response and fast software have tons of free online content available via Samsung tv plus. Also the display is very immersive and good for movie nights or just set a artwor on tv in your living room. The speakers are very good considering the price point further the amplify sound option really enhances the mood when listening the music or doing binge watching. Cherry on top is how well sync this tv is via smart things App of Samsung.the air slim design has really razed slim you have to experience it to believe it. I am really happy with my purchase

Overall, it has been a huge success. The picture is fabulous (and clearly visible in a bright room) and it was pretty easy to set up - it took about ten minutes with a phone to connect all of our streaming apps and the Switch. There are a lot of features that we don't use but it has been great for what we do use it for - namely streaming and for gaming.

It is super easy to set up with my Galaxy phone, but imagine it isn't that much harder with a different phone. The picture is great, have it hanging about 6 feet up in a living room with rooms of sunshine because of the 3 sky lights and huge floor to ceiling, wall to wall window facing SW. Safe to say, it's a bright room with tons of natural light 6-10 hours a day, so glares can be an issue but with this Neo QLED that isn't an issue. Needless to say, glad I did my research when debating between OLED and QLED with the decision coming down to everyone saying QLED is better with bright rooms and so far, seems to be spot on. To top it off, Samsung made it easy with their promo, trade-in, install, and military offer so thanks again for another home run Samsung!

Besides having a great picture quality that’s where it stops when using a TV app you need time and patience because it is always buffering the work around for this is I used a fire stick directly for the TV. This is the only TV or electronic product in the household that has an issue maintaining connectivity to the Internet, I would not purchase this TV again.

My daughter insisted that I needed a set in my bedroom. She had it shipped from Texas and had it mounted to my bedroom wall and when I tell you this is an awesome crystal clear giving off theater sound, motion, and picture. I have to literally make myself turn the tv off at night. I love the size the frame and the chicness that the Samsung tv has added to my bedroom now I have company over more longer then normal because we are enjoying my set I just want to say thanks to my daughter Onzeia for having good taste and a heart of gold, and to Samsung if it gets any better than this you guys continue in greatness, because I went from not having a tv to having a mini theater in my bedroom.

the picture is fantastic, after I downloaded and printed a nearly 300 page instruction book. I then took several days to set the picture up the way I wanted it to be. Major problem is the picture still will fluctuate between light and dark even after following your instructions to have it stop this annoying feature. I set it to stop this and it somehow reverts to fluctuating again despite my repeated efforts to stop this feature. Can't it just stay where I put it???

Très belle image, belle définition, qualité de l'écran. Cependant l'écran est très clair quand on regarde de côté, faut être en face pour savourer la qualité d'écran. La fluidité des menus est correcte. Par contre niveau son c'est pas ça. Les basses sont inexistantes, ça donne vraiment une impression bas de gamme! Et cerise sur le gâgeau, aucun réglage possible pour le son dans les menus! Pour un bon film ou musique, prévoyez une barre de son ou un home cinéma!

Vous pouvez paramétrer le son de votre téléviseur en suivant nos recommandations: Appuyez sur la touche Menu de votre télécommande. Sélectionnez Paramètres > Son > Sortie son > Haut-parleur TV. Dans cette même rubrique, vous trouverez Mode Son. Activez le mode souhaité adapté à votre environnement sonore. Par exemple, Amplifier pour mieux entendre les dialogues. Pour ajuster et personnaliser le son, sélectionnez Paramètres Expert. Optimisez la Balance de son. Ou utilisez l'Égaliseur pour régler les différentes bandes de fréquences. Le téléviseur prend également en charge le mode HDMI. Il s'agit du canal de retour son amélioré. Cela garantit une meilleure qualité audio si vous connectez une barre de son ou un récepteur AV. The features of the software are good, they get better the more you learn and use them. Integration with my S25 Ultra really adds to the experience and usability of the TV. My biggest complaint is the amount of glare on the screen. Even on a very cloudy day and curtains drawn there is still a large amount of glare. You can only really enjoy the TV when the sun has set.

The blacks are vivid and picture quality is crisp and clear. The sound quality is very good also. A breeze to set up. Has a long list of settings so you can customize your tv to your preferences. I really like the remote that comes with it, you don’t need batteries for it, it charges with solar. The free content is also great, being able to watch movies and shows for free is awesome feature with the Samsung TV Plus, I’m always taking advantage of it and saves me money on subscriptions. One other thing I really like is the way menu is when you hit the home button its setup is nice and easy to use. This tv is everything you could ever want all on one screen. I have the sound set up with a soundbar but what I did hear of the TV speakers, there nothing to cry about. I recommend this TV. The only negative for me is the stand, my previous Samsung TV's had the legs to the sides which made it easier placing the soundbar, for this TV, the soundbar has to sit a bit foward allowing the cords to be visible.

La télécommande est un peu déroutante au début mais elle s'avère être finalement très simple d'utilisation et son système de recharge est bien pensé. Le son est très agréable. Pour ce qui est de l'image, c'est autre chose. Il est difficile d'avoir de l'armonie entre les couleurs, elles sont assez vives et peuvent vite rendre le tout désagréable. Il y a beaucoup trop de paramètres à régler. Le support en ligne nous explique chaques fonctions mais ne nous donne pas d'exemple de réglages. Si on modifie un réglage on en dérègle un autre. Sans être technicien, un réglage correct est quasi impossible à réaliser. Trop de paramètres à toucher, on s'y perd vite. Trop complexe. Dommage d'avoir une image aussi désagréable téléviseur de ce prix et de cette qualité. Une fiche avec plusieurs possibilités de réglage ou une mise à jour serait la bienvenue.

I've been using this 85-inch Samsung Neo QLED TV for about 8 months, and it has exceeded my expectations. Love everything about this TV. Turned it on and can straight away see the improvement in brightness, contrast and clarity compared to my base model Samsung from 5.5 years ago. Sound was good too but hooked it up to a Soundbar and it has elevated it. Would thoroughly recommend this TV which I think has the versatility for any room in your house whether it is bright or not. Neo QLED Mini LED is the way to go and Samsung does it well.

Not being able to see my pictures as a screen saver so easily isn't the best as I really wish I could do that. Also, I wish there was a higher refresh rate, and I wish there were some more picture options to edit but that's just me.

It is easy to set up, I do not need a separate stick to play apps from third party. The price was good, bought it during black Friday with additional military discount. We both have the new Samsung galaxy s25 ultra phones so we wanted a tv that have great connectivity with our new phones. There are so many features including tons of games for hours of fun with the family. The remote control has solar panels on so no need for batteries which is fantastic! This app is absolutely awful. I want to see the specs to the TV to see if will work in the environment I need. It’s a simple spread sheet that one would expect. No, just video after video with every swipe. The app is so awful to use I won’t even bother looking further. It’s so incredibly frustrating. When a person clicks “specs” just show them the specs. You don’t have to be selling every second. On to other brands.

It’s very interestingly at up, and it was such a pain to setup our old (heavy!) TV in that space. We knew it was time for an upgrade. This Samsung TV is fantastic. It’s light as a feather. It has such crisp picture quality. It was super easy to setup and to mount. Oh and I love the rechargeable remote! That’s a first for us.

I had been waiting to upgrade my TV for awhile. I finally pulled the trigger when this TV went on sale and it was the best decision I've made. I wanted a bigger TV and this one is the perfect size. The OS is very intuitive and it runs incredibly smooth. The picture is fantastic and I love that I spent the money to pair it with a Samsung Soundbar. I definitely recommend this unit to anyone in the market.

I was informed of the passage of the product from the warehouse to the carrier and up to the time of delivery.The TV was easy to set up and the instructions for change over from the old TV was very easy. The colours and the entertainment from the screen is incredible and where there is 4k viewing available it asks whether we would like to change to 4k.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just took delivery of this TV. Easy to setup, actually really easy. Also simple to connect devices like Foxtel, Blu-Ray and Bose Soundbar to. CEC through Foxtel makes control of volume a breeze through the SoundBar, the TV makes integration pretty simple. Took a bit of time to get the AI mode settings right - particularly for movies, as opposed to sport - but once set and done it's a great view.

The picture quality is excellent, and whether it’s movies, tv, or YouTube it is incredible. The menus are also easy to navigate and the processor is responsive and there’s not any noticeable lag. Connection was easy and it works very well with my qs700f soundbar, however, the speakers alone are lacklustre.

Great picture quality but everything else lets it down. Hate the UI, everything that should be easy to customise is unnecessarily difficult. The non removable banner ad on the homescreen is 100% unacceptable, and the fact it cant be removed is even worse. Can't remove Samsung TV Plus, I hate it and do not want to see it as ill never use it, but cant seem to remove it from the homescreen either.

Great clarity, I’m older, so it took time and used all the settings on the remote, and the smart tv app on my cell phone, to get the best picture. Many different tv options, like Amazon Prime tv, Netflix, Hulu, Samsung tv, and many others. I’d like to stop the tv voice feature, which is a bit creepy and quite annoying - but overall, we are very happy with the greatly improved picture quality.

The TV is very thin and lightweight. It's very easy for one adult to move this tv around. The sound quality is also great. No need for surround sound in my bedroom anymore. The sound that comes out of this tv is sufficient. The picture is so vivid, it's amazing. A must see if you're in the market for a new tv. The remote is cutting edge, it has a solor panel for charging but can be plugged in also. It can be controlled by voice, which is a great thing. I can control the tv by my Samsung zfold or by my smart things app. I'm so happy with this tv, I wish I would have gotten the 66 inch. That's the only thing I would change. If you're in the market for a new tv, the Samsung Neo Qled is definitely one you should check out. I'm not disappointed at all, I love my new tv.

Tizen, l'OS Samsung, présente un assez grand nombre d'applications disponible sur son store pour connecter tous les services. De plus, l'interface réagit rapidement. La télécommande peut se charger soit par USB soit à l'aide du panneau solaire à l'arrière.
