Within 1 month of moderate usage, buttons fell off and even worse, scratched the edges of my phone. I assume it's the press of the buttons that causes it as only top of the buttons sides have been damaged.

La funda es la que mejor le pega al s25 ultra, pero tiene ciertos problemas. - Se encaja haciendo mucha presión y para sacarla(ya que le entran mucha suciedad debajo) cuesta mucho mucho sacarla. Al sacarla, de la fuerza, se han crujido los laterales y se ve el plástico partido. -Le entra mucha suciedad debajo y te hace llevar el teléfono sucio, al quitarla para limpiar es cuando se rompe. -Se ha roto el botón de encendido, al cabo de 40 días, un día sujetando el teléfono con la mano, se desprecio el botón de plástico, ahora para encender la pantalla tengo que meter la uña a través de la funda para llegar al botón de abajo(el del teléfono)

I'm rating this as a one star so that people who do what I do and read the bad reviews before they make their buying decision will read how fantastic these clear cases are. Definitely a five star. I had one on my s23 for 3 years. The case stood up well and I dropped my phone quite a few times and there was never even a scratch left on the phone. So when I passed my phone along to my granddaughter, I bought another clear hard case just like it. Yes they fit tight and are not easy to remove but I also suspect that is why they work so well. 3 years people no phone damage and I dropped it from quite a distance more than once. It is a bonus you can see how pretty my phone is also.

The clarity is nice but quality is awful, used it for couple of weeks and buttons fall off. Not usable anymore what a waste of money. I wonder if Samsung even tested their own cases. I had four different cases for s23 ultra from samsung which were great. Don't buy this case.

Absolute garbage. The volume and AI buttons fall off almost immediately without prompting, good luck finding them... The magnetic piece on the back is also hopeless, it's so close to the camera that anything you put on there that's not specifically made for the 25 ultra covers the camera/sits weirdly on the silver outline for the camera. Do not waste your money

Great clear case. Nice thin design to match S25 Ultra. Doesn't add much bulk. Feels good in hand , not slippery and easy 1 hand handling. I've read the reviews about weak magnet and that's incorrect from my experience. If you have a strong magnetic mount you're set. My Scosche magsafe dashboard mount is almost too strong magnet connection. I'll post pictures of the 2 cases i purchased. Bought two weeks apart because of back order. Notice the color difference. One is shade darker.

I bought this case thinking it supports Qi2 wireless charging. It does not. In fact when attached to an ESR Qi2 Wireless Car Charger with CryoBoost (HaloLock) it doesnt charge at all. While it does allow the phone to wireless charge on non magnetic chargers the only real use of the magnetic ring is for attaching itself to magnetic products. This case is not Qi2 certified. Unlike clear hybrid cases that have good gripping this case is slippery smooth and prone to drops.

My case is still in great nick after a few hearty falls. I must be one of the lucky one's. So far so good. Getting used to the phone slowly Sleep mode was a problem. But after weeks of navigating it myself and twice visiting the store where I purchased it and a bit of a run around by staff an on floor assistant took a quick look at my problem and fixed it in minutes. Staff should share more unresolved customer issues in-store as sometimes someone may have a solution and they could have called me . Plus I said the guy that helped me if he could share that will everyone so all staff would know what to do if that situation arose again. For me sleep mode was so annoying when it was on my whole phone went dark. Now I know to look at the top right of the phone and see what is running if I have issues in the future. VERY tankful for the guy who helped me that day.

This case looks very sleek and the magnet is strong. However, much like others, this case cannot stand up to even slight drops. Which is super inconvenient given how slippery the case is. My case is cracked in one corner and the part surrounding the S Pen is also broken. And the portion covering the power button fell out some how. Love the look of this case but the performance sucks.

Funda deficiente, bien en cuanto a transparencia y sensación en mano, pero es frágil, no cubre la parte de abajo (zona del puerto de carga) y no protege bien los bordes ni se eleva lo suficiente sobre la pantalla. Además, al caer el móvil al suelo, las esquinas se salen, por lo que el móvil toca y golpea el suelo, dañándose bordes y pantalla como ya me pasó a la primera caída.

since the hole is spaced closely to the flash, it creates a glare at the corner of the shot which becomes visible in the photo. I thought it was a pretty common issue in using transparent cases but I found out online that that's why other brands give more space between the hole and the flash and it fixes the issue.

Una mier… de funda después de un mes se desprende la zona que protege tanto el botón de volumen como el botón de apagado, y Samsung dice que no la cambian por que han pasado 14 días , menuda garantía tiene . Así que mejor no comprar fundas en Samsung cualquier funda es mejor que las de ellos

Slim and exactly what was wanted. I use when wanting a slim protected phone, easy to remove and install, will not ever fall off. If you want a slim case like it doesnt have one, this is for you. People say falls off and too hard to get off, unsure why this is but I have zero issues.

I'm really satisfied with this case; it looks fantastic on my Galaxy S25 Ultra. Unlike other cases, it allows me to use gesture navigations since it doesn't obstruct the top edge of the bottom part of the phone. The magnet is very strong. I highly recommend this case.

Had pre-ordered with the phone and in just 1 day usage of the case volume button fell off and don't know when so not able to find it to fix it. Not used the magsafe feature yet but this case is useless. Very slippery material that anyone can slip phone and drop it.

I have been extra careful and always keep the phone in a separated compartment, in my bag, with nothing else but the earbuds 3 pro, in their case. I bought both at the end of January and both cases (phone and earbuds) are already scratched. Very poor quality.

Worst case, the side button fell off within a month. Service from Samsung is shocking too, I logged a ticket a month ago for the faulty case and no one seems to want to help. Many messages later and they keep asking me to fill in more forms. Hopeless.

I bought this a month ago and it is already broken and needing replaced. The corner of the case that surrounds the S-Pen has snapped off completely after a handful of drops. I will not be buying the same case again.

This case is hard to remove and will almost scrape the volume and power buttons. The magnet is not strong; it is also slippery. The bottom part is unprotected. A third-party clear magnetic case is better.

Case works well. Is somewhat difficult to remove it from phone. The major downside of this case is the weak magnet. The average bump on the road in the car and the whole device comes off the magnet mount.

Ordered the case with the phone. The plastic piece on top of the power button came off on the second day. I can't find it and now it's almost impossible to press the power button. Avoid this case.

Great design. Slim and minimal, strong magnet too. Very snug fit, feels like a second skin and not like a cheap plastic or tpu cover. My mag wallet holds firm at all times.
