Frequently Asked Questions

The S Pen requires no charging or pairing and works with Galaxy S26 Ultra and Samsung devices that support it, including Galaxy S Ultra phones (since the S21 Ultra). S Pen writing is supported on the Galaxy Note series, Galaxy Tab S tablets (Tab S6 and newer), and Note PCs. Bluetooth features such as Air Actions are not supported.

When paired with the Galaxy S26 Ultra, the S Pen supports 4,096 pressure levels for precise, natural strokes. It is water and dust resistant and responds instantly for seamless note-taking, sketching or editing.

    Water and dust resistance of the device is not permanent and may diminish over time due to normal wear and tear.
    Dust resistance was tested under lab conditions by a third party: 2 kg of talc powder (max. diameter 0.05 mm) per cubic meter was blown into a test chamber housing the device (air pressure within the device kept below surrounding air) for 2 hours.
