When you receive your new device:
1. Back up the data from your eligible old device
2. Perform a Smart Switch
3. Wipe your phone and remove all locks and passwords
4. Send your device in the return courier bag within 14 days
By trading in your device, you agree to the customer terms and conditions for the program and to use your store credit to purchase a new Samsung product a the same time as trading in your device. Please keep in mind that you will need to provide adequate identification in order to participate in the program and to establish that you are the owner of your device.
