Audio and call quality of your Galaxy Buds

For best call and sound quality, make sure you are using the appropriate ear and wingtips that fit to your ears. Also, make sure that your earbuds and the Bluetooth device that you are using are within the 10m Bluetooth range. Distance may vary depending on the environment the devices are used in. 

 

Poor audio quality:

- This can be caused by wireless network services that are disabled due to issues with the service provider’s network. Make sure to keep your earbuds away from electromagnetic waves.

- Ensure the mobile device is within 10m of the earbuds while on a call

- Make sure there is no electomagnetic interference (microwaves and fridges etc)

- If the volume is too low or soft, check that the ‘Media Volume Sync’ function is enabled in your Bluetooth settings. 

 

Difficulties hearing others during a call:

- This can be resolved by adjusting the volume on your earbuds.

- Also, try adjusting the volume on the Bluetooth device you are using if you can't hear sound through your earbuds at full volume. 

 

Echo during calls: 

- Adjusting the volume on both devices also helps to eliminate echo in sound. Alternatively you can move to another area.

 

To avoid drops in volume or noise, appropriately adjust the volume on the Bluetooth device you are using.
