What to do when my charging case wont close properly

Closing your charging case with the earbuds inside may not close properly if the earbuds are incorrectly inserted. It’s also important to make sure that the ear and wing tips are properly attached to the buds. If incorrectly attached, this can get in the way of the case not closing properly. 

Once the ear and wing tips are correctly attached, ensure to hook the wing tips groove to the earbuds fixation hook and, cover the ear bud with the wing tip.

The buds should be inserted into their corresponding slots in the charging case as shown below:
