Question : My TV are not keeping my settings?  

Answer : If your LED TV doesn’t retain your settings, It may be that the TV is in Store Demo Mode.

 

Essentially, Shop Mode returns the TV automatically to its default settings in thirty minutes or after the TV is turned off.
It is usually used by retailers who want to demonstrate functions to customers, and then want the TV to return to its default settings automatically.
If your TV is in Shop mode it will keep returning to the Dynamic mode and resetting all setting to factory defaults within thirty minutes or when the TV is turned off

Removing Your TV from Shop Mode.

First, Confirm your TV is in Shop mode.

1. Press the info button on your remote control.

2. the message “Store Mode” will appear just under the center of the screen

 

To remove your TV from Shop mode.

Go to Menu →  Support → Use mode and select "Home mode" instead of "Store Mode"
