Poor UX design, the main reason of purchasing a TV is for watching it, but between the poor button layout on the remote having multiple buttons which preform an identical function, and the firmware is insistent on showing the home menu when you exit one of the features (eg. tv guide) meaning you are required to press the exit button multiple times to get back to watching tv. The firmware will not update by itself, it needs to be done manually, which is very difficult to find through the samsung support webpage. And you cannot record programs, tv recording is not available on this model of tv, which I previously thought all new tv's were capable of doing.

It does not appear to have Airplay which limits it’s utility to me as I bought it for use in the garage and having to do all sorts of alternative methods to try and get it to mirror my phone and iPad.

Compré una televisión 2 días antes de Navidad. Llegamos a casa para montar la i la pantalla me salió a rayas estropeada. Fuimos a la tienda y me dijeron que Samsung no da ningún seguro por sus productos. Así que nos estuvimos 3 meses hasta poner tener otra televisión. Nunca más compraré tu marca porque hice mal en no comprobar la televisión en la tienda y al llegar a casa me salió estropeada. Samsung no es una marca de confianza. Siempre compraba los móviles,la tablet con vosotros pero a partir de ahora dejo de comprar -la porque esto es una estafa comprar televisión nueva y no dar un mínimo de seguro.

I actually needed a tv to watch while we sit at the dinner table but also most importantly for our security system. This tv is so light easily managable and compact, easy to use the functionality of the tv is not complicated at all. Even though it is a very affordable tv the impact of piture quality and what you get for the price is unmatched. UA32T5300AWXXY this model you cant go wrong with, I am happy i got that tv not one issue at all it has all the apps like any other tv updates quite fine connected to the wifi not a problem. I have had 5 pnones samsung, 6 tvs, 1 monitor, 2 ssd, 4k dvd, soundbar, usbs, washing machine and dryer if that's not saying something i dont know what will.
I recommended this product.

Una de las características que hizo decidirme por este modelo fue su entrada YPbPr/AV. A día de hoy ya no se encuentran. Por lo demás, tiene un panel de buena calidad, FHD en 32" que da buen resultado y colores limpios sin llegar al exceso de saturación de los OLED. El único pero es que en el control de cambio de canal y de volumen, suele hacer varios saltos con una única pulsación. Por lo demás funciona perfectactamente y se ve muy bien. El sonido también es mas que correcto. Las funciones/aplicaciones de SmartTV también van muy bien y lo único que se echa en falta es poder eliminar las preinstaladas que no se vayan a usar. A día de hoy sí recomendaría esta televisión a quien esté buscando una 32".

Tenemos en casa tres teles y hemos decidido que todas sean Samsung, por que ?? Pues por que de todas las que hay en el mercado son las que mas prestaciones tienen. En en caso de este modelo lo tenemos en el salón, es decir la damos el uso diario.. La usamos para momentos de ocio, futbol, consolas, música... Es muy cómodo poder usar mi movil Samsung para controlar los dispositivos. Además tenemos una barra de sonido Samsung que es un encanto para ver las pelis de los domingos... Vivimos disfrutando con la tecnología de esta casa. Por que te da lo que pidas. Valen para todo y encima de una calidad indiscutible. Como usuaria de día a día y de todo tipo de dispositivos de esta marca. 100% recomendable.

Worst experience with a tv! I bought this model only a few months ago and it’s got a black line running the whole way down the middle of it. They say I can’t return it for a working one ,that I need to “send it away for over a month to be repaired” absolute joke of a policy that Iv to do without a tv I bought only a few months ago for over a month. It defeats the purpose of buying one in the first place if I can just send it away that long for something that is a manufacturers fault!

Estoy muy satisfecha con mi Samsung 4K UHD TV. La calidad de imagen es excelente, con colores vibrantes y buena definición, especialmente al ver contenido en 4K. El sistema Smart TV es fluido y fácil de usar, con acceso a todas las apps de streaming que necesito. Además, el diseño es elegante y queda genial en cualquier espacio. Sin duda, una gran opción para quienes buscan una buena relación calidad-precio en televisores 4K. (Mi televisor es 4K UHD, pero en la encuesta solo aparecen opciones HD y Full HD. He seleccionado Full HD porque es la opción más cercana)

A ver lo que es el televisor está bien y tiene buena imagen lo único que le echaría en falta sería que tuviera memoria interna para cuando quieres grabar películas u otras cosas sí que se le puede instalar una memoria externa pero bueno es más complicado no sé tienes que estar comprando otro aparato aparte la imagen sí que se ve bastante bien pero he de decir que si no eres un experto como los de las tiendas cuesta bastante cogerle el punto para que quede una imagen como la de las las tiendas pero por lo general contenta con el televisor espero que dure mucho

Buenas tardes, mi televisor Crytal UHD DU7100 de 55 pulgadas tiene un problema con el mando. Tienes que enfocar el mando directamente a la TV y a veces hay que pulsar dos o tres veces para que la tv obedezca la orden. No se si tengo que configurarlo o es que tiene este defecto de fábrica este modelo. La otra que tengo Samsung modelo UE 40MU6405UXXC de 40" no lo hace. Por cierto me gustaría saber si el mando del modelo Samsung UE 40MU6405UXXC lo puedo configurar para que sirva para la Crytal UHD DU 7100 y el de esta para el otro televisor. GRACIAS.

The picture is very good but it has some serious deficiencies in the sound department. No bluetooth or 3.5mm headphone jack is extraordinary in 2023. This means that you can only use the inbuilt speakers or the TOS output, which is kind of useless for a TV of this size. This isn’t a TV that would feature in a home theatre or even the average lounge room. It is designed for a kids’ room or bedroom where the TOS output would be next to useless without a soundbar! The absence of a headphone jack is what really annoys me because I can’t use an aftermarket bluetooth transmitter with it. The smart Hub is also very clumsy and horrendously slow. Remote is incredibly dated, same as my 2014 large screen! Would I buy it again, at that price probably not!

Porque he elegido Samsung, simple, por el menu super intuitivo y el nuevo TV no me falla para nada. Es pequeño de tamaño comparativo con los otros 2 Samsung que los tengo pero la funcionalidad se ha mejorado mucho comparativo con las otras generaciones. La parte de APP esta bien posicionada y se pueden intercambiar rápido, pienso dado que tiene un procesador diferente más potente que las otras. En resto nada que decir, han guardado el mismo mando de 6 años, simple y fácil de utilizar. Felicidades Samsung, nada más

Tanto el modelo HD como el FullHD de estas teles samsung en 32 pulgdas, el sonido es pesimo como, parece la de los moviles, tengo otra tele LG del año 2009 con 10watios de potencia los altavoces y se escucha doble y los sonidos como si tuviera subwofer y mas digital y estas samsung no es como la de hace años, estas a salido con sonido pesimo que se nota mucho en las peliculas. total se escucha como las teles que era de 19 pulgadas. Solo tienen que fijarse el tamaño de los altavoces que parecen de juguetes.

De entrada el mando es totalmente inaceptable. A quien se le ocurre un disparate asi?. Los canales deben estar ORDENADOS de fabrica de acuerdo al numero. El cliente no tiene porque andar imaginando algo que desconoce totalmente. Hace falta ser un experto en electronica para andar con este trasto. En resumen: mal producto y no volveremos a compar nada de esta marca. Lo hubiera devuelto pero habia tirado la caja y la espuma de apoyo. La tienda, Carrefour, me dijo que asi no lo admitia. Whilst the picture quality is okay and the television works in a similar manner to my other Samsung TVs, there are many features simply not available on this television which should be available. I purchased the television in order to run the Foxtel l app. Amazingly this app is not supported. It is supported on my other televisions but not this particular TV model. This is ridiculous I see other reviews also pointing out missing features Not recommended for anyone wanting a smart TV

I was sceptical before the purchase but now scepticism no more. 1. Cosmetics - great black frame that blends into the environment - NOT the white or silver shining one. 2. Installation - Easy 3. Features - plenty although I mostly use Youtube and haven't tried other services/features 4. WIFI - no problems but wish it has dual wifi 5. Color /resolution/display - good (I also have Samsung 65" QLED TV - a better one but this one is a mid-range for the price) but good enough 6. Sound - good (actually you have to adjust the sound in the Settings to Optimised or amplified) - this tv is supposed to be in a small room so don't expect it to blast the wall. Having said this, the sound is great. 7. Remote - I am used to this kind of remote so have no issue. Whish it had a youtube button. Overall it is a good TV.

It's an awesome TV and has some really cool features including night mode that works really well Looks amazing on the wall as a picture Only thing I could recommend is a better mounting solution for wall mount the bracket system means if thereno timber were the bracket have to go you out of luck or just relying on wallboard to hold the TV on the wall A slim full length bracket to allow fixings any where behind the TV would be great Other than that very happy customer

Purchased this TV because my larger Samsung and other products have been great. Really disappointed with this TV. Not the best picture quality, tinny sound, lags, no wifi, no Bluetooth, hardly any apps. I should have bought a much cheaper Hisense or Baum but thought the Samsung would be top quality for the price I paid for a 32”TV. Ended up buying a Samsung soundbar to at least help with sound. This works great but since the TV has no Bluetooth it needed an optical cable.

Great TV has many great functions and the picture is clear and sharp. My reason for three stars is because it's advertised it comes with One remote function which mine did not. Instead, I received an old fashioned remote with lots of buttons. Makes it very hard to navigate a smart TV when you have a remote like this. Disappointed I didn't get the one remote as advertised, that was one of the reasons I purchased this TV. Otherwise, I can't fault the TV happy with that.

Stay clear of this tv. Internet won’t connect to it, tried everything under the sun for several days to make it work but says it can’t connect even when wired. Rubbish tvs, happens to thousands of people with Samsungs by the looks of it. I wouldn’t even buy a Samsung tv again after the issues I’ve had with it. For the record we have another Samsung tv on the same network with 0 issues. It’s also extremely laggy trying to navigate through settings

El manejo de las funciones es complicado. Para llegar a cambiar el idioma del audio dejas de ver la pantalla pues la interfaz lo tapa todo y tienes que navegar hasta 3 o 4 submenús. Lo mismo para subtítulos. Cuando cambias de canal tarda mucho tiempo hasta que se ve la imagen del canal que has elegido. Todavía no he encontrado la función que discrimina canales de audio (radio) de los con video para solo ver los de video, por ejemplo. Debe estar pero en el Samsung muuy viejo que tenía era muy directo y claro de entender. El sonido es muy pobre. Los bajos son casi inexistentes no tiene cuerpo. Tiene solo 3 configuraciones de color predeterminadas que son insuficientes. El color de la piel en personas es irreal, no es bueno en los colores y contrastes. Todo esto comparado con un Samsung de gama media que tienes más de 15 años! Incluso la resolución actual parece más pobre.

El decodificador no sintoniza los mismos canales que otros televisores que tengo en mi casa. En concreto varios de los canales locales de mi comunidad autónoma así como otros de ámbito nacional. He probado con la sintonización fina, de canal en canal y tampoco he podido realizar la sintonización completa. He probado a realizar la sintonización en otras ubicaciones de la casa y tampoco he podido conseguirlo.

I bought this tv because the advertising showed a certain remote I wanted. When it arrived the remote was totally different. I have family members who can't use the remote now so tv is almost useless. Samsung deceived me with their advertising. On another note the response rate of the tv is really bad. Every command takes too long to react. Don't buy this model you will grow old waiting for it to respond.

Al cabo de un tiempo apareció en la parte derecha de la pantalla una fínisima raya azul (también por desgracia he corroborado que les pasa a algunos móviles samsung) que no afecta a la visualización pero que está ahí y en muy determinados momentos se puede visualizar dependiendo del fondo de colores de la pantalla en ese momeno. Por lo demás en cuanto a imagen y conectividad bluetooth, etc. muy contentos.

Muy contento con mi tv samsung. De los pocos inconvenientes es que la respuesta del mando a distancia a veces es muy lenta(toca apagar la tv de la luz). I un punto que tiro muy de menos es poder ver películas desde el USB,ya que no leee ningun formato(mp4,divx,dvd)siempre pone formato no disponible. Por lo demás muy contento con mi tv,si tengo que comprar otra tv seria Samsung o Sony,eso estoy seguro!😉

We have an old (non smart) TV in the family room. It gets occasional use if we are in there. But we have a smaller living are with a log fire and, being winter, we want to spend time in that room. But we did not have a TV in there. So we bought this one and now we spend all our time in this room. It is soooo much better than the old TV and we could not be more satsfied with this purchase.

Una calidad de imagen muy superior a otros modelos que he tenido en 32 pulgadas, y la conectividad cumple con todas mis necesidades. La navegación por los menús es fluida y rápida. El fuerte para mi, además de la calidad de imagen, la navegación del Smart TV con el sistema TIZEN, muy intuitivo y rápido, incluso la navegación por internet. En definitiva cumple perfectamente las expectativas.

Not happy with this tv at all. Online it is advertised as a smart tv and even shows a smart remote. It does not come with a smart remote which is the main reason i bought it rather it comes with an old school remote. It also doesn't do screen play like my other Samsung tv's. Extremely disappointed may as well bought a cheaper model like the TCL which does the exact same if not more.

I am so not happy with this Tv. Firstly the photo's show it coming with a Smart remote which is the main reason I bought it, it doesn't!. Secondly the sound isn’t great and it has no bluetooth so hooking a sound bar is a big problem. Thought I could get round it using a Samsung soundbar but with the optical connection and no Bluetooth a separate remote is required for the sound.

We needed a 32" size TV for our bedroom. The retailer had several similar size TV brands on display, and the Samsung had certainly the most superior picture quality at an acceptable price point. Set up was very quick and easy, just follow the prompts. Sound quality from the TV's speakers is possibly a bit inferior and buyers may like to also purchasing a quality soundbar.

En relación al PvP no está nada mal. Para lo que lo compré cumple perfectamente. Es mejorable en algunos aspectos, sin entrar en imagen que las habrá mejores pero también a un precio mayor, para mí el aspecto que podría ser mejor es la rapidez, sobre todo a la hora de moverse con el mando por los diferentes canales y eso. Pero bastante contento en líneas generales.

Esta TV se destaca por su excelente calidad de imagen, ofreciendo detalles nítidos; su interfaz Smart es bastante intuitiva y facilita el acceso a un amplio catálogo de aplicaciones. Como televisor secundario para poner en un dormitorio o una cocina es un aparado que cumple con lo que se necesita. Tiene una buena conectividad y la calidad suficiente para un dispositivo que no trata, ni necesita ser lo último e tecnología. No presenta alardes en ninguna faceta, pero si el equilibrio justo para defenderse en un uso esporádico.

This TV functioned for one day only and then totally malfunctioned! After chatting at length with a Samsung rep she recommended that it be repaired by Smart Vision (who had never seen the issue before!) but the business was 25 kms away--that's 100 kms by the time it was dropped off and collected. We are trusting that the new motherboard works.

I got this TV to set up in my bedroom. It’s a great TV, clear picture, great response/not clunky at all when clicking things, love the home bar which easily brings up all the apps and I love that the remote has a Netflix and Prime shortcut button. Only issue I had is that it doesn’t have Bluetooth so I had to buy a seperate Bluetooth adapter.

Me sirve tanto para ver películas, series o jugar a la play, va de maravilla, además como también me compré una Alexa, está conectado a ella y puedo manejarlo con el control de voz, es una pasada, luego quisiera comprarme un monitor de la misma marca Samsung, por qué es una de las mejores, estoy satisfecho con lo que me ofrecen sus pantallas.

I bought this for our bedroom as it was the only size that would fit. Being a smart TV I didn’t give any thought that Foxtel Go or Now wouldn’t be support , well what a disappointment. This is the only Samsung TV in their latest range that doesn’t support the Foxtel app , surely this can be rectified with a simple software mod. Not happy.

Bought this a few weeks back so i could sit by the outdoor fire with my slippers on and have a rum while watching the sport (streamed wirelessly). Perfect as i can unplug the power and plop it back inside. Picture and sound are great. Only downside was that the app is a bit overboard. I'm sure it could control the wife if she was on wifi!

Bought this around a month ago and although I found it a bit time consuming to set up it’s been brilliant ever since. Great clear picture and sound. Apps etc are easy to move through. The picture quality is excellent and I like the features and the interaction with the applications and the TV The only concern I had was there were no screws for a wall mount the ones supplied are only good for the feet

Bought this as a replacement for our old one that was damaged while moving, so it was an upgrade to the newer version. Still just as easy to use, with the addition of Netflix and Prime buttons which we love as we watch them all the time. Super easy to set up and find + use apps etc. Everything you'd expect from a Samsung Smart TV!

The TV is useless to me unless I can get it on the wall, and Samsung have made this way more difficult than it needs to be. It doesn't come with the spacers that it needs, and the recommended bolt size doesn't fit. It also doesn't match my "universal" wall mount. Have given up and getting a different television.

Fácil de programar (la mía no traía el manual de instrucciones en español), pero lo pude hacer al ser bastante intuitivo, aunque sugeriría lo incluyan.

Está TV Samsung de 32 pulgadas con imagen FHD, no ha cumplido mis pequeñas expectativas. Tiene un sonido horrible a lata. Es increíble que mi antigua TV Samsung de hace 12 años tuviera 20 watios y esta TV de 2023 solo 10 watios. No se escucha nítido y cuanto más subes el volumen peor. Totalmente decepcionada.

La tele está bien . La imagen está bien. Pero el.sonido sale por atrás de la tele, y tuve reclamaciones del vecino que la pared de la casa está vibrando en función del volumen de la tele. Estamos hablando do de volume 10 a 12.. Deveria vor acompañada de una barra de sonido. Esa es mi sugestion

I like Samsung TVs and have bought several over the years however they have taken a simple idea and made it complex. When you click the home page to go into the internet, it’s cluttered by advertising. I don’t like that. However the operation of the TV is ok, even though the sound isn’t great.

How can a small bedroom size television not come with any headphone jack or bluetooth for headphones ? I knew if I chose a Samsung it would be the best choice. How wrong could I be. The remote is also very hair trigger and you need a few attempts to get what you intended. Stuck with it now.

For the price this TV outshines its competition. It has issues - the software is a bit slow and if you hook it up to your home network via Cat6 cable it turns itself on automatically and I can't figure out how to turn that feature off. But on WiFi it's great. Sound is OK, picture is good.

El tamaño de la tele es perfecto, ni muy grande, ni muy pequeño ,,se ve muy bien la imagen, las patas son un poco feas , eso sí se puede limpiar por debajo , el mando es un poco aparatoso ya que es muy pequeño sin apenas botones, o sea que con un botón te sirve para varias funciones.

Great TV with outstanding picture and easy to set up. Only thing that could be better is that, because we use it in a bedroom, the sleep timer is not as quick and easy to set as it could be needing to go through 4 different menus to get to rather than a single button on the remote

La tele es perfecta para ver programas de plataformas de televisión. Para ver la televisión tradicional. Pero cuando le pincho mi usb de peliculas no es capaz de leer todos los formatos, y tengo que ir a un pc para verlos. Tengo un modelo anterior del 2018 que lo lee todo.

Llevo casi un año con el televisor y por ahora no me ha dado ningún problema, todo muy fluido y rápido, si le tuviera que poner una pega es que volumen es un poco inconsistente pero supongo eso tiene que ver más con la aplicación que este utilizando que con el televisor.

purchased a couple of weeks ago very happy with performance of the tv picks up the modem from the other end of the house with no lag but the remote is a joke for a blokes hand it is way to small making you quite often to hit the wrong button so only a 2 star for design

En verdad la que he adquirido es una Cristal UHD de 43”, es una pasada. Imagen perfecta infinidad de opciones y fácil instalación. En mi casa tengo 5 televisiones (en el salón una QLED de 65”) y todas de marca Samsung. En mi opinión NO las hay mejores.

Se ve genial desde cualquier ángulo. los colores son muy vivos y elsonido es muy bueno también. Muy adecuada para un espacio pequeño como el que yo tengo, pero en un espacio mayor también sirve, y se puede cambiar con facilidad porque pesa muy poco.

This TV is only 2 years old but the Smart function has suddenly completely stopped. Contacted Samsung who troubleshooted the issue to no avail. It won't recognize the wifi system at all or a phone 5G data. Very disappointed in such a short life

El televisor en si está bien. Pero se queda bastante pillado supongo que me habrá tocado una mas malillo. Lo que si me gusta que trae canales integrados sin necesidad de tener antena o alguna plataforma. Es muy finita y se ve bastante bien.

Simplemente me encanta, se ve muy bien y puedes cambiar las opciones con el menú de manera clara y sencilla, si lo conectas al find puedes controlarlo desde tu móvil, faltaría un poco más de memoria para descargar las app de la tv paga.
