Open Samsung Health app and go to Cycle Tracking powered by Natural Cycles°. Then go to settings and turn on 'Predict period with skin temp'. After wearing the watch during nighttime sleep, you can see the changes in your skin temperature and you'll receive tailored predictions for future cycles.

To choose a new watch face, simply touch and hold the watch face to enter Edit mode > Tap a watch face to select it, and then tap Customise to change features like the background colour.
